The
accommodation
itself
is
very
good.
However,
I
booked
the
king
room
on
11th
June
for
1st
July
at
the
rate
of
$155.
I
arrived
yesterday,
checked
in
and
went
to
the
room
-
a
smaller
double
room.
When
I
returned
to
the
check
in
desk,
the
licensee
told
me
the
room
had
been
reallocated
to
another
party
that
had
been
there
for
5
days
already.
There
are
a
number
of
issues
here:
-
I
booked
the
king
room
on
the
Tavern's
own
web
site,
direct,
3
weeks
in
advance.
-
Somebody
at
the
tavern
decided
to
give
my
booking
to
another
party,
and
did
not
even
have
the
courtesy
to
contact
me.
-
The
Tavern
checked
me
into
the
smaller
double
room
and
processed
the
full
$155.
The
double
room
costs
$125.
They
still
did
not
have
the
honesty
to
mention
the
downgrade.
-
The
licensee
only
refunded
the
$30
cost
difference
after
I
actually
saw
the
room
and
questioned
the
accommodation.
Dear
Blacktown
Tavern,
how
about
using
common
courtesy
and
business
honesty?
