We had this place recommended. While the rooms are big and great for big families plus the bonus of having breakfast available I'm disappointed in the cleanliness of the rooms. There's mould on the curtains, window sills, lots of cracks in the ceiling, lots of stains on the carpet and we are paying lots of money to stay here. Having the one lift has been crazy busy but luckily we could take the stairs after asking reception about using them. Lots of parking but be careful if you go out Saturday night parking fills up really quickly with people coming to the other businesses around here. More info is needed on the usage of the pool. We got told we could use the pool to 5 or 530 we went at 3 and got told we had to be out in just under 30mins. Our children were so disappointed. The pool is for the public too and had swimming lessons on. No mention anywhere about this. The breakfast was good but if staying longer than a few days having things changed up with choices would be good. Even providing whipped cream for waffles and pancakes be great. Unfortunately the sausages never looked cooked. I was disappointed with how much this costs per night when I've stayed in heaps cheaper places and had rooms that looked better so when under a big corporate name of Novotel you'd expect it to be up to scratch. We even found a chocolate bar up on the top of the TV that a guest must have left. The condensation was really bad too hence why mould was around. Lots of stains too on the curtains. We normally camp so we don't need ritzy things but these kinds of things need to be fixed.

Nice hotel next to the West HQ. The room was spacious, beds were comfy & staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet was also quite nice, with a nice spread of savoury & sweet items, cheeses and fruits for $33/pers.

The rooms are always very clean and well presented. The staff are amazing, from the front desk to housekeeping and everywhere in between. So friendly and helpful.

Our second visit here finds us on the 6th floor in a great sized room with 2 comfy queen beds. Rooms are clean and are well set out. My wife has a power wheelchair which is quite large. Fitted through the doorway relatively easily. However some sort of stopper setup on the self closing door would be handy. Situated adjacent is West HQ which is a great place to relax and enjoy a cold drink, coffee or excellent food. Disability parking is quite adequate within the overall large parking area that caters for the club, hotel and the sports area which is also part of this ensemble. Overall this complex has been designed well and is customer friendly. Highly recommended.

When to see Kasey Chambers at the Sydney Coliseum. Staying at the Novotel was great, nice big room , decor needs a freshen up but was comfy & tidy. No bath/spa in any of the rooms was disappointing as there is plenty of room for one. but would stay again .

The room we stay in here is always great but the buffet breakfast has slipped over the years. A $30 per person breakfast is not what is being delivered. Poor quality ingredients combined with inept execution in the kitchen have taken What used to be the highlight of our stay and turned it into an RSL style breakfast from the 1980s. I will happily revise this review if positive changes are made in response. Itโ€™s a shame.

Pretty decent rooms and nice breakfast on offer, bit pricy though. West HQ is very good, lots of nice food on offer for dinner and can get a drink. Close to Rooty Hill and the train station.

Return Stay here for two nights. Had a superior king room which was one of the largest Hotel rooms I've stayed in. Additions of two separate lounges, in a very larger open-plan room. Bathroom was also large & well equipped. Hotel info & mini bar menu were easily found, unlike some other Accor's we have stayed at that don't seem to have any kind of hotel guest info - hard copy or electronic. Room amenities were sufficient with good air conditioning/heating, great shower & a sink with a working plug - always a bonus..... Breakfast was substantial with a wide variety on offer. With the RSL next door, you are spoiled for choices for dinner each night.

I love the space of the room. Very nice, and the west HQ food court gives a lot of choices.

My mum paid for the deluxe twin suite which was about $300 and something a night. First thing was the room design looks like a crime scene, like I struggle to comprehend who came up with that concept! Was a good laugh I must say though. The place was filthy curtains were dirty and even looked like there were spots of real blood on the curtains. Everything was dusty and the worst part was the unknown white stains on the bedding, skirting and couches. I actually felt dirty in the room, also there was hair on the bed that certainly was not ours. when we called to explain the situation they apologise and downgraded our room but gave my mum back $60 of the booking. If our event wasnโ€™t at the actual West HQ we wouldnโ€™t stay there.

First time I stayed at this hotel. I was very impressed. Check in and out was easy. The room was very big with everything you would want. The bed was so comfortable. The rate was also good value. I highly recommend this hotel.

Never had a hotel refuse to serve breakfast just because they close at 9.30am on weekdays instead of 10am. The Indian manager at the kitchen desk refused us and our kids breakfast when we got there at 9.32am. Plain act of RACISM I believe as we saw other customers were still having their second or third round of food. Canโ€™t fathom why would Novotel would hire a heartless person like her.

Nice hotel located in the heart of western sydney. Penrith, Parramatta, Castle Hill and Liverpool are short drive. Very centrally located. Very nice food available in the club next door (West HQ). There's also a fine dining restaurant located on level one of the hotel. Plenty of parking available and a taxi rank right out the front. They lost one star for their rooms as the toilet bowel in our room (210) had a crack right around it and toilet water was leaking onto the floor when we flushed. We advised the front desk and room service ladies, but no one seemed concerned by it.

Overnight transit stay. Nice staff and lovely rooms. Appreciated being able to have adjoining rooms. However paid the same price for both rooms but the king room was substantially larger than the twin room.

I like this hotel. There was even some yummy biscoff copycat biscuits in the mini bar drawer! The room has good heating. The TV isnโ€™t the biggest though. Itโ€™s a really good hotel!

Clean spacious room, friendly staff. We had room service for breakfast. Amazing food large portions and very reasonably priced. Very handy to complex just out the front entrance. Where there are eating facilities/bars and gaming. Also great theatre where we saw the Madagascar Musical with our family. Recommend this Hotel.

Booked here with my family for 5 nights. Found MOLD in our room on the 2nd day. When I asked to be changed from the MOLD they told me to go wait in the MOLD room with my 2 kids aged 2 and 6 months. Once we changed rooms the manager tried to say it was on the out side Lucky I had a video of how it was growing in the curtains on the inside. The room they put up us in doesnโ€™t have working heating they gave us a tiny portable heater to use for our stay and we have been waiting for it to be fixed for 3 days now. We decided to stay here as the Novotel is an international name but finding MOLD and having no working heating is like cheap motel quality of service. What a waste of my money. They cleaning staff have been lovely thou.

A comfortable hotel. However it's in a really confusing area. There are several Novatel building nearby. We spend 30mins to find the correct reception and car park. It's noisy at low level rooms.

We stayed as a family for the long weekend the room service was done daily, the buffet breakfast was good and room service was quite quick. Parking was ok. A little exspensive overall. Very busy in the area with the club next door and aquatic centre and bowling alley all in the same block.
