I called and waited 1 hr and 45min. When finally they answered the young girl was apologetic saying there’s only 1 receptionist and they are flat out. I had called to speak to my doctor as he forgot to leave my blood referral for me and he knew I’m in Sydney only 1 night and by the time they answered the phone he has left for the day. I have been seeing my doctor for several years and the place has changed so much that you just dread going there. It’s nota matter of going for half an hour, it’s2hrs plus. The place is short staffed on both areas of reception and I’m unsure about the doctors as I’ve only ever seen mine. My doctor never took bookings but he became so popular that he was forced to. The centre owners need to get their head out of the sand and take a serious look at how unhappy the staff are and even worse the lack of care and service you give your patients. the receptionists are not as polite as they use to be, they cop the frustration from waiting patients and it’s not fair. Whoever the owners are I suggest never come near the centre because you risk being beaten up by many unhappy patients and then let’s see how long you will wait to get medical attention at your own centre. The blood will dry and your wound will heal by the time you’re sent.

They opened at 7am which i checked online and when getting there at 8:10am they told me the doctors don’t start until 8am, which is fair enough but it was already after 8am so I was a bit confused. There was 8 people in front of us which would usually be completely fine but they didn’t disclose that no doctor had even showed up yet. 8:30am and still no doctor had shown up. Finally I decided to ask and they weren’t sure when any doctor would be there, which isn’t the receptionists fault at all but something I feel like they should tell the patients. I do feel if you’re open at a certain time, have doctors on ready to go or just don’t open until doctors arrive as there’s sick children and people waiting around. Having such a big medical centre with no doctors and around 30 rooms, makes no sense.

Stefanie is absolutely amazing !!! My mother unfortunately dropped a knife on her foot a few days prior but never got it looked at. My mother is generally anxious with hospitals so we insisted and took her into the medical centre. They were so kind and were able to take us in immediately and treat the wound. Stefanie was so friendly and helpful and made my mum feel at ease the whole time.

Booked an appointment for 1:30pm. Reached at 1:20, waited till 2:30pm to find clinic staff jumping queue and still many patients ahead. What’s the point of booking when clinic staffs are seen by the doctor before the booked patients. Older patients, children all waited for more than 1.5 hrs ahead of their booked time. I have seen this in other countries but I am surprised this happens in a developed country like Australia. As the queue was not movibg ahead, I Had to cancel and see other doctor nearby which probably took lesser time.

0/5 stars - come here often, after this interaction might not come again. Dr Samantha Parasu was incredibly rude to me and unprofessional. I asked to receive more scans for my ankle as it was swollen and I could not weight bare, she started arguing with me about medicare rebate and said that she will not be issuing me a referral for scans. She then told me to lay on the bed and grabbed my ankle aggressively saying that “I’m fine” and it’s a “sprain”, she did so while moving my injured foot around rapidly. I was in a lot of pain when she did this and when I asked her to stop, she insisted that it’s a sprain and it wasn’t swollen. I told her that it was very swollen and if she wanted to compare my feet but she said “it was no necessary”. She then told me to walk on my injured foot saying “I’m fine and it’s nothing” and there was “no need for crutches”. After some back and forth she agreed to get re X-Ray of my foot and it concluded that I indeed did have a fracture. She did not apologise to me and handed me my crutches saying not to walk. I felt like there was no patient advocacy and she was very apprehensive to assist me in figuring out what’s wrong.

I have attended to the clinic for two recent medical emergencies within our family including follow up care and treatment. The staff were efficient, professional, patient and kind. I really commend the team at Wentworthville Medical Centre and highly recommend them to others in the community. What I appreciated most was that on both occasions we avoided long and unnecessary waiting time at the hospital emergency room. Instead we got the X-rays, examination and treatment required locally and fast. It’s been heartening to find caring and professional medical team in the local area, thank you! Special thanks to nurse Seher for her attentive care towards our toddler. It made a big difference to a very stressful situation.

I had an unfortunate accident that required urgent, non-life threatening care. The service provided by Nurse Sanjay and Dr Chandra in the treatment room was outstanding. Very professional and very caring. I am extremely grateful as they both went above and beyond their time to ensure that I was well looked after appropriately. Thank you. 🙏

Doctors are all good but the staff at the reception is worst i have seen. Please change the management. They don’t pick the calls quick have been on calls for more than 30 mins on several times. They take their time even if the queue is long.

I had part of my ear removed by Dr Rajib Das. From first consultation until today when procedure was done, Dr Das has been amazing. From diagnosis to explaining what needed to happen Dr Das is first class. I was very lucky to have him as my doctor. The result of my procedure could not have gone better and this is thanks to Dr Das Also nurse Seher needs special mention. During consultation and biopsy and again during surgery Seher not only performed her duties but most importantly for me she was able to help me control my nerves and anxiety. I was a mess. She was like an Angel. Thank you so much Seher and also Dr Das for the amazing care you both provided to me.

