    Iā€™ve been training here for 2 years. I couldnā€™t recommend this gym highly enough for any level of athlete. Cardio based circuits, compound functional movements all the way to tailored strength programs. The gym also supports the MyZone heart rate monitoring system so when you train you can compete with those around you. Adam and the team do a great job, are very approachable and have created a fun place to train.

    Not that the team need my review but hereā€™s my 2 cents, this gym is great for any person to get started with their fitness goals or someone very experienced to try something very different. Good mix of conditioning and weight training and a good team of experienced trainers to guide you through the classes. If you are looking to start out or looking for something completely different(like me who trained CrossFit heavy lifting and Olympic style training for 3 years) I highly recommend to give them a go.

    Joining this gym has made it easier to get back into fitness again after having 2 kids. Such friendly & supportive staff, the classes have a great selection of workouts to follow where you can work at your own fitness level. I love supporting small businesses too, thumbs up!

    Best place to train! My husband and I have visited and used many gyms in the past and Repetitions hands down is the best. We feel like we are part of such a community who is always supported. The trainers are amazing and the workouts are epic. Highly recommend!

    I canā€™t get enough of Repetitions. Iā€™ve only been a member for 8 months and Iā€™m seeing huge results. Where do I start, this gym is what I think about when I think of the perfect gym. The awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the trainers here is second to none. They are eager to help and will take the time out to work with you. Also they understand what you are striving for and they WILL get you there and further, while having fun. The classes are intense for every level athlete, and you will love the diverse workout combinations. Plus they have a live Dj once a month.

    The best group training gym to exist! The training programs are flawlessly designed to achieve the most out of 60 minutes and target all of the bodyā€™s muscles. Adam and the team are constantly coming up with new ways to keep members accountable and showing up to sessions by creating goals, competitions and giveaways. If that is not enough, there is always extra support readily available directly from the trainers. On top of that, Repetitions has built such a unified community that Iā€™m grateful to be apart of.

    Started at Repetitions 5 months ago and am so happy with my progress so far to regain by strength and fitness after having two kids. Currently doing Adam's 8 week challenge and have learnt a lot about nutrition and feeling so much more fit and lean. Amazing gym, great coaches and community :)

    The trainers are really friendly, patient and good at showing you how to use equipment ( this is especially helpful when youā€™ve never been to a gym before). There classes all ways stayed on schedule. And the training regiment is very thorough and well planed. Over all really impressed! šŸ‘šŸ»

    Joined Repetitions during COVID when they were doing on line classes. Iā€™ve never been a gym person but realised it was time for a change The best thing I ever did Love the variety of classes on offer, the people at the gym and the trainers Changed my life for the better Since joining I have lost a total of 20kgs. If you love group training sessions, this is the gym for you

    Iā€™ve been going to Repetitions for about 2 years. Iā€™ve always found them supportive but I found them especially over the last 4 months. I injured my shoulder and Repetitions were amazing helping me and putting together a program that I meant I was still able to train and keep up my fitness šŸ˜Š

    Repetitions Group Fitness is one of the best gyms in Box Hill. They've got group fitness classes everyday. The team here is just amazing they motivate you throughout the class. The classes change everyday throughout the week which is great.

    This place deserves the 5-stars! I recently moved in the area and Adam gave me an opportunity to train and view first hand how this gym and its approach is different to the others in the area! I must admit I actually hit my target strength goals and the motivation, the family friendly environment (you can bring your kid along, so no more excuses to stay home!), the bespoke fitness app that connects you with the trainers to motivate and help track your fitness goals and of-course the community are the best part of this gym. I highly recommend this gym and advise to give it a try if you havenā€™t already.

    I recently started training at Repetitions Group Fitness and Personal Training and I couldn't be happier with my experience so far. The gym is well-equipped and has a great vibe. The trainers are very friendly and knowledgeable. The owner, Adam in particular is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to understand your personal situation, goals and is always available to answer questions, teach you correct form and provide alternate solutions, especially as Iā€™m recovering from an injury. The classes are HIIT based with programming changing weekly to keep things interesting. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to invest in their health to get in shape, build strength, and achieve their fitness goals.

    I am a long distance runner & did a bit of strength training myself to support the running. Even with the strength training I was doing, I was keep getting injured, which was hindering my progress in running. I had been to couple of other places for strength training & didn't find it quite effective. That's when one of my friend recommended Repetitions. I initially joined the group training. Found everyone up there very nice & supportive. I then decided to go for training which are more specific for running & opted personal training.I have been doing my PT with Nick from past 1 year & results were fantastic, I have hit a PB in every race I did in 2023 & I ran two marathons this year(which included my very first marathon), that's the amount of confidence that you get after training with Nick. The trainings not only involves physical strength but also lot of discussion around mentally getting prepared for the race day. I love training at this place & recommend the place for your personalized or generic fitness goals, These guys deserves a 5+ star. Thank You Nick for being such a great trainer & a person.

