I have throughly enjoyed my stay at Quest Bella vista. It was super convenient and the room was very nice and spacious. Location was perfect as the hotel is close to the hospital, shops and buses. They also had a restaurant downstairs near the reception with very tasteful, delicious dishes. The staff also went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay. I would definitely book with them again. Excellent service all around.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Quest for 10 nights during a business trip and it was absolutely fantastic! The apartment was very spacious and comfortable with ample room for me to unwind and relax at the end of the day. The convenience of having a Woolworths within walking distance from the hotel, along with the amenities provided in the apartment, made my stay even more enjoyable. Also, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the hotel for accommodating my late check-in on such short notice. Despite my arrival close to midnight, the check-in process was seamless, and the staff member was exceptionally friendly and helpful, even at that late hour. I would highly recommend this place and definitely plan on returning in the future.

The window mesh was ripped. The decorative pillows had holes in them. Someone else's hair was on the bathroom walls. I had stood on a needle/pin thing that was right by the bed side table. It also took a week for the $100 hold to come back into my account but not before I had to call them to remind them. All I was offered was a discount on my next visit. Trust me I won't be back.

Unable to visit due to the strict Sydney lock down. Hotel totally rude and refused to refund any amount at all also not interested in a credit or ability for us to stay there once lockdiwn over. Can't believe how unfairly and rude been treated by this Hotel. Ridiculous that a place can be allowed to treat people this way. Department fair trading lawyers no one able to help a battling family out during these tough times. Do not stay here do not book here avoid horrible people like this hotel. N

Quest Bella Vista is the best place to stay in the hills! I've stayed here 20+ times in the last 3 years and have hosted events in the conference room and restaurant. Big rooms, great service, prime location and value.

We were treated very badly by the hotel property and sales manager and some of the hotel reception staff. We wanted to extend our stay beyond the contract period and when we enquired at the reception, we were assured that it can be extended as long as the rent was paid a fortnight before. We even received an email confirmation for the extension of stay. However the day before the contract ended we were asked to check out. If we wanted to continue to stay, we had to pay double the current rent. The front reception denied any knowledge of this extension and insisted on us vacating the property although we had two young kids. We had to find an alternative accommodation within 24-48 hours. We also struggled to get our bond back and had to chase them numerous times. I would not recommend this place wherein it’s completely business with no consideration for human values or emotions.

Room (2/5): The spaciousness of the room was overshadowed by the consistently weak shower pressure, which varied from a gentle trickle to an almost nonexistent drip. This issue significantly impacted the overall comfort and enjoyment of the stay. It's essential for the hotel to address and improve the water pressure for a more satisfactory guest experience. Service (3/5): The hotel staff's responsiveness to other concerns during my stay was commendable. However, the persistently weak shower pressure should have been addressed promptly upon notification. A more proactive approach in resolving such issues is crucial for enhancing the quality of service. Conclusion: Quest Hotel Bella Vista has the potential to offer a pleasant stay, but the consistently weak shower pressure significantly detracted from the overall experience. While the location and other facilities are commendable, addressing and improving this crucial aspect is imperative for ensuring guest satisfaction. I hope the hotel management takes steps to rectify this issue, as it greatly impacts the overall quality of the stay.

Simon at the restaurant is amazing!! Great service is hard to find but he has it covered. Made the effort to know all our names. Wherever his journey takes him, the employer will be lucky to have him. The chef provided amazing food it was so yummy. Our experience at the restaurant was first class. The check in staff at the hotel were so warm and welcoming and made us feel comfortable straight away. A friendly face, smile and a question about our stay can go a long way, it was nice to have the checkin staff ask about our stay.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very kind!! If I have a chance, I would definitely like to come back here! The hotel is very quiet and nice!

Beautiful clean hotel, quiet area. We visited to attend a concert at Sydney Olympic Park, convenient drive to Seven Hills station then directly to the stadium, saving parking at the event. Spacious 3 bedroom apartment for six friends Will certainly stay again!

Room was beautiful and clean had everything we needed. Before arrival communication was wonderful to check what we needed for arrival etc. staff were all very helpful and happy to accomodate anything we needed. Would stay again definitely recommend.

