Had a blast doing the CR-18 with Friends! Amazing Staff, great Location! Recently celebrated my birthday weekend with friends doing the CR-18 here and it was pure fun!! It was a first for most of us and I personally had no idea what to expect but our game master Annika was so lovely! She had been amazing in explaining to us how it works and what to do. She was so friendly, approachable and warmly assisted us until we finished! Although we didn't beat the time record, we did escaped with a few minutes still remaining on the clock! Not complaining at all! LOL! Can't wait to try out the other rooms, we will definitely be back!

The CR-18 Scram escape room was my very first, exceeding me expectations of the game! The game conductor, Blake, was very accomodating and friendly, enhancing the experience exponentially. I will definitely be coming back to do more!

Had a great time escaping The Doll House with 3 friends. The room was styled well, had a good mix of puzzles, and some cool effects. Our host Matthew was friendly and explained the rules in an easy-to-follow way. When we asked for a clue he pointed us in the right direction without giving too much away. Would love to go back for another room sometime.

My wife and I did the wizard chambers room with our two young kids and had a blast. First escape room we’ve ever done and we were really impressed with the effort put into the challenges and the set design. Annie was an amazing host who really helped the kids feel comfortable and made the experience thoroughly enjoyable. Would definitely recommend to families and especially Harry Potter fans. Can’t wait for the next one!

Our group of 7 tried to play the game, and it was the first time for some of us. Knowing that, the staff was very helpful by providing some clues throughout yet not giving too much. Some puzzles were really interesting, which took us a while to figure out but we could make good use of teamwork. The room was nicely designed that gave us some creepy vibe, and there were some truly intense moments running with the time. We were so excited whenever we opened another lock. Overall, a really fun, thrilling experience trying to escape from the room 👍

I had an incredible time coming with my friends, and we were so good. We escaped with 4:23 left, and man was it intense the entire time. All the clues were intricate and connected with one another, and it was super impressive how it was set up. We did the dollhouse, which was way scarier than it had a right to be, and the game master lady Annie (who was super nice and incredibly helpful with hints) added to atmosphere constantly, with knocking and banging that was sure to get me, a grown, 6’2’’ man, literally screaming. We also had a radio, which sounds like not that big of a thing, but it does so much to immerse us into the scenario. I couldn’t recommend it more! You won’t regret the experience.

I did the wizards chambers escape room and it was so much fun. Our group was a mix of young kids, teens and adults and we all had such a great time. Alicia was wonderful, really helped make the experience even better. I highly recommend it

We just finished the doll house room with 8 minutes to spare! It was super fun and the puzzles weren’t too hard or too easy. Annie was our game master and and she was absolutely amazing- she was extremely accomodating and helpful and also had a good laugh with us at the end. 5 stars for Annie and 5 stars for this experience, we’ll definitely be coming back for another room.

We did The Doll House on the weekend and this is one of their more scary escape rooms (with jump scares) Me and my friends were lost finding the O’Connell St location, but the staff was amazing in helping us find it over the phone . We were also 20mins late to our booking time and they were so understanding to help us, thank you so much!! SO FOR THOSE LOOKING FOR IT VIA THE PARRA WESTFIELDS PARKING: Exit from the escalators in front of Kmart. From there you can exit the glass doors, walk up the street and turn left into the business brick building that looks like apartments. The escape room is on level 2 which means you take the stair case on your right. When you go upstairs you will see it on your left! Looking for SCRAM was probably the start of the escape room, and I don’t know if that was intentional!! Anyway, our guide ANNIE, shout out to you, did an amazing job. I have never done a *horror* escape room before and my friends were just starting out so it was definitely something we talked about the whole day. I would not spoil it for those who are doing it but let’s just say my Apple Watch recorded the amount of times my heart rate spiked and it all thanks to Annie. The rooms were done so well and the attention to detail was really good. You can tell they put a lot of thought behind the stories for these escape rooms. The lighting, props, music and sound effects were top tier and it was such a memorable experience. We got our photos taken after the escape room and it was sent within the day and that was so nice of them. I have also done the Alice in wonderland themed one too, and that was also a great experience! Definitely excited to do another one soon!!

Such a slay experience. The first challenge was finding the escape room but once we were in the staff were super nice. Alicia slayed, super understanding due to our group being 20 minutes late. The Doll house was such a good room, would recommend to those who won’t to have a slay experience. It’s a good introduction to scarier elements.

Went today with my family, it was honestly the best experience in terms of fun and service. We actually were running late to our booking but they were so kind and understanding when we called. The employee, Nikkash was truly so helpful and a great vibe. He was extremely patient with us and ensured that we were comfortable at all times. Also! He was very polite and joked around with us which was awesome. In terms of the escape room itself (Doll House), 10/10 would definitely recommend! Go here if you want to have a amazing time!