    If I could narrow Repetitions down to one word it would be - life changing! I came to this gym after a number of years off training and not feeling the best version of myself. The trainers are so knowledgeable and supportive and the gym has a very welcoming and community type vibe suited to all fitness levels. If you are looking to get results and have fun doing it, you will not regret joining this gym!

    Started training at the gym 4 weeks ago, Adam is super helpful in setting his app with food management etc.., feeling fitter already. The gym is run really well. There is a bigger feel to Repetitions than just a gym, really community focused and great people. 100% recommend to people that want to make a step change!

    Iā€™ve been a member for a year and a half now and I would highly recommend this gym! In terms of the gym facilities; there are classes that has large number of classes including lunch time class works best for wfh people. Also, you can 24*7 gym access with an additional gym tag. This is a highly equipped gym with plenty of equipment and space to do exercises such as lunges/sled push etc. Everything is well maintained with air con and fans that keep it cool even in summer. Toilets/showers are clean to use. I have seen the whole facility getting cleaned regularly. Thereā€™s a wide variety of classes which I try to attend 5-6x week. The atmosphere is comfortable and the other members are friendly and nonjudgmental. Iā€™ve found the trainers and all the sessions excellent, and theyā€™ve challenged me both mentally and physically. I recently did 8 Week Challenge this September and Iā€™m so happy with the progress Iā€™ve made!ā€ØSince completing the challenge, Iā€™ve gained muscle while losing body fat, achieve new personal bests, and grown in strength and confidence. Iā€™ve been consistently exercising 5-6x week and have a healthier relationship with food! Honestly, I couldnā€™t have done it without the support of Adam and the team. Adam has been incredibly friendly, helpful and supportive along the way. Itā€™s clear that he truly loves his job and cares about each and every one of the members.

    Having joined Repetitions in January this year I cannot say enough positive things about the gym Adam and his team have built. Aside from the basics a good gym should have (which repetitions have in spades!), well maintained equipment with everything you need for your workout in a very clean environment. The staff are amazing in their fitness knowledge, approachability and very keen to assist every member. Two things have really stood out in my short membership 1) The sense of community Adam has built through his member base. Itā€™s such a positive culture where you feel welcomed from the minute you walk in the door. 2) The variety of offerings that caters for all all its members fitness goals. From individual monthly challenges that focus on nutrition and exercise to smaller group classes to ultra competitive team events. It really has something for everyone.

    Excellent place to train. Adam and his team know their stuff and go above and beyond to ensure you are progressing and getting the most from your sessions. The members are welcoming and provide a real team atmosphere where regardless of your age or fitness level, they motivate you to do your best each time you step inside.

    I have been training at repetitions for the past 5years and I have never been to a gym quite like it. The trainers are so helpful and are filled with knowledge, the members are so friendly and make you feel very welcome. You can also bring your children down into the play area while we train. I love this gym itā€™s the best gym I have ever trained at! Do yourself a favour and come down and see Adam and the team @repetitions you will never regret it!

    If you are looking for a gym that offers variety of classes and plenty of them, then this is the one. A great atmosphere that is inclusive of all abilities. Adam and his team have created a fantastic gym community that is supportive and love having fun while pushing you towards your goals. I use to struggle getting to the gym each week and now love going as many times as I can.

    Reps is easily the best gym Iā€™ve been to. 5/5 for sure! the structure they have developed is perfect for somebody like myself. I only Train around 3 maybe 4 times a week as I am busy person but their program has still seen me get great results that I know i wouldnā€™t have achieved at your ā€œstandardā€ gym. They are great at helping you stay accountable and the staff are all very approachable, knowledgeable and helpful. The variety of classes is what seals the deal, you get a little bit of everything!

    From the outset Adam was very helpful from getting the apps set up and to assisting with scheduling classes. I believe there are strong benefits in group exercise, motivation for one. There is a family vibe at the gym and the classes are great!

    Iā€™ve been at repetitions since 2019! Throughout the years have created not only a better fitness routine but a lot of new friends! Being extremely anxious about weight training, Iā€™ve never felt more comfortable with the surroundings as well as all the trainers support! Great atmosphere to train and have a laugh as well!

    Repetitions Fitness is a fantastic gym to be a member of. Not only do they offer an incredible variety of group training sessions, always mixing it up to get the best out of your training, all of their trainers care. They care about your goals, your wellbeing and your fitness experience. They are always there to ensure that you are getting the most out of your training by taking the time to show you the correct form for certain exercises. The gym environment is fun, non judgemental and incredibly inclusive. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Thank you Repetitions for helping me strive for and reaching my fitness goals!

    Iā€™ve been to a few gyms but none of them compare to Repetitions. The staff are super helpful and friendly, the classes are actually enjoyable and are varied, and there are plenty of sessions running each day so you can pick a time which suits you. Have already recommended to heaps of people and would recommend to many more.

    Repetitions is The place to train! Great community vibe! Workout challenges and motivational network keep you getting back in there everyday. Exceptional programming from Adam and the coaches are extremely knowledgeable and supportive. Accessible workouts for every fitness level and body type. From being a couple months pregnant to now, Iā€™ve benefited form every session. Highly recommended to all.
