TAPOiCH
with
a
kind
of
normal
hospital,
but
hitting
there
immediately
plunge
into
the
atmosphere
of
ignorance
and
rudeness.
Okay,
keep
quiet
about
the
reception
room
-
chaos.
I
do
not
know
how
they
are
helping
patients
with
cardiac
arrest,
when
even
a
second
counts,
but
in
my
bitter
experience
I
saw
how
the
patient
is
treated
with
a
stroke.
First,
stand
in
line
with
a
lying
patient
on
a
gurney,
so
that
you
see
the
doctor,
removed
the
ECG
and
identified
in
the
department.
One
doctor
begins
the
examination,
calls
the
reanimatologist,
she
examines,
asks
the
same
questions
several
times
and
begins
to
argue
where
to
put
it:
in
intensive
care
or
in
neurology,
and
time
goes
by.
The
head
of
neurology
comes
and
defines
in
resuscitation.
Then
they
take
it
to
X-ray,
take
it
off
and
send
it
to
the
ultrasound
(it's
hard
to
call
it
an
inspection
-
literally,
they
drove
the
sensor
for
40
seconds
in
total
in
the
abdominal
area).
Either
the
expert
is
first-class
and
I
do
not
understand
anything
about
the
correctness
of
the
survey,
or
they
work
for
a
tick,
which
is
more
likely.
Have
brought
in
resuscitation.
Of
course,
no
one
is
allowed,
given
prescriptions
for
drugs
and
a
list
of
honey.
accessories.
Bought,
brought.
A
person
for
a
long
time
took
his
medications,
including
diabetic,
hypotensive,
betta-blockers,
antiparkinsonian
and
others.
They
brought
the
drugs.
In
the
evening
we
were
allowed
to
go
alone
for
a
long
time.
Chamber
for
three
cots,
where
two
men
and
a
woman
lie
(fenced
with
a
screen).
The
ward
is
warm,
thanks
though.
Further:
the
patient-diabetic
with
a
stroke
in
consciousness,
at
lunch
did
not
feed,
in
the
evening,
too.
You
say
that
you
will
feed
(home
chicken
broth),
and
the
nurse
and
the
nurse
in
two
voices
say
that
the
doctor
has
forbidden
to
feed,
only
a
little
water
can
be
given.
To
the
question
"why?"
can
not
answer.
The
resident,
who
was
little
informed,
listened
to
the
nurse
with
the
nurse,
stood
on
their
side
and
operated
on
fasting
with
what
the
doctor
had
forbidden,
and
they
supported
blood
sugar
in
/
in
the
administration
of
glucose,
they
forbid
feeding
blood
glucose.
Honestly
I
hear
this
for
the
first
time
...
that
an
adult
elderly
person
with
diabetes
who
is
conscious
can
swallow
and
not
be
fed.
Do
not
feed
patients
with
bleeding,
postoperative,
with
gastrointestinal
problems,
etc.,
but
this
is
the
first
time.
She
waited
for
the
doctor
on
duty
who,
having
heard
all,
gave
the
go-ahead
for
feeding.
With
treatment
it
is
not
clear.
In
the
intensive
care
unit,
on
the
first
day,
carbamazepine
was
prescribed
(600
mg
/
day),
on
the
second
day
they
were
transferred
to
the
neurological
department,
where
it
was
abruptly
abolished.
Head
of
the
Department
of
Neurology
-
Ismatova
Saodat
Alievna
cancels
all
drugs
taken
by
the
patient
for
a
long
period.
Cancels
betta-blockers,
the
reception
of
which
can
not
be
stopped
abruptly,
the
grossest
mistake
on
her
part.
You
explain
that
a
person
is
observed
with
a
cardiologist,
that
you
should
drink
this
drug
constantly,
you
are
told:
"take
away
and
treat
where
you
want
and
as
you
want."
The
second
day
in
the
department:
A
person
has
Parkinsonism,
takes
a
long
levodopa,
and
a
neurologist
says:
"You
can
bring
a
preductal,
the
cardiologist
looked,
everything
is
within
the
norm."
Attention!
The
neurologist,
head.
department,
does
not
know
that
in
parkinsonism,
trimetazidine
is
contraindicated
!!!
How?
How
then
are
you
going
to
treat,
if
already
such
errors
?!
Okay,
wrong
-
correct,
so
no,
they
start
being
rude.
About
the
work
of
staff:
the
patient
lying
down
refuses
to
eat
-
they
do
not
feed.
We
do
not
allow
ourselves
to
look-take
care,
the
staff
itself
"looks."
After
the
showdown
the
next
day,
fed
diabetics
with
semolina
porridge!
With
the
fact
that
on
the
eve
did
not
inject
insulin,
did
not
give
metformin!
Began
to
find
out
why
they
did
it?
Quickly
they
were
re-orientated,
they
said
that
they
made
a
mistake,
the
porridge
was
not
semolina,
but
buckwheat.
Check
is
not
difficult,
the
patient
said
that
semolina.
Lies!
They
cover
their
negligence.
Further
-
drugs
do
not
give,
that
it
is
possible
to
check
up
on
quantity
or
amount
of
tablets
and
ampoules
(I
mean
those
preparations
which
buy,
and
it
is
the
most
part).
There
is
absolutely
nothing
to
talk
about
the
patient's
hygiene,
they
do
not
do
anything.
In
general,
not
a
hospital,
but
a
parody
of
it.
With
such
"specialists"
our
medicine
will
not
rise
to
the
proper
level.
Bureaucracy
flourishes,
professionalism
at
zero.
Degradation
is
in
full
swing.