The hotel has wonderful amenities in the units, including fridge, range and washer/dryer. As an international business traveler having the ability to do laundry at my leisure in the comfort of the room is wonderful. Coco Noir restaurant next door has a lovely atmosphere, the staff were welcoming and attentive and the food was tasty.

We travel Melbourne to Gold Coast often. Quest Bella Vista has become our favourite rest stop - close to the freeway for easy access and egress, staff are friendly and attentive. Food served at the hotel restaurant is amazing - elevated pub food - in an unexpected place.

The Quest is in the perfect location. Only two minutes walk to the hospital, which was perfect for us. The staff were so welcoming and couldn't be more helpful. As I had to have an extra night stay in hospital. It wasn't a problem at all for my mum to book an extra night. The staff had it sorted in no time. The rooms were very clean and tidy. The ease of parking. Woolies is just down the road, in walking distance if you only need a couple of things. I wouldn't hesitate recommending the quest to family and friends.

Staff is fantastic, rooms were great and location was nice and close to our Baseball Field. My only issue was that our team were spread out over 4 levels. It would have been better for the team that we are all on one floor.

On the check in Maureen is very helpful and gave me a free drink voucher it made my stay more enjoyable. Friendly staff, beautiful and spacious rooms. Food at the restaurant is superb.

Best described in the following sections: 1. Room - quite good. My room was nice but housekeeping missed it for one day. 2. Service - pretty bad. I stayed when the Junior Baseball League has booked majority of the hotel. I stayed for the examination of my life and I was only notified of the former booking 3 days before my arrival (from interstate) which does not help. The only thing Bella Vista offered was (paraphrasing) Just wanted to let you know that there will be kids here and they have been noisy although we are keeping them down. If they actually cared, they would have briefed the parents to keep the little ones down. So bad that I do not need a morning alarm to wake myself up. 3. Location - self-explanatory, close enough to my examination venue.

I stayed in a 1-bedroom apartment on the 6th floor which included a full sized kitchen + washing machine & dryer. The room was clean and daily room service was thorough. Staff were warm and welcoming and the food (room service from the on-site cafe/restaurant) was exceptional on the three nights I ordered. The only negative is that the doors are not sound proof - there is a significant gap between the door and floor - meaning that you hear all of the corridor noise including doors closing by other guests and general conversations. This makes a stay in a regular room (which I have had on previous visits) quite disruptive, but with a 1-bed apartment I was able to close the bedroom door and the corridor noise did not disturb me.

Perfect for a family of 4. Apartment was a good size and very clean, with a fully equipped kitchen. Reception and housekeeping staff were so helpful and friendly - even a handwritten welcome note in our room on arrival. Would definitely stay again when visiting the Hills area of Sydney.

We stayed here for one night for the appointment in the hospital. The room was very small and old and the facility was poor. The cattle was covered by some stains. The beds were not comfortable. The little dinning table wasn’t stable. When we entered the room after checking in, a stuffy and unpleasant smell was around us. I had to open the old and dirty window to change the air in the room. The time for checking out in this hotel was 10:00am, but a cleaner came to knock on our room door at 9:20am which was surprised us. We were very disappointed with the stay in this hotel. The room we stayed is not worth $239 that we have paid for. We will not come back any more and will not recommend it to anyone else.

We stayed in the 2 Bed apartment. Quiet, comfortable and clean. Close to a variety of Restaurants. Breakfast was yummy. Thoroughly recommend this location.

Nothing was too difficult for these friendly staff. They provided extra cooking equipment, extra tea coffee and milk with no questions. The 1 bedroom apartment comes with a full stove, microwave, cooking utensils, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The dryer appeared to be a heat pump dryer which did not heat up the bathroom or apartment and was not too noisy. For our family, being so close to Norwest Private hospital was needed and appreciated.

We stayed at the quest and ate at the cafe for dinner both nights. The team there were fantastic in welcoming us and providing strong service to make us feel at home. Food was pretty tasty and they had a decent menu

This is a wonderful accommodation option. I've had the pleasure of staying here twice for business reasons, and it's conveniently located near my workplace. The breakfast is delightful, the staff is warm and welcoming, and the check-in and check-out processes are seamless. The rooms are impeccably clean and provide a comfortable stay.

