Was told I need to purchase $220 worth of products before I could do a treatment that I booked in for. Would have appreciated if the staff were more upfront with the costs before I attended the appointment (otherwise it feels like an upsell). On two occasions the staff have tried to make me return/reschedule for another appointment, so the inconvenience caused makes me hesitant to return.

Not only is she lovely, but she takes so much care with my treatments and I have seen amazing results. I phoned the clinic for a last minute Botox appt & the very friendly receptionist fit me in instantly. It was my first time at this location & I was greeted by lovely staff. I had injector Rachael who was so joyous and beautiful towards me which made me feel instantly comfortable. Such amazing staff where I feel warmly welcomed and unlike other clinics I have previously been to, are incredibly friendly and kind. A special mention to Courtney though - she is always so enthusiastic and is so patient with me. She is now the reason why I am so excited for my visits, as I have not experienced such service at any other clinic.

I can't recommend SILK Laser Clinic at Rouse Hill enough. The Staff are friendly, Polite and really know their stuff. Being the first time using a beauty salon I didn't know what to expect. I was made to feel welcome from the time I arrived, till the time I left. all my questions were answered, I was put at ease and the follow up was great. Love the team at SILK they are so caring, understanding and professional. I go to SILK for all my skin and laser needs. From my first consult I knew I was in good hands. They do not rush and advised me to be patient, safe and fully off medications before starting treatments. It was the worth the wait as I am steadily improving in Lucy's wonderful care. Sophie is also very helpful and accommodating! Also shout out to Nurse Joz for being a perfectionist and just so lovely to deal with.

First time I considered some skin treatments and found the staff very friendly, polite and professional. Will be coming back for sure.

Customer service was terrible, not just once but twice. Initially didnt schedule my booking correctly, had to leave and then come back. And then they’re fickle minded enough to initally be okay with refunding the $50 and then saying they wont after 10 mins of waiting around for it.

Booked for microdermabrasion as they have 50% promo for $44, however was disappointed as I was expecting a proper one, no mask no steam etc. only clean once while other place do double cleanse and massage your face, I also added micro for neck which is $29 and extraction for $19, I thought before extraction they have to steam the face so its easy to get rid of the blackheads however none, unfortunately my chin is currently bruised, it was oozing when I left the clinic, i had extractions many times but never been bruised like this just red but after few hours normally better. Now my chin looks terrible, I had the express micro before for $39 I think that is much better although its quick its the proper one complete with everything. The therapist was lovely though, its just if I pay full price thats all they are going to do, 1.clean 2. Micro 3. Sunscreen/moisturise for 15mins ????not worth it.

Terrible place. Unhygienic. Tin foil everywhere. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
