    I have just completed my 7 Week Challenge with the FitCamp family. I would like to say this was one of my best decisions to go for the challenge. They are a bunch of great guys and gals who help you throughout your weight loss journey. The support is amazing, always there to listen and provide feedback. And they push you hard to achieve your results with their proven method of combined diet and exercise. The exercise regime has a great variety and it does not bore you doing same repeatable exercises week in and week out. The atmosphere is friendly and not intimidating. you feel like you are part of the group whether it's your first days or the last.The trainers are gems, they are knowledgeable and know their stuff, always encouraging, listening and open to feedback. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

    Fit Camp has given me the support and encouragement to achieve my 7 week goal. The team is amazing, motivating me during the hardest parts of the challenge to persevere and focus on the end result. Being accountable every step of the way!! I loved that the training sessions pushed you to your limit and the trainers were there every step of the way to ensure you got the most out of each session. I have changed my old routine for a new, healthy and happier one. Thanks Fit Camp!!!

    Awesome training centre. Started the 7 week challenge with a goal of 10% loss on the scales. With fantastic support and motivation of the trainers and hard work I managed to smash that goal. The trainers are very supportive and motivating. Could not have done it without them. I would highly recommended this to anyone looking to kick start their fitness. Through clean eating and training I managed to lose more than 10% body weight and learnt food good habits along the way. Thanks to the fit camp team for a truly memorable experience!!

    This gym is like no other, it provides such a supportive group environment with tailored training to meet the needs of all levels and abilities. The staff are always helpful, providing support during exercise and always willing to provide the best service possible at all times. They always communicate in person and on social media to inform the community of upcoming events, provide advice, educate and prove member success. The 7 week Challenge is a great way to kick-start your health goals

    I completed the 7 week challenge 5% body weight. First things first, the program works! If you stick to the instructions, turn up week by week and have faith in the mentors, the program works and it works damn good! The biggest difference for me between this program and other fitness programs I have tried in the past is the motivating nature of Fit Camp. The people in the gym become a family, the trainers are all approachable and encouraging and they care about you individually. The money deposit and the weekly weigh-ins also make a big difference to keep you going on days that you aren't feeling so strong. I lost over 7kg in 7 weeks and am feeling great. Not only that, but it has helped get me into a routine of healthier eating and more regular exercise. I would recommend Fit Camp to anyone with a fitness goal in mind and a determined attitude. It takes hard work but it is well worth it, and there is no better team to take upon the challenge with.

    I am a 55 year old woman, who joined Fit Camp Castle Hill because they promised to do what I couldn't do alone - get HEALTHY and get FIT in 7 Weeks. And boy, did they deliver! I lost 10.9kg, and in mind and body I am stronger than ever. Fit Camp Coaches have nothing but positive attitudes, bucket-loads of enthusiasm and encouragement for all. Don't hesitate to make an investment in yourself and your well-being.

    I completed the 7 week challenge last week and lost 8.4 kgs. I can honestly say that joining Fit Camp was the best decision I have ever made. Every class was different and fun. The classes were challenging but very rewarding. As each week went by I felt stronger and was able to do exercises that I never thought I could do. The weigh ins every week kept me accountable and motivated to train hard. The trainers are great. They are always there to support you on your fitness journey and help you with the training techniques. Thanks Elle Brown for your support and encouragement during every weigh in! Thanks Fit Fam for motivating me to continue my fitness journey.

    The most fabulous 7 weeks of fun and fitness I’ve ever experienced!! The support from the trainers is always there, the smiles and greetings as soon as you walk through the door and the constantly changing challenging workouts!!! Combine that with the nutritional information and encouraging posts on the Facebook page and you have a perfect recipe for weight loss and body change success!!! You really couldn’t have more fun losing weight! My fitness levels have improved greatly in just 7 weeks, my eating habits have completely changed and I’m looking forward to completing my next personal challenge in my goal towards being a healthier and fitter me!!! Thanks to the Fit Family for their support!!

