I was staying in Sydney for 4 weeks and needed accommodation that's nice and cozy, quiet and with close by shops and grocery stores (their rooms have a fully equipped kitchen and I wanted to prepare my own meals), and I must say Punthill Apartments Hotel delivered on each of those requirements and then some!!! Easy and fast connection to the CBD area, very quiet neighborhood with a shopping mall and lots of restaurants close by, parking and a pool in the back, the rates were perfect, customer service was superb and the staff really made my stay feel like I'm staying at home not a hotel room! Looking at you Mary Anne and Liam ๐Ÿค“ Thanks a bunch guys and I'll probably be seeing you again soon.

I booked in for a 7 night stay but due to unforeseen health issues I had to leave after 1 night. The reception staff were so kind and understanding of my situation and made it so much easier for me. The cleanliness of the room was 100% and the king bed was divine. So close to supermarket and other shops.

Husband and my son stayed there for 3 nights. Room was to be serviced on the second day and was not done. Not cleaned and towels not removed or replaced, gargantuan bin not emptied. No mention of cafe being closed when initial booking made either. I would strongly AVOID this location.

Great service - cleaners nice, reception nice; The hotel facilities are pretty average at best though, expected more. The pool cover was broken, the gym seemed a bit run down with a massive lizard seemingly living there, the room was clean but the bed was not nice, the TVs were old and small, the kettle is loud as a rocket engine, the balcony is very cramped up and small and there was a bit of a smell.

Punthill Norwest was a disappointment. The location is in a business park and if youโ€™re working in the area itโ€™s probably handy, but thereโ€™s not much around after hours except a few higher end restaurants. The biggest thing that annoyed me was the wifi which is terrible and on top of that, the mobile signal (Telstra) was 3G most of the time. To be fair, the rooms are ok, although I could not get the aircon to work Time to lift your tech game Punthill. I wonโ€™t stay here again

Okay I will give a honest review I have no clue how itโ€™s a 4 and Half star review , it looks good in pictures , managers at the counter amazing nice lady very professional ..I checked in and walked in the room , looks like a commission house , had this really bad smell tv is like from 90โ€™s or early 2000โ€™s , itโ€™s not a 230 doller room ibis is probably more modern you can stay there for 100 dollers I think very falsely advertised in pics sorry but Iโ€™m disappointed Kind regards

They attached two single beds as a king bed which was so uncomfortable. Once I tell them they said that this is something common in hotels. Very unsatisfied with my sleeping condition in this hotel. Overall, the room was big and it has all amenties.

Efficient check in, rooms clean and fresh! The small balcony was a pleasant surprise and made viewing sunup fun. Pillows were too soft but everything else was good. The only drawback was the two emergency evacuations in the middle of the night!

The staff was lovely. The pool is small and unclean, gym only has two treadmills. Besides that, everything else was great. You'll need to remind them to put new coffee capsules if you stay for more than 2 nights

My family and I had an incredible stay at Punthill Apartments in their 1-bedroom suite for 2 nights. The modern decor and spacious layout provided a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen was a bonus, allowing for convenient meals. The staff's friendliness and professionalism added to the overall positive experience. With its central location, I enjoyed easy access to nearby attractions. Punthill Apartments exceeded my expectations, making my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend it for a memorable and comfortable accommodation experience.

Good service. Responsive during booking process. Well equipped 1 bedroom apartment. Quiet corner of the business park. Came with modern kitchen appliances like a full fridge, microwave, induction cooker and a nespresso machine. To note the walls are rather thin so noises from other rooms can be heard. And TVs gets turned on by other remote controls.

They have nice rooms and I enjoyed my stay. The only issue this time was with my late checkin ... despite my phone calls letting them know I'll have a late checkin, arriving a day later (the good thing is, they called me before I could call them), I was held up downstqirs for almost an hour around 1 am - I couldnt find my keys in their late checkin safe, despite punching in the numbers in their email. After an hour, though, their security guard came through and let me in my room using their key, and I got my keys fixed later that da. And thankfully, despite being reasonably occupied, i didn't feel like there were neighbours around me. The sound of shower and taps, door, or people chatting was rarely heard. While the room was great, the corridor near room 508-09 smelt bad. Hopefully, this doesn't happen again, and I'll be happy to stay here whenever I'm around

The level of cleanliness was very poor. The floors felt dirty and there were cockroaches as well as excrement around the apartment which made us feel uncomfortable and discouraged us from using the cutlery. I sent a few emails to the management team regarding our discontent, but I never got a response. This shows a lack of professionalism and poor customer service.

-Great quiet location near train station and local supermarket. The room is nice but not very clean, especially the tile floor, maybe because I stayed during the peak season so the cleaning services were limited. -The fire and smoke detection system is very sensitive so if you are going to do any cooking, make sure you have to put the exhaust fan at the highest level, which is really noisy. In addition, they do not have any Queen bed, only 2 single beds joined (I did make a request in advance as the advice from the Google Review but I still did not get it finally because the apartment does not have any queen/king beds). - I had to pay $25 per night for parking but there were quite a few free visitor parking spaces available at the back of the building because the businesses in the building were already relocated so please check before making a parking reservation. They have a lot of private parking spaces so you can make a reservation anytime. - I was also required to pay $500 as a bond. I did not know this policy until I check in.

Wonderful place to stay! Rooms were huge, clean & super quiet. Staff were so very helpful & special mention to both Charlotte & Christine, who could not do enough to help. Will definitely stay there again when in Sydney. Thank you for such an enjoyable week :)