My review isn't based on my last visit. This is a summary of a few visits over the past few months. Don't even bother trying to contact over the phone unless you are prepared to wait for minimum an hour (can provide screen shots of call details). Enter the clinic now and very unfriendly (I won't say rude though) waiting for you. They don't even greet or smile - how difficult is it, keep in mind in some way we are all patients who is entering your premises). Long wait for everything and very little information provided. I have to spend 2 hours to see my GP and get a vaccine. I even asked how many patients are waiting before me and I was told just 1 ahead of me. Guess what I sat there seeing 3 patients before me. Had I known I would have seated in my car for little longer. But I still go there as my GP (Dr Tony Girgis is the best GP I have come across). Treatment room 3 hasn't been vaccumed for sure. Management please do something about this ASAP. Just getting your staff to smile and greet doesn't cost you anything. Unless they can't be blamed as they are unhappy at the work place.

As I write this review I have been sitting ON HOLD on my phone for 78 minutes and 46 seconds waiting for the receptionist to answer. This isn't the first time I have been kept on hold for such a ridiculous amount of time either. Looking at previous reviews I totally agree that the treatment room staff are absolutely brilliant, the reception staff unfortunately are totally at the other end of the spectrum. They are woeful at the best of times and that is being nice. I wouldn't go there except that my treating GP of the last 40 years is there.

I see Dr Layla Yasmeen for my iron infusions. She is a caring and professional Dr who really listens and treats each case individually to meet specific needs. Her team in the treatment room are all excellent. Sayed is very professional and makes you feel at ease with the entire process, Benita is caring and extremely efficient. I would recommend to anyone.

This medical centre is by far the best I have been to. The doctors are professional, friendly and very thorough during their consultation. There are a number of both male and female doctors and bookings are quick and easy to make. The staff are always helpful. I would highly recommend this place to you and your family.

Quick and reliable! Lovely nurses and doctors which do their absolute best to make you feel comfortable even in tough situations. Have had to come in multiple days in a row for wound cleaning and it has been easy and simple every time.

The person who did the vaccination for my daughter was very kind and I can tell very good with kids which made the experience positive as my daughter was slightly nervous. Overall, she was calm during their conversations. Well done!

Dr. Priya Das , has been on of the most desirable Doctor in the centre. Has always listened our concern, understands our sentiments and recommends the best advise. Her politeness and humble gratitude has always made us comfortable on every appointment that we had with her. Her medical advise has been always the best for us. Weather it be for myself, my husband or our daughter, her medical expertise has always helped us in many ways. Highly recommended from every expect. The centre it self is well managed and looks after every patient.

The doctor and nurses who looked after me yesterday were beyond what you would expect. An urgent care service is a great idea! Being able to deliver immediate care for non-life threatening injuries that you would otherwise present to the hospital emergency department and wait hours to receive treatment. The nursing staff, Franco, Justine and manager Sayed were beyond what you would expect. Respectful, kind, helpful and professional that would go beyond what is required to ensure safety and comfort. Dr. Layla was my treating doctor who was extremely knowledgeable and able to treat in a timely manner.

I had seen Dr Layla about an occurrence and issue that had happened to me. She is such a professional, caring and dedicated doctor who has truly shown her work ethic and dedication to her patients throughout my time seeing her. Also to mention Megan and Binita, lovely nurses who were super warm hearted when I was getting treatments done.

The urgent care service is a fantastic addition to the centre! They saw us almost immediately and provided thorough and friendly care. The nurses are very professional, especially Seher. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. There should definitely be more urgent care services across medical centres.

Extremely happy with the nurses in the treatment room. They are very helpful & friendly. Sanjay who is one of the nurses, went out of his way to provide his excellent care & service to my daughter. He really went above and beyond and made sure that she was treated promptly. Franco is also such a helpful & friendly nurse. They are both always very assisting & cheerful too. It's good to know that there's such a great, professional team that really care about their patients & are very dedicated to their work. Very impressed!!!

Yesterday on Easter Friday I had taken my wife to the medical centre. We found there was only one doctor working and taking care of all the patients. Dr. Layla was the only doctor . but we felt luck because she was excellent - she apologized for keeping us waiting for 35 minutes. No one ever in this medical centre apologized for keeping us waiting in the past. She is very caring . Her communication skills were beyond excellent. She took the time to listen to my wife ,examined her and identified the problem. We are grateful to her because my wife has already started to feel better as of today. In future if we have any medical problem we will see Dr.Layla.

I like Dr Ali. He was kind, gentle but also to the point. He explained my options thoroughly but ultimately left it up to me to decide what I wanted to do. Though I have been to Wenty Medical since a child, I've never had a consult with him - I think that will change. It's nice to speak to a doctor that trusts that I know my body.

I just got off the phone with Dr Farzana Yusuf. She called me 3hrs after the scheduled phone appointment and firstly made no apologies for her lateness. When I spoke to her, I had trouble understanding what she was saying due to her accent. So, I was asking for clarification. She then made a crude comment if I understood English. I confronted her on this comment and she retaliated by telling me she was frustrated I was asking for clarification. I told her it was rude that she would make such a comment, considering I obviously had no bad intentions in asking for clarification. She then retaliated again by raising her voice and telling me she thought I was rude that I needed clarification. I've never been treated so poorly by a doctor who I'm supposed to receive care from. I will be filing a complaint.

I've had such a great experience with Dr Layla Yasmeen. She's an incredibly compassionate doctor who thoroughly investigates issues using the process of elimination to get to the root of the problem. She was able to figure out some issues I had and provided me with the best treatment suited to me. The nurses who have been assisting her have also gone above and beyond. I highly recommend these amazing people.
