WiFI not working, Poor attitude of staff at reception not helpful at all, invited my brother for dinner at my suite but not allowed. It was embarrassing. asked for half day extension and willingly to pay but they didn’t allow saying hotel was full which was not true. The weather was hot but they didn’t allow AC saying it’s still winter even though temperature was around 20”C and there was only heater option available. Poor breakfast with very limited options. Far from the shrine. What kind of of 4 star hotel is this ? Never coming back again. Thank you!

Okay rooms, clean enough. inconsistent staff (mostly bad service, both lobby and restaurant) bad & Very small breakfast selection. Very highly priced for a very affordable city!

Nice and clean room, bright, air-condition working perfectly, smoking in the hotel forbidden completely, breakfasts everyday the same, not very tasty

It was clean and its located in the heart of Qom. Polite and helpful staff and very good breakfast.

The paths to the rooms smells cigarettes and shisha. Some times the smell gets into your room.