ТАПОиЧ
с
виду
нормальная
больница,
но
попав
туда
сразу
окунётесь
в
атмосферу
невежества
и
хамства.
Ладно,
промолчим
про
приёмный
покой
-
хаос.
Не
знаю
как
они
оказывают
помощь
пациентам
с
остановкой
сердца,
когда
на
счету
даже
секунда,
но
на
своём
горьком
опыте
увидела
как
принимают
пациента
с
инсультом.
Сначала
стоите
в
очереди
с
лежачим
пациентом
на
каталке,
чтобы
вас
посмотрел
врач,
сняли
ЭКГ
и
определили
в
отделение.
Один
врач
начинает
осмотр,
вызывает
реаниматолога,
та
осматривает,
задают
одни
и
те
же
вопросы
по
несколько
раз
и
начинают
спорить
куда
его
положить:
в
реанимацию
или
в
неврологию,
а
время
идёт.
Приходит
заведующая
неврологии
и
определяют
в
реанимацию.
Затем
везут
на
рентген,
снимают
и
отправляют
на
УЗИ
(назвать
это
осмотром
сложно
-
в
буквальном
смысле
повозили
датчиком
секунд
40
в
общей
сложности
в
брюшной
области).
Либо
специалист
первокласный
и
я
ничего
не
понимаю
в
правильности
обследования,
либо
работают
для
галочки,
что
более
вероятно.
Завезли
в
реанимацию.
Разумеется
никого
не
пускают,
дали
рецепты
на
препараты
и
список
мед.
принадлежностей.
Купили,
принесли.
Человек
долгое
время
принимал
свои
препараты
в
числе
которых
диабетические,
гипотензивные,
бетта-блокаторы,
противопаркинсонические
и
другие.
Препараты
принесли.
Вечером
разрешили
пройти
одному
не
на
долго.
Палата
на
три
койки,
где
лежат
двое
мужчин
и
женщина
(огорожена
ширмой).
Палата
тёплая,
спасибо
хоть
на
этом.
Дальше:
пациент-диабетик
с
инсультом
в
сознании,
в
обед
не
кормили,
вечером
тоже.
Говоришь,
что
покормишь
(домашний
куриный
бульон),
и
медсестра,
и
санитарка
в
два
голоса
говорят,
что
врач
запретила
кормить,
только
немного
воды
можно
давать.
На
вопрос
"почему?"
ответить
не
могут.
Подключился
ординатор,
мало
осведомлённый,
послушав
санитарку
с
медсестрой,
встаёт
на
их
сторону
и
оперируя
голодание
тем,
что
запретил
лечащий
врач,
а
сахар
крови
они
поддерживают
в/в
введение
глюкозы,
кормить
запрещают.
Честно
такое
слышу
впервые…
чтобы
взрослого
пожилого
человека
с
диабетом,
находящегося
в
сознании,
в
состоянии
глотать
и
не
кормили.
Не
кормят
пациентов
с
кровотечением,
послеоперационных,
с
проблемами
ЖКТ
и
т.д.,
но
такое
впервые.
Дождалась
дежурного
врача,
который
услышав
всех,
дал
добро
на
кормление.
С
лечением
не
ясно.
В
реанимации
в
первый
день
назначили
карбамазепин
(600мг/сут),
на
вторые
сутки
перевели
в
неврологическое
отделение,
там
его
резко
отменили.
Заведующая
отделением
неврологии
-
Исматова
Саодат
Алиевна
отменяет
все
препараты,
принимаемые
пациентом
на
протяжении
долгого
периода.
Отменяет
бетта-блокаторы,
приём
которых
нельзя
прекращать
резко,
грубейшая
ошибка
с
её
стороны.
Объясняешь,
что
человек
наблюдается
у
кардиолога,
что
пить
ему
этот
препарат
следует
постоянно,
тебе
отвечают:
"забирайте
и
лечите
где
хотите
и
как
хотите".
Второй
день
в
отделении:
У
человека
паркинсонизм,
принимает
длительно
леводопу,
а
невролог
говорит:
"можете
принести
предуктал,
кардиолог
смотрел,
всё
в
пределах
нормы".
Внимание!
Врач-невролог,
зав.
отделением,
не
знает,
что
при
паркинсонизме
триметазидин
противопоказан!!!
Как?
Как
тогда
вы
собираетесь
лечить,
если
уже
такие
ошибки?!
Ладно,
ошиблась
-
исправь,
так
нет
же,
начинают
хамить.
Про
работу
персонала:
лежачий
пациент
отказывается
есть
-
они
и
не
кормят.
Самим
смотреть-ухаживать
не
пускают,
персонал
сам
"смотрит".
После
разборок
на
следующий
день
накормили
диабетика
манной
кашей!
При
том
что
на
кануне
не
делали
иньекцию
инсулина,
не
давали
метформин!
Стали
выяснять
почему
так
сделали?
Быстро
сореинтировались,
сказали,
что
ошиблись,
каша
была
не
манная,
а
гречневая.
Проверить
не
сложно,
пациент
сказал,
что
манная.
Врут!
Прикрывают
свою
халатность.
Далее
-
препараты
не
дают,
что
можно
проверить
по
количеству
таблеток
и
ампул
(имею
ввиду
те
препараты,
которые
покупаете
сами,
а
это
большая
часть).
Про
гигиену
пациента
говорить
совсем
нечего,
ничего
не
выполняют.
В
общем
не
больница,
а
пародия
на
неё.
С
такими
"специалистами"
наша
медицина
не
поднимется
на
должный
уровень.
Бюрократизм
процветает,
профессионализм
на
нуле.
Деградация
идёт
полным
ходом.
