Arthur. What a man. Car salesmen across the country should follow how Arthur deals with potential customers. We were potential customers in April when looking for a new Subaru and it was due to Arthur’s talent and expertise that’s we turned from a potential to a paying Subaru customer. A message to Subaru; without Arthur, I would most likely have not purchased a Subaru. I spoke with 10+ dealers back in April to get information on delivery timeframes, cost of cars and other questions and Arthur was extremely helpful and patient. I never felt like he was just “telling me what I want to hear”. He was open and honest. After we put down the deposit and ordered a new XV, Arthur kept me up to date with any changes to delivery. On pickup day, he was as excited as us and you could really see it. He explained all features to us, taking time to answer questions we had. He was in an excellent mood which really made us feel special when picking up our new vehicle! Subaru, please give this man a raise. I will 100% recommend anyone in the market for a new car to go see Arthur. Cheers.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I felt I should on this occasion! Yesterday I walked past the Subaru shop in Castle Towers while I was shopping. I decided to to walk into the showroom and have a look at the new cars even though I’m not ready to buy a new car yet. I was approached by a lovely young man who greeted me with a lovely smile and after exchanging pleasantries I told the young man that I was just looking and not interested in purchasing a new car ! The young man introduced himself as Joe and to my surprise responded by saying that’s not a problem at all Sir. Please feel free to take your time and have a look the cars with no pressure whatsoever! He also informed me that he was available any time if I had any questions and I could feel how genuine he was being! I chatted with him for a short time and he then handed me his card and number and told me if in future I decided to purchase a new car or if I had any questions that I could contact him anytime!! All this with a smile and I enjoyed talking with him!! I will return to this store when I’m ready and will definitely speak with Joe again! Lovely young man indeed! Thank you Joe!

Great service from Arthur at the Castle Towers Experience store. Nothing was too much trouble, service above and beyond, a great deal and he even came into work on his day off to deliver my car a few days early! First time Subaru owner, and based on this initial experience it is unlikely to be my last. Maybe there’s a WRX in my future. Would absolutely recommend Arthur to anyone looking for a new Subaru.

When I rang Subaru Castle Towers, Harry took his time to answer every single question I had.. no matter how silly or dumb the questions were , he patiently answered all of them. The day when I visited the showroom, I met Arthur and Harry in person and that was my highlight of the day. Two amazing men with the utmost professionalism and the friendliest vibe.