    I recently completed the 7 week challenge and exceeded all my expectations by losing 10kgs in that time frame. Very happy indeed. From the outset I was very impressed with Fit Camp's communication - it was prompt, relevant and well executed. The program expectations were also very clear and the incentive of getting some of the challenge joining fee back if you lost 10% of body fat was also very motivating - if not for the money, simply for the pride of achievement! The actual training sessions were good in that they cater for all fitness levels - there are some very fit people there who are able to push themselves and many also just starting out. It is a very inclusive environment too and everyone is very welcoming and knows you by name after pretty much day one. On the nutrition side, the program is quite restrictive, but this makes food choices easier - it is also healthy and well balanced and you can eat sweet potato!! The wonderful Quentin Singh is a wealth of knowledge about nutrition and a great asset to Fit Camp - you can buy a plethora of awesome "health foods" there too which is definitely a point of difference for them. All in all, a very positive experience. If you need a friendly, non-threatening community to start you off on your fitness journey or you simply need accountability - like me - to reach you weight loss and well being goals - Fit Camp are a must.

    Just finished the 7 week challenge and managed to lose 10% of my body weight! I didn't think I would be able to do it but with the help and support of the amazing staff and members I was able to keep on track and achieve my goals. Would not have been able to achieve this without the team. The fitness classes were also great, with a different theme every day of the week. I loved coming to the classes and giving my best. The best thing was that you could go at your own pace and if you couldn't do one exercise the trainers would help modify the exercise

    Have recently completed the 7 week challenge (10% body weight loss in 7 weeks). While I found this hard, I found the trainers and the other challengers/members very supportive. Helped keep me on track. In the end I lost 10.8% so well worth the effort. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to challenge themselves with something new and wants to get their health and fitness on track.

    The fit camp team made my 7 week challenge a fantastic weight loss experience. While I was sceptical before the challenge started, the team were supportive and helped me achieve my goals. The team has continued to support me in setting new goals and working towards them. The variety and timing of the classes made my experience at fit camp really enjoyable. I look forward to working with the team while I continue to work on my goals.

    Top gym, personalised and very friendly. If you carry an injury they change exercises for you and adapt to what you are capable of. If you are nervous to join a large mainstream gym, then this is the place for you. Plus Katherine makes some mean protein balls.

    I finished the 7 week challenge and loved the whole experience. The culture is excellent. Everyone is supportive no matter what level of fitness you have. The trainers are all positive and keep the sessions varied and fun as to easily engage. I enjoy knowing I can just rock up with no preparation and I will have a killer workout. Unlike most gyms where it takes a lot of self drive, knowledge and planning to get similar results. Highly recommended!!

    Fit camp has honestly changed my life! Taking the 7 week challenge was one of the toughest but most rewarding things I have ever done. The incredible trainers guide you through the entire way, ensuring that each member is reaching their full potential. The knowledge that the trainers have on healthy eating and exercise is amazing and I definitely felt like they all wanted me to succeed! If anyone is wanting to change their life, learn and make new healthy habits and set themselves a challenge- fit camp is for you!

    Definitely recommend!! 7 weeks ago I was 7kg heavier, feeling sluggish, lazy and not confident in myself around others. After going through the 7 week transformation challenge and changing my diet habits, exercise frequency and changing my lifestyle, I am now confident in myself, have a ton of energy and am loving going to the gym! It’s not a short term thing, but a step towards a new lifetime commitment which is scary but there are so many people around for support and help! I love the atmosphere at Fit Camp, everyone is very encouraging towards one another and friendly. Very different to all the other big gyms around!

    I completed the 7 week challenge and it was great! The trainers are amazing and the everyone at the gym is lovely and easy to get along with. The nutrition guide was easy to follow and well thought out, the receipts fit camp provided was awesome too! I lost just over 5kg and succeeded in my challenge!! Thank you so much to fit camp for kick starting my new lifestyle :)

    7 weeks too quick! A time to always remember and never forget. Never have I been to a gym with such energy and enthusiasm, it’s an atmosphere unlike any other. I completed the 10kg in 7 weeks challenge, a challenge I deemed impossible. But yet I am here to say that the challenge works and if hard work is put in a positive outcome is followed. The team at Fit camp transformation centre is not like any other team at other gyms, they are a team who become more like family over the duration of the challenge! My life has changed for the better after the completion of the challenge. I now feel much more energetic to live a healthier lifestyle and most importantly making healthier food choices. Throughout this challenge I was able to lose 18.5kg in 7 weeks. I recommend fitcamp to all who are trying to find the start line to a healthier lifestyle!

    Just completed the 7 week Challenge and cannot be happier with the support, guidance and workouts throughout the program at FitCamp. Trainers are great and the family atmosphere created with all members is a real bonus. Cannot recommend highly enough for people wanting to make real change and join a great community of like minded people with shared goals. I have continued with the team post my challenge as I know I will get the support I need for the rest of my weight loss and lifestyle change.
