Been a customer of your restaurant for 10+ years. Didn't want to ever leave a negative review. From covid onwards we have given you many chances and you have managed to disappoint every time, and it's gotten worse every visit. Tonight, I can assure you; you have lost my business for good. Service- 0 Food quality-0 We understand everything has gone up in price. A price Rise I will accept. Dropping quality, service to keep similar prices not a smart move. The ribs we were served tonight, I wouldn't feed my dog. 95% burnt bone. Barely any meat any it. The steak quality. $5 steak from Aldi is a better option any day of the week. As a chef I would be embarrassed to serve what was sent out tonight.

Late lunch on a Sunday here with my partner. The service was very slow even though there were only 2-3 groups of customers when we got there. Most of the young waitresses seemed lost. The light kept dimming as one of the waitresses was leaning against the control panel while chatting with her colleagues. With that being said, the food was somewhat tasty given the price, hence the 3 stars.

Never disappointed with food, service and drinks here Outback Steakhouse Parklea Staffs are very professional, knowing better and friendly. Food and drinks are the best of the best. Only downside was that Outback Steakhouse App for membership is not available, hope I want to be a part of this lovely steakhouse! Thank you!! Highly recommended!!

Greeted by Jenny and Laura to what is becoming our local. My wife Racquel and I enjoyed our meal, she had the Lamb, I had the non conforming burger, not the real name. Food was amazing, ambient atmosphere, could be colder in terms of AC but that's my personal preference. Jenny and Laura hosted us well, big love. This was the first time we came here and we were amazed by how delicious the foods were. Steak and pork ribs were top quality, garlic bread and sweet potato were one of the best we've ever had. Staffs can be a bit lost sometimes but they were all pretty friendly. Will definitely come here again.

Tried the shareable Sirloin. Was perfect medium rare. Fantastic lunch. Courteous staff. Not much waiting time. Plenty of parking as well. The steak came with a green salad and chips. There are other options as well. Overall experience was great. Tried the country lemonades as well. Was good.

Came here for dinner. Shame they got rid of the volcano prawns and calamari that was my go to!! Anyhow tried the red centre sauce pasta with prawns - it looked amazing however was quite bland unfortunately. The burgers were not bad, but not worth it. The kids ribs were enjoyed. The chips however are always crispy and delicious 😋. Buffalo chicken wings were not too bad either, the sauce was quite nice!!

This is the best steakhouse in Sydney because price is reasonable and everything taste so fresh and delicious. Steaks are juicy and cook to perfections. Kids meal are great value too. 5 out of 5 . Hope they will always keep their quality

1st time there on Easter Good Friday around 3pm-ish. Staff are nice and friendly! The girl who lead us to the table gave my 4yo drawing paper and color pencils, very thoughtful! We ordered ribeye and prime ribeye both very juicy and cook to perfection! Calamari taste really nice too! Saw the review before we go was a little hesitant but everything is great maybe because we went there at non busy time. Thank you all! Will def come back again! 👍🏼

The entrees were huge and delicious, as was the garlic bread. Table staff very friendly and attentive. My medium steak came out very under-done and so returned it only to have it come back as well done. I didn't bother complaining again and ate it - because who wants to send something back a second time😐. When I told the manager at the door his attitude was really poor and said he'd 'mention it to the chef'. For a steak restaurant - I think it's pretty poor -especially for an almost $50 steak

Good place. Went there with a group of 6 peoples with kids. Ordered burgers and steaks. Food was good. Bit pricey and serving portions was good, enough and filling. Good atmosphere although it was quiet but can be very busy. Good location and easy to find with ample parking. Would definitely visit again.

-Steak was ordered as medium cooked but it was well done and the meat was tough, it wasn’t good at all. -dessert was served in the middle of eating the main food, and it was stored in the fridge and re served again later. Ice cream was all melted and and the dessert looked sorry when it was served again that I didn’t take a photo of it. - however the rib was nice.

