Easily the worst place I've stayed since I was a student. Every path and garden is strewn with cigarette butts, nil service in rooms, reception attended by no one, except by some bloke who calls himself a nobody so he doesn't have to do anything you ask him. Outside our room for our entire stay was a collection of about 30 commercial laundry bags. They were never moved. I hate to think how long they had been there for.

Reception calls are always promptly answered. The staff are always very courteous and helpful. The check in and out is always smooth. Rooms are very nice. The prices are very attractive but unfortunately they are full lot of time...no wonder..overall it's first to go for me..

A great establishment, reasonable pricing and the rooms were comfortable. The only negative with the room was the TV was a little small and that you could hear the traffic. In terms of the VIP Pokie room and the area with the TV's and Keno, etc that I had to report to security about another man having his phone on speaker and speaking extremely loud for over 20 minutes. Security only came over at my request and the man continued talking loud and interrupting our enjoyment of drinks and watching the races. In terms of the gaming room, staff also allowed people to slap the buttons repetitively and hard which disturbed us whilst playing. Highly recommend the accommodation and the pub part with some fine tuning.

We had dinner there on 9th November. Food pretty average. No detail to presentation. Taste waws nothing special. Pretty disappointed. It wasn't busy so no excuse for poor meals. Bar service was good though. Nice young, friendly chap served us.

Went there to have a beer and play pokies. Beer was good, pokies didn't pay much. The major issue is the smell when you first walk in, smells old and musty

The hotel's food was incredibly good. The bathroom was a little old, and there was a fair bit of noise from the traffic (highway out the front, highway at the back) Would definitely stay there again.

Nothing nearby and noisy place was shut or empty while we were there and good bed

Went there to play pokies, met somebody whilst doing so, hired a room, played pokie...awesome!

Pretty poor accommodation, my room stank of stale sweat and had a mouse that was always in my room. Everything is grubby as. Stains in carpet. Hotel part is average

We went on Easter Sunday for nothing no food no service no one there except 2 people on the pocket machine was saturday lunch time ,we couldn't make sense of it very nice outdoor .

Stayed on Saturday night. The rooms were clean. Wine glasses full of dust. Good location.

Lady behind the bar so friendly her name was Kendall. Loved the place very family orientated food was nice and drinks at a reasonable price. Great pub will be back.

The rooms were reasonable, but the service at the club wasn't. We stayed at the hotel for two nights - Night 1 - while the food quality yhere is good, We were sitting in the main area of the club, playing a Jackbox game on the laptop and were essentially forced by the security guard into the Poker Machine room when the bar closed. We weren't after drinks or making a fuss. We tried to avoid the Pokies area because my father in-law is a double lung transplant recipient and people were smoking in there. He tried not to make a big deal about it and didn't want to be a bother but I care about is health so we ended up leaving. Night 2 - The bistro closed half an hour before it was supposed to. I'm not sure if it was because it's a Sunday but that should have been listed on Bistro hours and it wasn't.

If I could give 0 stars I would!! We arrived to find a grubby entrance with cigarette butts and trays along the hotel door entrances. We went in to the rooms to find beds that had been made but not changed from the previous people who had stayed. Toilets had not been cleaned, dry wee drops and hair on the toilet. Dust everywhere, nothing wiped down, glass/cup rings all over the counter tops, cob webs all over the window, so couldn't open the window. Mouldy shower, unclean basin. Sticky floor.. We told reception and the lady gave us a night free and went to clean the room herself so 5 stars for her. I felt so unclean I would have preferred to sleep in my car. I even showered with my thongs on!!!! Never staying there again!

Bed was slept in and was not made with fresh sheets, pee on toilet seat (toilet was not cleaned) hair all over shower and hand basin. Mentioned this to reception and the lady was 10/10 and gave us a new room which did have a fresh sheets put on, this lady was amazing and was their saving grace. Also, whilst on the toilet, someone opened my door and before I could get off, door was closed, I immediately opened my door and looked outside and to ask the lady if she had opened my door and she said “oh yeah it was me, but I didn’t go in, they asked me to come down and see if you needed anything” no knock on the door, nothing, just Unlocks my door and has a look in. The lock on my door is broken (chain lock) which would have prevented this, not that I thought I would need it. - shower constantly drips which might annoying some people. - cob webs all over window - no toaster - no microwave - no forks or knives - mold on roof in shower I don’t like to knit pick but I believe people should know what they might get when coming to this place. To the lady at reception, keep up the good work.

Lovely dining area, kid friendly. Pokie room isn't too overcrowded. Staff are very friendly.

Only the people who loose money on the pokies get looked after here!

Food was nice and reasonably priced The beer on the other hand was a bit pricey :(

Great central location on the GWH. Rooms were clean enough, but did have mildew and some cockroaches. The rooms could do with some much needed renovations. Pub itself has cheap drinks , good pub food with specials from Monday- Wednesday. Probably ok for an overnight stay or accommodation for workers. JP

A basic, value for money motel with helpful staff. I've stayed there a few times now and my only criticism is attention to detail in terms of maintenance - such as light bulb missing, new batteries needed in aircon control, missing iron. That said, the staff are more than willing to get it fixed immediately. Meals and drinks are reasonably priced. Will continue staying there on my frequent trips to Huntingwood.

Very much a case of you get what you pay for. Clean, simple rooms. Comfy bed. A bit cool so you might want to ask for an extra blanket. Friendly service. Food in the resturant was great

We had lunch here today 3 boys ordered hamburgers 🍔 which were super tasty with fries 🍟 I had a marinated chicken breast with vegs and 🍟 extremely tasty meal at the right price very friendly staff 😋
