Extremely bad service, waited over 30 minutes for my order and when I tried to ask how long it will take I get ignore. This is not how customers should be treated. Customers that ordered after me received their orders before I did. The staff at KFC Berea are very rude. Will definitely not go back

It's really good food and very good discipline clean palace

It is dirty! But the people are nice and service was very fast! They are busy and the customers leave everything there. The customers obviously live like that at home. Never clean and throw everything out the window. Low life. No care in the world fir anyone else. But this is SA.

Service was Amazing. We could also use the self service machines, of which there were two, both in working order. Staff assisted with a smile. Well done!

During rush hour it's congested as the open area serves both for ordering and eating table

Food was good, but drive thru was long then we were asked to wait for our meal...25 min later food arrived...big mistake on my part not checking my order, once at home found half our order was either short or missing. What is happening? The point of a drive thru is quick and efficient service not to have to park then wait then still go inside for my order....sometimes amiss here... Given this kfc it's last visit....sorry won't be going back.

Dreadful staff, extremely unhelpful. The lady behind the counter, with the name tag “Pam” watched my mother and I battle with our order on the kiosk screen, only to later tell us that it doesn’t work and we should use the one next to it. Once our order was placed and paid for, we waited patiently only to watch the same lady hurry to help another customer with the kiosk ordering machine the moment he walked in. The most horrible service imaginable. And on-top of it all, half the food items ordered were out of stock and the kiosk screen did not warn us of this and proceeded to take our card payement. We then waited almost 45 minutes just for a refund. Absolutely terrible KFC.

There was blood in the gents ablution and I report it. I was in the Store for approximately 1min and in that time no one went to clean it

I would highly recommend, its clean, staff are so helpful and friendly, I informed that what chicken pieces and they got the order right.

I always come here and have not experienced any bad food or service. They have small space for sit downs though.

Staff well trained, helpful and its a pleasure for them to serve us!
