The Bronte to Bondi walk is a stunning coastal walk .The walk begins at Bronte Beach and follows the coastline to Bondi Beach, passing through several other beautiful beaches along the way. One of the best things about the Bronte to Bondi walk is the variety of landscapes and scenery that you'll encounter. The walk takes you along the beach, through parks and reserves, and past cliffs and headlands, providing a diverse range of environments to explore. The walk is also a great way to experience the vibrant culture and community of Sydney's eastern suburbs. Along the way, you'll encounter numerous cafes, restaurants, and other local businesses, offering plenty of opportunities to stop and rest or grab a bite to eat. Overall, the Bronte to Bondi walk is a must-do for anyone visiting Sydney. Whether you're a local or a tourist, the walk offers something for everyone, from stunning coastal views to vibrant local culture. It is a great way to spend a day exploring the city and soaking up all that it has to offer.

The Bondi to Bronte Coastal walk is one of the nicest and prettiest walks in all of Sydney! Some of the most stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and of Bondi Beach one thing that everyone staying in Bondi (or Bronte) must do! Bronte has some nice breakfast cafés that I got to eat at! I was also fortunate enough to have magnificent weather and was really lucky enough to enjoy the spectacular views of the Coastal Walk!

Fantastic walk with a great path and toilets along the way at Marks Park. Some of the best views of the ocean as well as looking back at Bondi beach. Not too busy during the week and can go at your own pace. Would definitely recommend to someone looking to get great views of the ocean along Sydney

This was one of the highlights of our time in Sydney and one of the most beautiful walks ever. We started at the south end of Bondi and walked to Coogee, which is just lovely. It's all very well maintained and you pass coves and a lawn bowling club and swimming pools and look outs that are magnificent. You can't bike it, which is nice and keeps the trail calm and comfortable. There are places to eat along the way and it took us the morning, with our frequent stops.

One of the famous 'coastal walk" in Sydney. Many people choose started from Bondi beach. Well, it's famous.. Keep walk on left side, guys! It's easy walk even for eldery with many benches and hand railing on stairs. Sometimes you can watch whales etc. Fantastic formation of the rock created from the past. Now it's Sculpture by The Sea again. The exhibition till Nov 6th.

The Bondi to Bronte Coastal Walk is an absolute must-do for anyone visiting the area. It's a pleasant walk that offers truly breathtaking scenery throughout. The coastal views are nothing short of amazing, with the rugged cliffs, turquoise waters, and the occasional glimpse of local wildlife making it a memorable experience. Whether you're a nature enthusiast or just looking for a nice stroll, this walk is sure to leave you in awe of the natural beauty of the coastline.

Watching the sunrise as whale breach is a beautiful moment. You might catch it. Busy AF right now with COVID-19, still amazing. The walk is 4km from North Bondi to South Coogee. Only a few hundred meters of uneven foot surface. Plenty of stairs and incline. It’s worth exploring the rocks by the water on the way

One of the most beautiful walks in Sydney. Beautiful beaches, breathtaking scenery, well maintained track and pretty easy to do it. It’s a must do when in Sydney. I used to this walk every Sunday when I was living in Bondi. It was a good exercise and quite refreshing being outdoors in beautiful scenery. One of my favourite spots in the city of Sydney to do. There are some great spots to do some great photography on the way. It’s also a great spot to see the sunrise. One of the most beautiful walk to do during sunrise if you’re an early riser. Highly recommended.

Such a beautiful walk and you can keep going beyond Bronte to Coogee. I look forward to this walk/jog seascape every year after City2Surf. It’s exhilarating❣️Lovely to see so many little parks along the way, dog friendly parks, fishing fans and surfers. There is something for everyone. 🥰