We done the CR-18 yesterday afternoon. The room was super fun to play! Our team really enjoyed it! Annie was our game host. She was awesome!!! Really patient with us, explained everything so clearly, very polite, give us the clue the right time. Thank you very much for taking care of us! Very pleasant experience!

Had a fantastic time doing The Wizards Chambers with some family. The place itself is tucked into the upper floor of a small building complex. They have lockers to put phones and bags into which you can collect from after the room. Our guide Alicia was super friendly throughout the entire experience and told us everything we needed to know. The room was challenging yet easy to follow. All of the puzzles led to something and were all very well made. You are allowed 3 clues for the duration of the room and are given a walkie talkie to talk to your guide. After completing the room, Alicia took a family photo for us all and told us our stats for the room. Would highly suggest visiting this place, whether you are an absolute veteran or completely new to escape rooms.

The Wizards escape room was absolutely amazing!! the clues were very informative and a good level of tricky for us to get through them. The most mistakes we made were where we got the answers correct but where in the wrong place. Alecia was such an amazing hostess that made us feel comfortable. She was very enthusiastic which made the game even more fun and memorable :))

Claudia was amazing. We played the wizard chambers and the doll house rooms and she was very successful in jump scaring us and helping us with hints. 10/10 would recommend. Will be back just for Claudia

We had heaps of fun in the Wizards Chambers escape room! Love the variety of challenges and puzzles. Annie was super nice and made our experience so much better! Recommend if you're looking for a fun activity in Parramatta.

The Wizard Chambers was a great room! The room was the right level of challenging with fun puzzle and brainteasers. Jacqueline was a great gamemaster providing a thorough briefing and also, ensuring we were moving along at the right times. She only got involved when necessary. Claudia was also great. Will definitely want to try another room in the future.

Had an awesome experience doing the Dolls House room! Definitely creepy with jumpscares but super fun overall! The puzzles were the perfect level of challenging but solvable. Our host Alisha was so lovely and welcoming and was great at explaining everything to us. As my second time at SCRAM I was not let down and had so much fun! Would highly recommend!!

We just held my daughter's 15th birthday party at Scram Escape Rooms on O'Connell's Street and they had a great time. It's a great idea for a teen party as it gets them thinking and interacting with one another. We booked the Wizard Chambers and they successfully completed it. The girls said it had a Hogwarts feel to it and was a lot of fun. Jacqui was their host and she did a great job. She was friendly and communicated well. The rooms are air conditioned and very pleasant. Highly recommend visiting here. There is handy parking around the corner in Westfields Parramatta. Thank you for the great experience.

As an escape room enthusiast, I brought my family here for a Father’s Day activity. We were warmly welcomed by Annie who promptly explained what to expect in the room. We completed the dolls house room which had a strong theme and interesting clues. We escaped with 3 minutes to go; a difficult room but still achievable for a mostly beginner group. We will be back again to complete the other rooms!

Amazing! We had so much fun with our younger siblings who had never been to an escape room before. Our game master Alicia is so helpful in guiding us when we were stalling time, so grateful to have her assist us! Apart from that, we did the Wizard Chambers which is such a nice themed room. Lots of clues and locks to solve, everyone was involved. 😊 Thank you! We will definitely come back.

Maclan was a great host! We had a really fun experience doing the Dolls House room. Had some elements of scare but definitely suitable for a lot of ages.

We did the Doll House Room as a group of 7. The room was a lot of fun and quite challenging. We managed to escape with 3 minutes to spare. There were a few jump scares which added to the experience. Maclan was out host and he did an amazing job!

Had an amazing experience playing the Wizard Chambers!! Very well arranged and all the clues were interesting. A huge thanks to Annie, our gamemaster for explaining us the rules of the escape room patiently and guiding us throughout the game without revealing the actual answers. Would definitely recommend Scram Escape Rooms for a good family fun!

I had such a great time, I did the dollhouse with one other friend and I loved it! It’s creepy and has some jumps scares. Definitely recommend coming here. Alicia was so lovely and helped us out whenever we needed explaining on any clues.

Went with in a group of 7 to celebrate a friends birthday. It was our first time doing an escape room and Bella was an amazing game master. She also didn’t spoil the surprise of multiple rooms which made the whole experience that much more exciting. We will definitely be back to hopefully escape from other rooms!

Doll house was my first escape room, and it was a great experience. It had fun puzzles and was a nice scary environment. All instructions were made clear and we were able to ask for clues whenever we needed it. Definitely had a great time, and planning to come again sometime in the future.

THE BEST ESCAPE ROOM EVER!! The staff were the friendliest, most accomodating people ever and made sure we were very prepared going in & explained everything in detail (were very nice when giving hints too). Experienced the Wizard’s Chamber and it was so much fun!! Highly recommend! The decor is amazing! It is a little difficult finding the place but once you do, it’s pretty straight forward!