Coco Noir is a hidden gem! Great customer service by Sujal and his team... Fabulous cocktails... Love the jazzy atmosphere and contemporary decor!!! Well worth a visit ... Next time I'll try the fabulous menu!!!

I’ve been staying regularly at the Quest Bella Vista over the last 5 years. All the staff are excellent , extremely friendly and very helpful. From Sunni and his team on the front desk to the chief and all the Cafe Coco staff all are excellent people who will go the extra distance to make anybody use stay a great experience.

The room was clean and I was able to stay comfortably. But the breakfast was so disappointing. The toaster didn't even have a cord plugged in, and many people had to wait a long time to bake bread. It was a pity that there was only instant coffee, and there was no yogurt or fruit. The most inconvenient thing was that the water pressure was so low that I couldn't shower properly because the water didn't come out well. But the staff were friendly. If these inconveniences are improved, it will be recognized as a lodging with a better rating when searching for a hotel abroad.

While we attended the restaurant quite late after attending the hospital Sujal was more than accommodating in setting up our tables for a large group of people. The food was good but the service was better. Thanks for a lovely meal

The reception team were lovely, friendly & went the extra mile, especially Mohamed. The rooms were very spacious, had a fitted out kitchen with a cooktop & microwave plus dining & study. Very convenient location & reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again.

We cannot speak highly enough of our stay at Quest Bella Vista. We have been staying here for 18 months while our home is being repaired from the recent floods. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We have stayed in many, many hotels and motels during our 57 years of marriage and are yet to find a better place to stay. We would recommend Quest Bella Vista to anyone. We give it 5 stars.

Great place. This is my second time and seems to get better and better. Staff are very nice and welcoming and very helpful. Had few issues with our room but was blown away to the complimentary being offered. The owner is really nice, young, inspiring and kind hearted. I would very recommend this place to anyone and it’s walking distance to shops and very convenient.

Hotel facilties were clean and nice. Friendly staff service which were great! Location was little far to main city but there are direct buses available so it was okay. Overall view it was great hotel and I would come back to stay for future stay^^

Had a Costume Party / Dinner held here for work. One of the employees, appeared to be a manager, saw part of my costume had come apart and took the initiative to help fix it. Small act but big impression. Thank you very much to them!

Our stay at the Quest was nothing short of AMAZING! The room we had booked was better than what was advertised with the layout being something you don’t see unless you pay quite a dollar for but the pricing here was phenomenal! The highlight of our stay were the employees at reception embracing us in such a manner and left such a positive impression on us as they were kind , funny and professional with the way they talked and took care of us with one going out of his way to help take a photo of us too! Aman and Mohammad were the names of the two and we are already excited to come back and be greeted by them again!

The staff at Coco Restaurant were friendly and helpful, and the food was good, which made dining there enjoyable. The location was also super convenient for us. Overall, I would definitely stay at Quest Bella Vista again.

Don’t trust this business with your money. I have been waiting since the 8th of July for my bond money to be refunded and absolutely no one has been interested in actually helping. I was first told it would take 24hrs and then I was told I would take 4 weeks and now we’re halfway through October and I still have not received my money. When I have spoken to their management they have rushed me off the phone with no regard to the financial position they have put me in, they have ‘promised’ that it would be in my account next week… 4 TIMES!!

Stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment, great stay, nice staff at the front desk. Would stay here again. The cafe downstairs isn’t that great - doesn’t open for lunch, wasn’t open on the weekend, overpriced food in the window.

We had a 2 day work stay and quest will be the place for us in the future for all our stays . From the minute you walk in , the staff a very accomodating with a very special mention to the lovely super helpful Mary . Nothing was to much trouble especially driving us around in the courtesy car . Thanks Mary and the team .

Unique accommodation experience in Western Sydney. Reception staff appear new to the job and a little confused as to proper process however, a big THANK YOU to young Miss Daryn who went above and beyond the usual performance and ecxelled at Customer Service. Cafe/Restaurant next door has amazing food but extremely overpriced.