(Translated by Google) I took a bus from the bus stop in Sydney Hyde Park and went around Lynn Park-Gap Park-Diamond Bay Conservation-Bondai Park-Bondi to Bronte Coastal Walk. It's nice to stroll around Sydney's tourist attractions, but it's also good to leave the city center and head out to the suburbs full of nature. Lynn Park is a place of relaxation for locals and overlooks the cityscape of Sydney. Gap Park is a beautiful sea color seen from the top of a cliff. It is a scene of white waves crushing, but I saw a suicide prevention sign. The Diamond Bay Reserve has a promenade and you can take a walk on the cliff while watching the scenery. Bondi Park has a beautiful sandy beach where locals and tourists enjoyed entering the sea. Bondai Coastal Walk has a promenade along the coast, and it was nice to take a walk while feeling the pleasant sea breeze. The time required for sightseeing was 6.5 hours including breaks and lunch. It's very convenient because the buses you use come every 10 to 15 minutes, so why not try it once? An absolute delight of walk! Going along the coast with these fantastic views is a great activity to enjoy outdoors! I have done the walk many times. If you have a baby you may prefer to use a carrier rather than a pram as there are a few stairs that cannot be avoided. In any case, totally recommend the experience

One of the best walks, ever! Right next to the sea, up down and around! We just happened to come here when the sculptures were on display, which made it even more interesting. I highly recommend doing this walk at any time of the year.

It’s about 1.5km walk and we took about 25 minutes from Bondi to Bronte (one way) with our kids. There are few water fountains along the coastal walk and a cafe at Tamarama Beach if you want to have a break. Great thing for kids- there is a playground at Tamarama Beach 😄 Lovely coastal walk. This was a gorgeous walk - I didn't do the full walk but I definitely will return another time to complete it. The ground can become a bit unstable at times which was a bit off putting for one of the people in our party which was why we ended up turning back. I really enjoyed the inclines and declines. It was fabulous the way the cliffside is integrated with the foot path. Easy enough to get to the starting point by catching public transport to Bondi Beach.

A beautiful experience especially for the early birds who can catch a sunrise. Be aware that this is a popular running path for locals, so just keep your senses on alert and be respectful of other people using the path.

It's so easy to get a bus to Coogee and enjoy one of the most spectacular coastal walks to Bondi of you're looking to get your steps in and feed your soul. Highly recommended but I was warned not to go during the weekend so I did it on a Monday.

One of the nicest walks around. Do the while thing, do just part of it, you'll be blessed with nice views almost all the way. There are some lovely natural features, gardens and mansions to gawk at, plus the odd informative sign to let you know what you're looking at.

This is a very cool walk along the coast between the various beaches. The distance I walked (Bondi to Bronte) was short, but had plenty of views of the coast and many wonderful people. There is little or no shade on hot sunny days, so expect no relief other than the wind. This is not a smooth biking type path; there are quite a few stairs be prepared for them.

Great walking, fitness and dog walking track. After around 6am toilet facilities are available at all beaches on this track. Due to the amount of steps this is not wheel chair friendly however there are ramps to the walk way and beach on Bondi Beach. Use sunscreen and swim between the flags.

One of the nicest walks around I try do this walk bout 4 times a week maybe more. Do the while thing, do just part of it, you'll be blessed with nice views almost all the way up into bondi which looks terrible. There are some lovely natural features, gardens and mansions to gawk at, plus the effective informative sign to let you know what you're looking at and see how life goes.

One of my best running paths! Amazing views! It does get a bit crowded, but for the most part people are aware and let you thru. Happy to cross it off my to-do list!

The walk is beautiful and pristine. Mostly like an hour walk. You can see lot of crowd taking the walk over the weekend but its worth going ones if you are in sydney. There are lot of eating points at both the ends coogie or bondi. You do have access to beach , so its good for sun bath etc plus good for family activity.

We came along to see the Sculpture by the Sea exhibition, but quite honestly, the natural sculpted rocks along the coastal path were far more stunning - would recommend the walk when the exhibition is not on and fewer people are there. Beautiful spots to look out from, constant sound of waves crashing, and abundance of nature along the way. Fab when the weather is great.

Really calm, serene, coastal walk from Bondi all the way through. You'll likely be joined by quite some other families and visitors, but if you do take your time to stroll and enjoy the morning or evening breeze, this makes for an exceptional view. Highly recommend you start from the Bondi Beach carpark, and take your time with the entire stretch.

Amazing walk along well maintained paths & boardwalks. Stunning views with a great coffee shop at Tamarama that also does great food, plus IMO its got the best beach. Public transport buses (the 333) is super cheap from Sydney. We caught it from outside the museum at Hyde Park.