We enjoyed dinner and we were very well served. The staff was very friendly and served with a smile. Highly recommend this place. The food was so yummy I ordered prawn appetizers were delicious. Stick and mash potatoes super yummy. Prices are good for the food quality, service and the atmosphere.

It's a little gem. Everything about this place is so right. The food is amazing cooked to perfection. Caesar salad was too good to be true.

I must say that the service here has improved significantly. If it has been a while since you have visited Outback Steakhouse, you should definitely give it another go. Annabelle, our concierge, was very professional and efficient. Hanna, our customer service specialist, made us feel cared for and important during our entire visit, she made sure our order was accurate, even though my husband changed his mind at the last second, and was so observant that the min I opened the app to order a drink she was by my side offering to get it for me instantly instead. And if all that wasn't enough, the new manager Jenny was at the door as we left to thank us and ensure we were well looked after. We reassured Jenny that she has a fantastic team looking after us and we were grateful for their time and consideration. We will be back. Probably next Tuesday.

We drove almost an hour to get here and it did not disappoint! Well worth the trip. Food was very generous, cooked perfectly and delicious. The manager Patrick had the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. He was so friendly and accomodating and went way above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We had a large group for a birthday and they made it such a memorable night. I can’t recommend this place enough. We all can’t wait to go back!

Celebrated my son's 16th birthday. Staff were friendly and sang happy birthday. Ordered the steak salad which was very nice. Other items ordered rib-eye, burger and bloomin onions a favourite entree. Food cooked perfectly. Definitely would come back it's a restaurant we love at Parklea.

Overall, the experience was good. We were a group of 4 adults and 1 baby. Foodwise, we ordered chicken wings and bushies (fried mushrooms) for entree, 1 rack (half beef half pork), a steak sandwich and a seafood chowder. Everything was great except for the ribs. They were super dry. Drinkwise, we ordered 2 alcoholic drinks and 2 soft drinks (including an in house lemonade). All drinks were yummy. Despite the dry ribs, I still thought it was a 5-star experience. :)

The food is consistently cooked which is rare for a restaurant that’s been around for awhile. The staff are friendly and the steaks are cooked to perfection. Great for couples, small or large groups as it has a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The tomahawk steak was pretty good, along with the rib rack. Bloomin onion was a tad too salty. Regular steak turned out alright. Our crushed entree bread was somewhat disappointing, and the chips were a bit bland and over-fried.

Been to other Outback Steakhouse and had no problem. This one the steak was so chewy. I asked for a medium rare and got this cardboard. Mushroom sauce was off tasting. Total nightmare

I was disappointed to say the least. Our wait time was 45 minutes and on top of that all of our food came cold. My partners steak was actually raw and we ordered medium , the potato had a big clump of frozen butter in it ( even the waitress said sorry before us even eating it) and was also burnt, my steak was burnt the only good thing on the table was the wine 😂 . Was not worth $112 was so average .

Absolutely loved our experience at this restaurant! The service was excellent, especially thanks to Marissa, who was incredibly friendly and attentive. She expertly guided us through the menu and provided fantastic recommendations. A must-visit spot for exceptional service and delicious food!!

It's a pleasure dining at the Outback Steakhouse (Glenwood, NSW) for lunch or dinner and their presentation & fresh food is bold on flavor and always enjoyable. We've been visiting this establishment for years and so have our friends. Quality grade cuts of steak, options of seafood, chicken, pasta and fresh bread & salads are standard. The restaurant is clean and staff are happy to assist at all times... *although expect a hiccup if it's a particularly busy night. There's plenty to choose from on the menu (including a few vegetarian options) although you'll often settle for a signature Steak dish or a personal favorite each time you're visiting. We've ordered takeaway on occasion but usually we dine in. It's always a positive experience and we're already keen to return!

