    A truly home away from home! Steve and Zoe are both great hosts! Lovely accommodation in a quiet suburban street and a nearby bus stop if you don't like the stress of driving. Stayed here twice and definitely will come back here.

    Nice place to stay but bear in mind that if you do not have a car this place is far from the nearest train station. The service is excellent, the rooms are ok. Also bear in mind that the price is also excellent.

    Quiet and clean. Hot shower, comfy bed. Perfect for a stop over in the hills district area of sydney.

    Appalling place to stay, staff are rude and the rooms are atrocious. would rather stay in my car than stay there. Zoe is the rudest person I've ever come across. Avoid! The room colours are atrocious, like a 12 year old girls room, the coverings just make me gag. Clearly they have no taste whatsoever.

    Made a booking and paid a significant amount as deposit. Was told the amount would be refundable. Had to cancel due to Covid and gave a few weeks notice to Steve prior to cancellation. Dishonest owner decided to keep the deposit and won’t refund. Quite unprofessional as a business. Do not recommend.

    Close to Valentine Sports Centre so good place to stay when you are attending events there as you can easily walk there. (The Sports Centre had more basic accomodation and lots of young sports players staying there.) Bus stop for express bus to Sydney was nearby too. Longer walk to local shops and restaurants. Convenient having breakfast included.

    Not recommended to deal with👎🏻. The owner is very dishonest and manipulative . Back off and manipulates his own words and doesnt not stand on his commitment. There are surely better people in the business out there who are more reliable.

    My Partner & I really enjoyed staying here, very lovely & comfortable to stay, the owners/staff made us feel very welcomed & attended to any of our needs. The breakfast was fabulous too, will definitely return again.

    Stay here and will come every 2-4 weeks to see family and friends love the room ,breakfast is nice own key to your room and resident cat was so cute !

    The owner has a black cat inside the property which he does NOT disclose in the introduction. My child is scared of cats and I am allergic to cats as well. When my child was frightened by the cat inside and could not help screaming, the owner Steve did not want to put the cat outside, instead he asked my child to keep quiet!!! We paid you for our accommodation, not for being scared all the time when staying there. In addition, the room during night was very cold with the air conditioner on, we woke up a couple of times by the cold.

    A nice little BnB, small but adequate room and a cooked breakfast. If you drink instant coffee bring your own or put up with International Roast. There is a local T-Link bus service but a car is probably best for this suburban locality.

    I work 80+hours a week and was in Sydney for a week. I organised my stay at Cutmore Cottages. What a mistake! I am type 1 diabetic and needs a fridge, which the owner assisted with. She also assisted with moving to one of her other houses which had availability. So far, so good. There was never any communication about check in procedures, or the breakfast that would be supplied. There was no one onsite to assist with check it around 6:30pm. A male guest was leaving the house, and the front glass door was opened, he actually welcomed me into the house. If the door is open with a man standing in front of it, how is any one to see a note stuck to the door? The owner was contacted immediately. Her first words were "Don't call me after 9pm". It was only 6:30pm. There was also no prior communication (via email, text or Airbnb inbox) about breakfast, or parking. Breakfast is only served between 7-9, which is too late for me.  I did find some cereal in the kitchen, but milk was not supplied each morning. I washed my clothes elsewhere and hung them on the house clothes line on Thursday morning before work, but was accused of leaving them on the line "for days". I went looking for them within the house and could not find them. I called the owners, who advised they were in another person’s room on Thursday evening. Then on my last night, they popped a parking map under my door telling me I was parking incorrectly. I did leave a review on AirBNB which was honest, non-threatening and without personal attack towards the owners of Cutmore Cottages.  It was once this was published that I received the email from the owners, thanking us for their first bad review, and stating the check in process was obvious and maybe I lack common sense (amongst other personal attacks).  At no point did the owners wish to discuss the miscommunication, they were more interested in reiterating via email that I have no personality and no communication skills.  As an avid traveller, I could have offered some positive feedback and suggestions for improvement.  A nasty email from the owners of Cutmore Cottages was the last thing I expected to receive. It saddens me to think that small business owners can be this nasty...hopefully no one else receives such hate driven, horrible emails for simply being honest.