  • 5/5 Ms. Susan H. 1 year ago on Google
Easy, clean, well maintained and SCENIC. One of my most favorite places to go for a walk. Easier to find parking on a weekday and with a little extra effort, you can find free 2+ hour parking if you don't mind walking an extra 10 or more minutes away. Check signage on side streets. Back to the coastal walk....its beautiful. There's new scenery around every bend in the path and even if you're a regular, you can appreciate the magnificent beaches of Bondi, Tamarama & Bronte. Take a moment to breathe in the fresh coastal air, gaze out to sea, appreciate the wonderous Australian shoreline. Grab your waking shoes and get amongst it all. Late October to early November each year you’ll want to come on down to see Sculpture By the Sea. It can get crowded on sunny days, I've found it's always worth a visit. Enjoy your walk!

  • 5/5 Luc H. 1 year ago on Google
Great walking area for locals that want to walk, run or work out. If you are a tourist you get to see magnificent views of the shore around Sydney a long the way. With bad weather conditions you'll find yourself in a dramatic scenary. With a sunset it's more romantic. Anyway just explore and find out yourself! Must do if you are in Bondi if you ask me.

This of one of our favorite experiences when we visited Sydney. We walked and ran this stretch and extended on to Cogee. Great views, and a good stretch of the legs. It's not overly difficult fitness-wise although people need to be comfortable with steps. The few tines we went it wasn't overly busy either, although if you're running or jogging the length you will need to be mindful of walkers and that they deserve the main right of way and time. Extending to Cogee and jumping into the pool at the end is the ultimate awesomeness. 👌

We came here in the early August. It was pretty windy and cold at first, but it got pretty warm after we walked for a while. We love it! The views were breath taking and amazing! It took us about two hours to walk because we kept stopping to look at the views! The weather was nice when we were here so there were a lot of surfers in the water as well! It is a good place to stop and walk if you have time and the weather is good! Best of all, it is free! Highly recommend!

A part of the famous Bondi to Coogee costal walk, went down there again with mate a few days ago. Impressed by the view there all the time. Only issue is parking as it’s just hard to find a spot with flexible timing but with a bit of research you will find unlimited street parking on some random streets. The whole walk can take as short as few minutes or as long as hours, just depending on how you wanna appreciate it, either by fast viewing like a rocket in your running shoes, or by laggy pacing with a coffee mug on your hand and a camera on the other. Heaps of spots to stopover in between, can even go for a swim or surfing if keen. A few cafes and restaurants along the way but most importantly, just enjoy.

  • 5/5 Mridul D. 4 years ago on Google
Probably the best coastal walk. The breeze counters the harshest of heat at any given time if the day. We did the walk during noon on 27 Dec (scorching sun) and we were pleasantly surprised by the cool breeze. You will not feel that you have walked 6.5 odd km by the end of it. Highly recommended walk.

I love the coastal walk and do it daily when visiting Bondi Beach. Spectacular views - I also enjoy a swim at Bronte Pool followed by a coffee in one of the cafes in Bronte.

  • 3/5 Lynn M. 4 months ago on Google
The sculptures on this walk were great. The views over the beach & coast were lovely especially on such a beautiful clear, Spring day. The path & steps are accessible for able-bodied visitors but handrails being only on one side of the steps created some issues & congestion as people going in both directions needed to hold on for safety. Therefore the idea of 'keep left' was redundant. A rail on both sides would be safer & better to help those going up as well as those going down & as such improve the flow. The amenities were not particularly clean & were quite smelly. The toilets near the Bondi end were certainly in need of cleaning at 1pm. There were many people on the walk yesterday & it would be good if Council employed extra cleaning Staff to regularly maintain these facilities & improve the standard of hygiene.

Stunning walk between Bondi and Bronte beaches. Fairly easy walk with no overly steep sections. Can be very busy in places with a lot of joggers and tourists. No coverage or shelter from the sun during this walk so ensure that you have adequate sunscreen to avoid sunburn. Lots of lovely vantage points along the way to take in the beaches and cliff faces.

A stunning 3 km walk along the East coast. Wear comfy walking shoes and dress according to the weather. Not too steep at any point. Chalked out paths for walkers, joggers, cyclists and those with pets. Can take breaks to play in the sand or swim in any of the public pools or simply take a break to enjoy the scenery by taking a seat on benches provided at regular intervals