Great for kids, teens and adults alike. our hosts Alicia and Jacqui were both friendly and were able to help explain how the escape room worked as it was a mix of new and experienced players. The doll house is exactly what I was looking for! Amazing, spooky story, freaking start with blindfolds, being handcuffed to the bed...with really scary moments and adrenalin rush, screams of my team mates... Puzzles are different, creative and vary from easy to difficult and nicely blended into the story. Annie was super friendly and encouraging and made us feel really comfortable... All in all, amazing experience, and can't wait to try different rooms!!!

we did the doll house with 6 people total. it was super fun and creepy. nick, our game master was really nice and fun!! this was my second experience coming here- my first time was doing the wizards chamber. the doll house was much more creepier which made it even more funnier!! i definitely recommend scram escape rooms!

Absolutely amazing! Victoria was the absolute best and managed to enhance our magical experience by joining in with our banter. The room was so much better then I had anticipated and I really want the owners to come design my house! There was so much to interact with that we didn't expect. It was my best escape experience yet!

We had a great time doing CR-18 two weeks ago. We did come late, because we got a bit lost. Half of the fun is finding the place.. haha Blake was such a great game master and just made the experience so much better. Thank you guys so much for the design of the room all the thoughtfulness behind the puzzles. I would definitely recommend these escape rooms to everyone

Great escape rooms! Great puzzles, cool props and just an awesome experience. We did fear today with Blake as the game master. It was scary and fun at the same time . I’ve also done 4 other rooms at scram and all have been fantastic.

Would highly recommend coming here if you love games and escape rooms! Was a tonne of fun! Can’t wait to come back again soon and try something else. Alicia was a great room host. Super friendly, polite and lots of fun! Loved every second. We did the dollhouse and it was awesome!!

I had an absolutely thrilling experience at Scram escape room in the doll room! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This escape room was an absolute blast, but I must admit, it was spine-tinglingly scary! The jump scares kept us on our toes, and I couldn't decide whether to scream or laugh. It was a fantastic mix of fun and fright. Alicia, our game master, was outstanding. Her knowledge and enthusiasm added to the excitement. She went above and beyond with her customer service, and her upbeat attitude made the experience even more enjoyable. She even shared some great recommendations for other food-themed escape rooms, which was a nice bonus! Overall, Scram escape room's doll room was a heart-pounding adventure, and Alicia's exceptional service made it even better. Our family of 5 had so much fun in The Wizard Chambers Escape Room last night. We did escape (with a teeny bit of help from the creators) and this made the whole experience satisfying. My kids are 10, 11 and 14 and this room was perfect for them. My only issue is the cost, it’s quite expensive as Adults are the same price as kids so this will be for special occasions only. Can’t wait to come back though. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing and so fun! Me and my friends did the Dollhouse, and the props and the atmosphere of the room made it look like something out of a horror movie! The dolls were also creepy, and i felt like i was being watched while doing the puzzles, which added to the mood of the room. This room is a bit challenging, but I enjoyed trying to work out the puzzles with my friends. We ended up not finishing on time (mainly because we goofed off a lot). Also, Blake was a great game master and he gave us really helpful clues! If I could give more than five stars I would! Would definitely come here again!👁👄👁

We were a group of 6 doing The Dollhouse. Annie was amazing, she gave us enough hints without revealing too much. It was super fun and we definitely recommend this to anyone who likes a good jump scare.

The Doll House challenge was a bday gift for my daughter. She had a great time completing the challenge with her friends. They had a lot of fun. It's very well organised. I recommend Scram Escape Room to everyone. My daughter and her friends want to come back for another challenge.

We had a deadly experience. It was our first time, we were bit anxious and little scared because we picked the doll house, our game master was very clear with instructions didn’t rush took her time to explain what we needed to know . We were a team of two, and we had to begin in two separate rooms. But our game master Alicia was very helpful when we needed her to be. The jump scares were worth it, had our hearts racing. It was very exciting. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! WORTH THE MONEY N THE TIME and A GREAT WAY TO BUILD TRUST AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS Also you leave with some photos from your experience to remember which is awesome.

DOLLHOUSE - Our first ever room! Really enjoyed it -frustrating at times when you know you are on the right track but can't quite get it. Interesting in a group to see who gets certain riddles :-)) Alicia was great and gave us extra time as she could see we were on the right track! Lucky we were the last group so was not hurried along :-)) we actually failed but made it due to extra time. Amazed we got so far lol

We did the Underland room as a group of three. We really enjoyed the themed elements and the clues were well structured. Bella was a great game master too. We will definitely be back to try other rooms.
