I was really looking forward to the Paradise Foot Restoration and Callous Foot Peel. The lady who did my treatment was nice enough and friendly and the treatment was relaxing. I also enjoyed the little touches like the chocolate, tea and biscuit. The products and place also smells great. The issues I have are that I thought the callous foot peel would get rid of all the dead/dry skin though parts are still quite dry. My feet are better though. The main issue I had was that my legs were not massaged as per the description. Whilst my feet were in the wrap I was just left alone in the room. I don't like to complain especially when the staff member was nice but I also gave direct feedback to them over a week ago and heard nothing so am leaving a review here to see if I hear from them after this, as I feel a little ripped off considering how much I paid. It was also a few minutes short as I looked at my phone's time just before I went in and when the treatment ended. Every minute counts when it costs so much as well.

I had a wonderful experience today with Ciara. First visit to Temple and had the fountain of youth facial. Ciara explained the steps before she started and made sure it tackled the issues I was concerned about. She was GREAT listening to what products I am using at home and wasn’t pushy at all to make me purchase any other products from the spa (I ended up buying a couple of products that I have asked about and wanted after she explained their benefits). The spa ambiance is very relaxing and inviting ❤️. I will definitely return to try more treatments. Thank you Temple team 💖💖

As a Spa Therapist myself, I find it hard to relax, and enjoy massage. Today, my therapist blew me away. I've worked in Day Spas all over Australia, including tropical Islands, and no one has topped today's treatment. My therapists attention to detail was phenomenonal. We had a couples retreat but swapped our facial for a Pure Fiji Sugar Glow & Massage. Pure bliss. I highly recommend. We will be back 🤍

I had a mum to be package and I Loved the place and the massage. Frances my masseuse was mindful and gave a good massage. My only feedback is that the manicure experience could be better due to to lack of nail polish options and the fact that my nail polish has bumps in it after drying which probably means the nail polish was old.

Temple skincare & spa, is simply outstanding. I am with temple skincare for over a year now and the journey has been successful with my laser hair removal treatment and skincare . Every time I walk into the spa, I am greeted warmly by the staff, I am not made to wait for long. The ambience is quiet and soothing . I am never pushed for any treatment or to buy any products which is one of the many reasons I like going to temple skincare . I have seen Laura for regular face peels for a few years now, right from the first appointment I knew I was in safe hands. Laura’s product knowledge is profound and as a beginner learning the complex world of skin products I followed her guidance and advice and can confidently say my skin has never been better. I’m frequently complimented on my complexion and I really owe it all to having had that first consultation and establishing an at home routine which has given me continual great skin days in between sessions. So happy to have been given a gift voucher to visit all of those years ago.

First time at the Temple skincare and spa and I’m soo happy I found this place from the moment you enter the spa the atmosphere is soo relaxing. All staff are super friendly my therapist was Fran and she was soo friendly she made me feel comfortable and relaxed whilst getting my arm wax done. I recently had the Better than Botox facial. The whole experience was fantastic and relaxing. The best part was the results. Wow!! My skin looked years younger and felt terrific.

What a beautiful experience! The body scrub & massage & facial mask & massage were wonderful! And of course to top it off you get a sorbet & delicious herbal tea at the end.

Had an amazing facial (Better than Botox) with Brooke. I was so relaxed (I think I drifted off!!) and my skin looks and feels amazing. Can’t thank the staff enough - I actually made an error on my booking time which was completely my fault but they were able to accommodate me. Brooke was wonderful and I wouldn’t hesitate to book her again. Do yourself a favour, try a treatment. You won’t be disappointed.

Amazing! I’ve never had a facial before but wanted to look fabulous before my wedding. Laura has been an absolute angel through this whole process and has been so patient while I asked a bazillion questions. Actually had my first one yesterday and it was so relaxing! I thought I’d feel socially awkward having someone rub stuff all over my face but i honestly drifted into a trance after about fifteen seconds. I can’t wait for my next one!!!!