Enjoyed my stay at Quest Bella Vista. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. From the minute I checked in, the staff made me feel welcomed. A home away from home! Looking forward to coming back and staying!

Stayed for a week, had everything we needed. Modern and spacious apartments, woolies across the road so we were able to easily cook our own meals. The staff were attentive, swift check in and gave us a follow up call after 15 minutes to check if we were all good in our room. Will definitely stay again when we’re back in the area.

I am not sure if they have new management since opening but it has gone down hill. I stayed regularly before COVID and it was fine. Now not so much. Room was half cleaned on the second day. The rubbish build up outside was disgusting. Nothing like going out for a smoke and you have a RAT run pass you,. this was not a once off. It was all week I was there. Sort the place out cause it is going down hill fast.

To be honest, we have visited many times to quest bella vista one thing we noticed that customer service always outstanding with warmth welcome, a way of greeting just amazingly. We want to say special Thankx to Rinni. She is humble, supportive and welcoming .Thanx So much To Rinni and all quest team members .

Staff was absolutely professional and friendly during our stay and my partner mentioned she felt at home during our time here. No request was a bother and everyone was welcoming. Definitely recommending Quest if you're in this area.

Amazing service, i have had a couple small issues with hot water not working in the Kitchen, however was quickly rectified by moving me into another apartment, But, I cant help but not comment on Jess, She is an absolute delight, her attention to detail, Not only warm and so polite, but so sincere in the way i was greeted and assured of a great stay. I have now been here for 3 weeks and could possibly be here for a further few weeks due to lock down. Nothing has changed with the the way the staff have treated me. a massive thank you to all staff. The Quest Bella Vista will certainly be my choice moving forward when i next return.

Terrible with communication and management. Have requesters my $300 security deposit 5 times now, each time being told it would take 24 - 48hrs to come through. The manager even said he had double checked with the bank twice and they had said they got it (they hadnt) - i went in the next day and the lady at the front desk said the hotel actually still had the money and were yet to refund. I will put forward a formal complaint as i am still yet to receive my $300 deposit. I have never met a hotel/anyone who has been so stingey about a deposit they promised would be back into my account. Do not recommend at all.

Our bathroom had not been cleaned by hotel staff and there was what looked like diarrhoea and vomit in the toilet, the bath was unclean and rubbish in the bin. Absolutely disgusting and unhygienic, especially so given we’re in the middle of a global pandemic. I attempted to ask for a room change but reception was unmanned after hours. We were unable to use the bathroom facilities during our stay because of this. I asked for a refund at check out, showed the lady the photos of the state the bathroom was in, was asked to send them to her, and was told someone would contact me. After chasing it up for weeks, the hotel manager called me and denied seeing any photos of the state of our room. He said he could offer me a “special discount” at my next stay there, but would not offer a refund. I was absolutely disgusted and beyond unsatisfied with the response. I attempted contacting the hotel a few more times but would never get a response back. I contacted Booking.com to make a formal complaint and provide photos. After 2 more weeks, Booking.com said they had been unable to get in touch with anyone and nobody had responded to them either. Absolutely awful customer service and disgusting, unclean hotel. I urge anyone considering staying here to reconsider.

Always my choice when visiting the area for work. One bedroom units are well equipped and make it easy for long stays. There was an error with the booking but staff were responsive to the issue and attentive when addressing it. Rooms always clean. Close to shops if needed. Better than others in the area.

Once again Ive come across "outstanding!!" Customer service at Quest hotels. I stayed at Quest Frankston in Vic, they were " outstanding" as well. The staff at Bella Vista are awesome! " JESSICA" a lovely receptionist is an ASSET to your organisation!!!! She sets a standard for others to" STRIVE" for. The room service staff do a great job. I highly recommend this hotel. Booked this motel. Less than 10 minutes later had to cancel due to vehicle breakdown notified them straight away. But No refund. Will definitely not recommend or stay at any quiet motel again.

