Ichan qala Hotel is amazing place to stay one of the most exquisite hotels in the capital of Uzbekistan. It is located in the central part of the city and the distance from both, the airport and train station is only 4 km. The beautiful façade hides a complex of buildings: 5 residential blocks, restaurant, indoor swimming pool with sauna, as well as outdoor pool and a small garden with summer café. The hotel offers 60 rooms of 6 types. Even the simplest standard room has a quality interior, and the suites are the genuine samples of luxury. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay and rest. In addition, each room has a coffee-machine with variety of tea and coffee. General facilities of the Ichan-Qala hotel include a large restaurant, summer café, small tapchans (raised platform for relaxing and reclining outdoors), two swimming pools and a parking area. The personnel are very caring to the guests. Regular set of services are offered by the hotel: 24h reception desk, laundry, food service, etc. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I liked the layout of villas that made each walk back to my room feel like I was strolling through a village. The courtyard is lovely and the rooms are spacious and clean. Best of all is the friendly and attentive staff always quick with a smile and a helping hand. As I was leaving, a young man sweeping the hallway literally dropped what was doing to assist me with my bags. I’d definitely stay here again.

First thing first. All staff are not only warm, professional and make you feel welcomed. They go extra mile, accommodating small and not requests. You’re stars of this hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious, all necessary amenities in the room, extras upon request, room service is prompt. The pool is big, deep and clean. I appreciate water dispenser with infused water at the reception. Convenient location We had a pleasant experience staying in this hotel. Thank you

Wonderful hotel with efficient friendly and attentive staff on front desk and throughout the hotel. Every member of staff greets or chats as you pass them. After Khiva and the lack of training we found in many establishments this was sublime service without being OTT, exactly as it should be. Dining room a bit grand for lunch or breakfast but the live music at breakfast was an interesting touch. Stayed in room 305 in one of villas as per photo. Outdoor swimming pool closed 1st October when we stayed but indoor 15m pool was perfect with good facilities. Wish we had stayed earlier in our trip as was better value and more sumptuous then the Ramada.

Great hotel, impressive decorations and spacious room. Additional features like heated floors makes stay great experience. Swimming pool was much bigger than it is on the photos. Very good prices of food in hotel restaurant, fast room service. I appreciate the attitude of staff. Very helpful. Special thanks to Nozim, great guy, very hospitable, always smiling, had fun chitchat with him. He should get a rise ;) Probably best place to stay in Tashkent. Hope to stay here again soon!

Why go to central Asia and stay at a modern style hotel. The atmosphere here is relaxed , the rooms are a good size , and the staff extra friendly. The pools and gym are just extra. During breakfast there is live music . Definitely a good change from the norm

I was lucky to stay at this hotel while I was coming down with the worst case of food poisoning I've ever faced. The room was clean and very comfortable. Very good water pressure for the shower (which was rare in Uzbekistan) and they provided unlimited free bottled water. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful. They even ordered us food on their own food delivery app and picked it up for us at the front door. They were very prompt with any and all requests. Restaurant was amazing as well and they made me very good soup that helped me recover. Location-wise, the hotel is a bit far away from subway stations but you can always use Yandex to get around. Otherwise the neighborhood has an abundance of coffee shops and restaurants and seems to be relatively popping. Highly recommended.

Very solid hotel. Location, rooms, breakfast with live music, 24hour room service, amenities (resort like pools and sauna). More local and authentic than other hotels in town as well. Staff were exceptional! We really enjoyed our stay. I'd recommend for vacation or business

I booked multiple rooms for the whole family. Everyone was satisfied with their rooms. The hotel has wonderful facilities - restaurant, lounge zones, swimming pools, and sauna. We used all of them and really enjoyed. Breakfasts were rich and diverse. The hotel staff did excellent job at all times. For us the hotel appeared a bit remote though.

Icha kalan is a very popular boutique upper end hotel of Samarkand , the rooms are good service is good, Room service very good , toilets are very good. the limited vegetarian food choice is like salds and soups are very well done. The breakfast has limited choice for the vegetarians , the room don't have intercom( they say they will install soon), no It is difficult to call for every little thing , you have to walk all the way to the reception for asking any service. unfortunately for us it was a rainy day hence it made our stay more difficult to go to reception again and again and ask for small things. wheel chair access, floors are up and down , our room was in basement. Language is a problem with the staff. over all the hotel is good but given a choice staying with a chain hotels is better for tourist like us who has issue in food , steps , etc . Wifi is pathetic

In the centre of Tashkent, the Icgan Qala Hotel is very comfortable with up-to-date bathroom facilities; large rooms, spacious storage space. Restaurant on the ground floor, and very pleasant and helpful staff.

Very charming place with a truly oriental atmosphere - a welcome change from the big hotel chains, where you sometimes wonder where on the planet you actually woke up today... The rooms are spacious and clean, beds are comfortable. The friendly staff goes the extra mile to accommodate their guest’s wishes. Breakfast is plentiful and tasty. At this time if the year, the apricots are the culinary highlight.

Wonderful hotel of high class in a very good part of the city. Restaurant outside is a gem and the pool area is super relaxing and comfortable (must do!). Rooms are very specious - definitely worth the money to visit. The best part is that the hotel kept the charm and the beauty of the traditional local building style.

Probably the best hotel I've ever seen! The rooms are big and clean, the shower is amazing (and OH-MY-GOD-SO-BIG), the people working there are very nice, helpful and speak perfect English. The environment is quiet, and the building itself is very nice - it's divided in a bunch of building built in a kinda-of traditional style with nice alleys connecting them. I didn't try the pool (they have both an indoor and outdoor one) but we tried the gym and the massages in the spa and the quality is good. My GF tried the gym and she says it was also very clean and smelling good. We visited it in December so it was very low season and almost empty, so YMMV. Anyhow, we really enjoyed our stay and from what we saw I can say it's highly recommended.