Very welcoming service!! The ambiance of the centre is the best I’ve experienced. The skin consultation was not rushed but casual and informative. I also appreciated that I didn’t feel pressured to buy their skincare - although I did end up investing in new products, I was comfortable to do so with the Consultant’s guidance. I’ve got 6 months’ worth of treatments ahead so I’m excited to see the difference at the end!!

I ordered one of the Lockdown Facial Kits and had a very relaxing time at home. It doesn't replace the in-person treatments but it definitely makes a difference to the skin! Loved it!

First of all, I’d give this spa 4.5 stars if I could, but this wasn’t an option. I was grateful that I finally got to use my birthday voucher (after 2 years of covid) and booked a lomi Hawaiian massage which I had to make about 4 months in advance to get an appointment that wasn’t during office hours and with the therapist who could provide it. It included a dry body brush. This was fine by me because I knew good spas are usually heavily booked in advance. However, when I arrived there was a mix up with the booking and for some reason I was booked in for a wax even though the lovely receptionist called to confirm a lomi massage that morning and this was also confirmed via email. So it was a bit disappointing I didn’t get the treatment I booked and was looking forward to. Nevertheless my therapist Patricia realised this straight away and quickly improvised and gave me a lovely relaxing massage and took expert care of me. I get a lot of Thai remedial massages I usually find spa massages don’t do much for my stiff shoulders and neck but Patricia was sensitive to what I needed and very experienced. She really knew how much pressure I needed to relieve tension while still making the experience completely relaxing and and enjoyable. It was one of the best spa relaxation massages I have ever had. The pot of herbal tea and sorbet treat after was a lovely touch and perfect way to finish a session. Make sure you bring your swimming costume and towel and make use of the pristine pool that is just outside the door before or after your treatment. If there wasn’t a mix up with the booking I definitely would give this lovely spa a 5 star review. I’ll be back!

This was my first time coming to Temple Skincare and it was an amazing experience! The facial was very gentle, relaxing and I have come out with my skin feeling smooth and looking hydrated and fresh. The spa is lovely, I was very comfortable and the ambience in the room was relaxing. While the extraction part of the facial was mildly uncomfortable, the results are immediately evident. I'm excited to continue these regular facials.

Mum and I Used Mother’s Day back massage and facial voucher organised by my sister. First time doing one of these. Plenty of parking when we arrived. Followed signs to the front. Once inside was greeted by reception. Very efficient, checked us in and organising payment of vouchers whilst waiting for our attendants. Our attendants were very courteous leading us to our room and explained everything. Room had a nice vibe great lighting and scent. Back massage helped me empty out my mind. I could feel my stress flowing out with every breath. Facial is a very new experience for me but I enjoyed it. Left me feeling hydrated and supple. Would definitely recommend this place. Or if your looking for gift ideas one of their vouchers are worth it.

I had a signature massage - and the whole experience was great. My therapist, Ciara, was a lovely and friendly therapist who did her absolute best to make the massage perfect for me. She was extremely knowledgeable regarding skin care, and the facial was awesome! The room was beautifully set out, and I felt peaceful the moment I walked in there. I really really really wanted to like this place considering the reviews but was disappointed. Firstly, the beauty therapist was running late, almost 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment, which is fine - it's is the busiest period of the year I understand that. During my treatment she tried selling me other products a few times - considering the $$$ price for treatment therapists shouldn't be trying to sell any more products and only if the clients ask. Lastly, for the price of the treatment it was extremely basic, relaxing yes but very very basic.

I have been going to the Temple for years and not once have I regretted or thought twice about going again. They are nothing short from fantastic!!!! The location, the greeting, the rooms, the therapists, the service, the products and the experience.. Amazing!!!! Do go and experience it of your own. Thank you Rene for running an awesome Spa! Worth for the money. I tried Royal milk and honey ritual today. Angie was well trained and experienced therapist. She explained me everything before the session and made me comfortable. Well spent 2hrs with whole-body scrubbing, spa, whole-body massage, head massage and facial . At the end of the session I felt my whole body soul relaxed. Highly recommended