I don’t understand how someone can serve / prepare a salad that is all brown and mostly lettuce core and think this is something they are proud to be serving to customers. Small things like this just ruin the meal and over the last year of dining here I have noticed a steady decline in the quality of food being served. Service is okay and food comes out quickly (at what cost)

Very very disappointed! My daughter booked this for my birthday at my request. The mains were fine but we had a very poor experience overall. The entree cheese fries was very poor (see photo), with barely any bacon and cheese on the fries. The 2 coke no sugars were flat with no gas. The water we requested came out and was warm. We had to request ice to make it possible to drink. After these issues I felt I needed to speak to the manager which I did. She was very understanding and showed her concern, immediately apologising for the cheese fries she could see, taking them away and returning with another plate which was presented as one would expect. Now all these issues can happen and I’m not too hung up on water being served which isn’t cold etc but what followed here after was just down right appalling customer service. My partner arrived to join us after driving 30mins following finishing work for dessert as planned as it was my birthday (my daughter stipulated the occasion as she knew there was the traditional happy birthday sung and a little dessert arranged). We were left alone for the next 30 minutes with not one of the waitresses coming to see how we were going or if we wanted dessert. (The manager had come by previously when mains were served to make sure all was ok which it was at that time). It was now nearly 945-10 so we decided to go as it was obvious we weren’t going to be offered dessert let alone have the traditional small chocolate cake come out for my birthday (another table did though). We got up to leave but I couldn’t go without having asked with the 3 waiters/waitresses who were having such a fun time laughing up near the bar area (?). I expressed my disappoinmwnt and did ask if the manager was free but was told she had gone home however there was another person on duty still who was a manager. I saw her up where we paid but all I got was a sorry. It was so blatantly obvious no manager or staff cared about the treatment we received. Seriously to not be offered dessert nor have the happy birthday sung for a dinner we all gathered for was so so disappointing. I felt the 1st manager should have been wise enough to make sure we were looked after but it was anything but the case. We were instead left alone completely for well over 30mins with not a waitress in sight ( but plenty of laughter as they gathered near the kitchen). It’s one thing to make mistakes but it’s how you rectify it that’s leaves the impression and defines the customer experience. Well I can assure you our group were all left very embarrassed and disrespected to be ignored like we were. I myself felt awful too for my partner who made the trip over late just so we could all celebrate my birthday with dessert. (I saw the manager as she walked past earlier in the night as we finished up our mains to see if it was ok to add a chair to the table (which she duly said yes too) We ended up paying the bill (as we were told yeah sorry about that) and going to Messina Norwest for ice cream. I would appreciate a call to discuss this appalling experience.and the fact the Outback staff we had on this night at Parklea just do not care about their customers which is an appalling inditement in 2024.

Be honest I was here for the bloom onio, but it’s was very salty and small, I even told the waitress the truth every time when 3 of them asked us how’s the food, but even one of them said she never try it before… and from the review of other customers, it looks like this dishes doesn’t get improved, definitely not worth for $16.99 And talking about the steak… $47 for the Victoria steak would be ok, but the New York sirloin is too chewy, I guess when I see other ppl’s ribs I feel it would taste better and more tasty? Serve Bread is different than before as my friend said who used to come from time to time, but now the bread is very plain. Good part is the soft drink is refilled, but the beer range is really poor and not even a special craft beer to pair the steak or ribs… the sangria is too sweet with too much syrup.

It was our first time here and it was great. Our service staff “Chloe” was polite, responsive and really helpful. We ordered a tomahawk steak 🥩 which came with mashed potato and chips and was enough for four of us. We had Caesar salad and garlic bread too. The quality of meat was good and it was marinated or flavored well. It was delicious and juicy. Sides were great too. Caesar salad was average that it wasn’t their fault because we firstly started by steak and we were completely full. 😋👍 To sum up, we had a lovely time and enjoyed our experience. “A clarification: I saw many reviewers mentioned about delay to get their order. I think cooking a big steak needs at least 20 minutes so waiting for 20-30 minutes was ok with us.”
