Very good location, close to haram But it is really a one star hotel Bed is very poor, hurts your back Rooms are without carpet, you gotta use your shoes Toilet is istaghfurallah really bad with broken basin and shower Service is a one star No safe bix in my room I don't know about Qum hotels but if this is a 4-star hotel then good luck "Subhan Allah"

The reception is very difficult, and there is no credibility, especially the prices in the hotel list in the rooms are unreal and fake. Visitors are robbed because their prices are very expensive, I do not trust anyone to approach the refrigerator.

Most hotels in Qom that claim to be 4 stars are not so as per international standards. The selling point of this hotel is its location. You can easily get cabs from outside the hotel and the hotel is visible from afar. The downside is however the extremely unhospitable staff. Maybe they are only nice to Iranians (?). Standoff-ish and unhelpful staff. Checked out in just two days and moved to another hotel because of that. Food, not that great. No vegetarian options available either. Rooms, although clean, are very small.

DON’T EVEN BOTHER WITH THEM. TOTAL SCAM, CHEAT AND DECEITFUL. They seem friendly in the beginning when they receive you, but they are the biggest scam artist who will deceive and cheat you. Their rates are too high compared to the local hotels and they services are poor. They charge for every thing and will deceive you by charging you for extra services that you don’t want. They have the same food all day and their prices are ridiculous. They can’t speak English properly and the cleanliness standards are poor. they will rip you off in currency exchange and they will over price you on flight tickets. They deserve one star for the view only, otherwise I would give them 4 💩💩💩💩 MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY ARE INFORMED NOT TO GO TO THEM AND ARE ADVISED TO SPEND THEIR MONEY IN OTHET HOTELS THAT ARE FAR MORE HOSPITABLE THEN THEM.

Very nice and clean hotel with close proximity to the shrine. However they are severely understaffed and have poor service quality in general. Our Check in time was at 2pm yet they gave us our room at 5 pm and that’s after repeatedly arguing with the receptionist. The food was pretty average and the roof garden was terrible (no room service even though they had a menu in the room, loud music, staff didn’t know anything about the menu items, didn’t have most of the stuff on the menu either) so 2 stars for cleanliness and proximity. Management! wake up!

Services n management is v v bad specially the guy which is on reception we have to beg for everything for water for glass for towel just 1 benefit its near haram otherwise services r vbad

I have been at Qom city many times so far and have probably stayed at this hotel four times. Khorshid hotel building is new and the location is excellent, located right in the center of the city and opposite of holy shrine. Hotel is built on two floors with a long hallway and maybe think, every floor has fifteen rooms. All rooms are spacious and clean with modern furnishings and clean sheets. Usually everyone who goes to Qom City has a short stay here, Maybe only two days! And for this time, a hotel like KHORSHID with this position is great. Probably the only real four star hotel in the city, its KHORSHID. The quality and variety of breakfast is also great. Breakfast and restaurant are on the upper floor.

Its a very nice hotel located near an important famous shrine in Iran...I really like this hotel

Very good reception and hospitality at this hotel.

Our arrival at 3 am was met with a disappointing room condition – the bed had hair on it, and other areas were also unclean. When I called the night shift reception, their response was shockingly dismissive, stating that hair wasn't a big deal. Despite my insistence, they refused to change the room and offered only new sheets, displaying complete indifference to our concerns. To make matters worse, the staff's attitude was rude and sarcastic, making us extremely uncomfortable. Throughout the night, there were disruptive noises in the hallways caused by the hotel staff, adding to the overall disaster of our stay. While the morning shift staff was apologetic, the damage was done. If I could, I would rate this hotel -10 for its lack of cleanliness, unprofessionalism, and overall disregard for guests' comfort.

It is real good place to stay in Qom . So near to Haram of Bi Bi Fatima Masooma e Qom sa . Rooms are clean and staff is so cooperative. Completely recommended.
