Not a good experience today. Seems team is very confused at Wimpy Greenfields today. We have 3 different waiters serving us. One seems she has had a rough night and had to repeat order 3 times, then still gets it wrong when it comes oh no. Maybe just one off day, normally it's better.

Service can be a bit slow at this Wimpy We found almost all empty tables uncleaned and we had to sanitize the tables ourselves with the couple that took the table next to us. Find that very disturbing at a time like this where cleanliness has become so vital

I am a Healthcare worker and I stop very often early in the morning to get coffee for me and my husband. The woman working at the counter has had an attitude with me for a long time as she's clearly irritated with me coming so early at 6am. This morning was the worst treatment I've received. I was so upset and angry when leaving I dropped the coffee by accident. I am a paying and regular customer to this Wimpy and her attitude was terrible!! Amazing how you try to post a complaint on your website it brings an error and won't post!!

This is my morning stop before going to get work done. I'm there almost every morning for my daily cup of coffee. The Staff there are so friendly and polite after dealing with them , your day will be made. This should be everybody's one stop before heading out. * This qoute on the coffee cup literally describes my reaction after taking the first sip.

The best Wimpy ever in East London if not in the whole Eastern Cape. My favorite waitress Phumza. She knows what customer service is all about. Keep up the great work.

I had a great experience at Wimpy Greenfields. The hostess at the door was friendly and welcoming and the waitresses were very friendly. Definitely going back there soon.

For breakfast is the best place to go. I definitely recommend this place, I like a lot the original coffee from them, is so nice. One day I ate there and I forget my Stevia, and in the next day I went there again for breakfast and they kept for me the Stevia and they give me back with a smile in the face. I love this place.

I have been coming here for the last 10 years now and I have never seen a cleaner Wimpy anywhere in S.A! The staff are always friendly and my wife and I have created friendships with them already. Other Wimpy branches can learn from Settlersway branch....good for you guys!!!

The women working there are so friendly and offer great service! The food on the other hand was not at all wimpy food… the chips and hash browns were fine, but the toasted sandwich was stale and just reheated and the burger did not resemble anything close to a wimpy burger. A 2 star rating for the food, but 5 stars for the friendly service!

Updates review: Staff was friendly (Yanga was my waitress), and the food was good and on time. They have really stepped up and improved. Will eat there anytime.

Friendly staff but very poor service !! had a long waiting time before i could get my order on the table .

When I arrived, there were a few people and i thought that it would be quick to get our food. It actually took us an hour. The person in the front desk wasn't even there, my food took a whole hour to be done. The woman who helped us was actually a chef and she had to stand in for the missing lady. Definitely had good days there, but not this time round.

The service here is friendly but quite slow, I mean considering how few customers were there when I was there. I ordered a Bar One Just Chill and I was expecting it to, at the very least, have some resemblance to the pictures in the menu. What I received was beyond disappointing honestly. I don't know if any effort was even put in. I enquired about the product to the manager and her response was even more disappointing and she made me feel like I was exaggerating my disappointment. I posted the menu pictures vs what I actually received.

Wimpy is a great place to visit if you wanting to go sit down and enjoy a light but filling meal. I especially like a wimpy when travelling. The food is good and the atmosphere is better.
