The coffee for some reason taste terribly milky. Like their isn't enough coffee or perhaps the coffee is stale, meaning the majority of the taste comes from the milk. Customer service has always been good and have not had to wait long for one ever, but for a coffee shop to consistently serve bad coffee, I can give anything other than a 1 star. The Well Cafe around the corner serve the best coffee by far in the area. Probably coming in at close second is either Paper Planes, or Culture grounds on the other side of the station. Fix the coffee guys

Terrible customer service. Ordered pesto chciken and coffee. Staff were busy eating and getting order ready like touching my ordered food at the same time. They need to be trained about maintaining hygiene and also how to do customer services.

Very bad experience not suggest to go there to eat toasty. I order cheese toasty and they charged me $6.50 and gave me local small bread and not proper cheese in there and surprisingly the guy went to buy bread after I gave order, bread is too bad not worth to $6.50 for this you can see in the photos Not suggest to go to this Gloria jeans Thank you

Worst beverage n worst customer service. He churn my tim tam chiller till it get butter served without cream, ordered crosson but when I went home n opened the crosson turned into rock. My knife couldn't cut that. When I returned that. He only said "sorry" no complimentary offered for their mistakes n I willnever ever going to step in this cafe. Worst foodn worst ppl ever.

At 730am on a weekday, 2 Woolworths staff members are puffing away on cigarettes outside in the seating area whilst enjoying a beverage. The management of Gloria jeans can’t even take any action, as this is a non smoking area!

A barely toasted toastie and the worst caramel latte I’ve ever had. Won’t be going back.

I had the worst coffee of my life, using my redeemed points. It was an utterly disgusting experience. The customer service is appalling & the music is rude & way too loud. This is my 2nd visit & the same situation occurred both times. I wouldn't even give 1 star but had to.
