Was here today with my Mother for an Iron infusion and the ladies were just amazing. Incredibly friendly and just awesome people. My mother has cognitive issues and Belinda was very friendly and understanding and even went out of her way to help me out with some carer information that I was unaware of. By far the best experience in any medical environment I've ever experienced in my short life. Thank you so much. I'll make sure to spread the word if anybody is in need of services you provide. I visited the clinic today and I am absolutely amazed with the service. They made my day by being so caring towards me. I got a bit dizzy and started breathing heavily when the infusion started and they immediately calmed me down, settled me back and I was fine in few mins as it was just anxiety. they even sat next to me the whole time after that to make me feel supported and keep me distracted. I had such a lovely time there. They are wonderful and I absolutely recommend!!

My son needed an Iron Infusion and it was a smooth painless process from the blood test right through to the infusion itself. Belinda and her team took care of everything in a professional friendly manner that took any apprehension out of the process. Recommend Highgate to anyone with these needs!

I had the most wonderful experience at highgate health today whilst I had an infusion. It was a beautiful and calm clinic and I felt so comfortable. The staff are very helpful and informative and the snacks are great too 😊

The most beautiful and loveliest medical staff I’ve ever met! Belinda, Belinda and Jen were all so so lovely and caring and I really felt looked after getting my iron infusion here. The place is also so nice and cozy and they really make it a welcoming experience. It also really makes a difference when you call to make an appointment and the person on the phone speaks to you in a very friendly manner. (I called 5 other places to make an appointment and every single one of them spoke to me like I was a bother to them.) After I made my appointment with Belinda I felt warm and welcome to come to this place. Price wise it’s also cheaper than most of the other places I spoke with! I’m recommending this place to everyone I know!

My GP wanted to bill me for another consultation, despite already telling me in my initial results review consultation that I needed an iron infusion. They then wanted to charge me $290 + the cost of the iron infusion ($30). I found Highgate Health Infusion Centre at Norwest. It couldn't have been simpler, I had a tele-health appointment with Nurse Practitioner Belinda, in less than 10 minutes I received my script electronically, and then at 2.30 same day attended the clinic. I was met by the delightful Jen, from there in less than an hour I was consulted with and cared for so well by Belinda who administered my infusion. Both my daughter and I had our infusions for less than the $290 my GP had quoted me for one. Their level of professionalism make you think this is a big business, but it is a small 'lady start-up' and worthy of our support. Please share with anyone you know that may benefit from an affordable iron infusion.

Belinda was so helpful from the initial booking to the service. She explained everything involved clearly. The clinic is very clean and modern. Will not go anywhere else. Definitely recommend!