Nice check in and clean room! But there were two greek/Italian ladies yelling on the phone outside my room! It I did tell them to use their inside voices! And they listened… perfect wife material…

After booking and paying in full (April) for accommodation I was advised two months later (June) they could not provide the room, as they were doing maintenance at that time. I was offered a room at another motel with any extra costs to be covered by the Quest Bella Vista. To confirm my interest in the new accommodation I was asked to provide my credit card details, which I did. I was then charged extra (more than my original booking) by the Quest Bella Vista (June) as they advised they had to complete a charge back with the new accommodation. In this time I was provided a booking confirmation via the Quest Bella Vista from the new accommodation with a new charge. The new charge was crossed out, poorly and I could see they had charged the Quest Bella Vista less than the Quest Bella Vista had charged me. With a number of calls and emails being sent between June and now, August both Sonny and Yash cannot return a call or reply to an email. Such poor service and lack of interest in their guests I will never think about staying or recommending this motel to anyone I know.

Great that the rooms had 2 bedroom options however ours had a lot of water spilt on the floor and the carpet was sopping wet. The AC had been turned on to help with the smell and drying it (presumably) but it was down to 17 degrees. The floor didn't dry by the morning. Otherwise the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and tidy kitchen. We did ask to have breakfast at 930 and please check out after 10 and reception was kind enough to extend checkout until 11am.

Super comfortable and clean stay at quest Bella vista. All essentials included. Amazing hospitality from all staff, especially Svuthi and Aaliya on reception who were so accommodating, helpful and friendly. Kitchen staff are very hands on and make you feel looked after from start to finish.

Very nice stay at the Quest in Bella Vista, location was unusual but they have a restaurant on-site for all my meals except Saturday evening. Very welcoming crew at the desk. My room was nice and fresh. Will come back when in the area

Stayed for 2 nights as I was visiting family and couldn’t fault. Had a nice stay. Welcomed by nice people at the front desk, introduced the hotel very well with all information and even walked me to the lifts. my room was upgraded, was nice to see how spacious. Specially mention to the housekeeping team because kept my room clean. Did not try the restaurant, will do next time.

It was an amazing stay ! We here for quite a few days and loved our stay there. Reservation was so smooth, when we arrived at the hotel we were welcomed by the team at the desk who was willing to assist us checking into our room. We have had to ask housekeeping for more towels but was so nicely delivered and our room was serviced at the same time. Shame that it wasn’t done on Sunday tho. Breakfast at Coco was nice and fresh. I can’t remember names from the people working there but all so nice and welcoming. Nothing was a big deal. Thank you again, we’ll be back

We needed accomodation close to the hospital at very short notice. Tom and the team on reception sorted out a fabulous room which was perfect. We had everything we needed especially with two young children. Parking is free and very accessible to the lifts. The cafe down stairs does really good food which even my kids liked and is delivered to your room. While the hotel and facilities are excellent, it is the staff that make the difference. Everyone is very friendly, engaging and eager to help. We ran out of dishwasher liquid and someone in reception was there within 5 minutes with supplies. Thank you to everyone at Quest for your help and great service.

The restaurant has amazing food and service. The service we received was so amazing and we will definitely be back again. Josh and the Chef made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience.

Everything about Coco Noir is beautiful! All the staff is absolutely amazing and always takes the extra mile to make sure our experience is perfect! Really nice staff that accomodate for all your needs! Great room with a bunch of amenities, everything you could ask for. I had such a lovely experience at the Quest that I had to share my feedback ! From the moment I checked into this property I left a warm welcome by the team and nothing was too complicated, my room was extremely clean. Even if I only stayed for a night, I went to the cafe for a quick bite before going back to work and the service and the food was good. Upon check out the team at the desk was smiling and it felt like a very unique experience, although far from home, I felt secure and comfortable. I will definitely come back !

Room was very shabby. A 2bdr appartment with kitchenette had 1 water glass 2 plates & 1 champagne glass. Master bedroom door didn’t close, safe didn’t work, each bedroom had a lamp that didn’t work. Walls, doors & carpet were scuffed & dirty

The lovely Tom at the front desk worked so hard to help us print out some important documents and managed to fix the broken colour photocopier for us. So very great for his (and his colleagues help!). The best 😄

Had a lovely 2 nights stay here with family. A very family friendly place to stay, with very well equipped apartment. Can cook own meals. Bedding, sofabed were all comfortable, lovely decor and very clean. Definitely would recommend to others.
