Our experience at Quakers Hill Family Practice has always been extraordinary, all the doctors we have seen are remarkable, the staff are always kind, compassionate and always willing to help you. Really beautiful people! I personally cannot thank Dr Nimeshi and Dr Nirdashi for their care of us and my father when he was in Australia, they are simply beautiful and highly professional female doctors. Today I had to take my daughter who suffers from Autism as she had one earring stuck. Dr Fernando Snr and especially Dr Dhammika were exceptionally professional, understanding, patient and comforting in their handling of my daughter who was in pain. The nurse was also so very special in the way she treated my daughter. Dr Dhammika explained the situation and the procedure which I agreed to be done. He applied a local anaesthetic and together with the nurse they were able to take the earring out ensuring that the ear was desinfectes and clean. My daughter is now with no pain and taking antibiotics as a precaution to avoid local infection. I am so thankful as otherwise I would have had to take my daughter to ER, which is a testament of how professional they are, thank you so much!

Horrible receptionist very unhelpful staff. They know other clinics are not taking new patients so they make you wait for hours coz they know people have no other convenient choice. Doctors are alright but the appointment creation process is horrible.

Me and my family have been seeing GP at Quakers Hill Family Practice since 2012. Dr Indhira is now our family GP. But we have seen other doctors as well when Dr Indhira was on leave or appointments all booked out for that day. We have always received quality health advice in a timely manner. The doctors are experienced and caring towards patients. The reception staff members are friendly and always helpful. I must mention the nurse as well, they are so good !! Appointment based visit makes a difference as there is less wait time. Highly recommending this medical centre for accessing quality health care.

our family of 3 generations (us, baby, and our parents) see Dr Nidarshi Fernando. (sometimes other doctors when she’s unavailable) all are fantastic. all are genuinely caring.. we’ve been going here since 2021. we had few emergencies, and they were able to accommodate us despite fully booked clinic, just to make sure all is well with us. The nurses there are all lovely and caring, Serena especially, who is gentle also with vaccine injections, she’s is very cheerful. Receptionists are also great and friendly! thank you everyone! we also get Blood tests / urine / etc there so very convenient. we also tried the dental clinic there. one stop shop. HotDoc app works there so i can do the booking online. otherwise, over the phone is also possible! We found this practice through high Google Review Ratings, and we found it to be our best GP / Family practice since living in Sydney. Highly Recommended!

Dr. Nidarshi Fernando is our GP, she is an excellent doctor and gives our family a good care. We have been visiting this practice for the past 2 years and have received our vaccinations in this practice. The practice has pathology facility and dental treatment is provided as well. The staff at the reception are very friendly, kind and courteous. My children are very comfortable with Dr. Nidarshi and have always got the right medical advice. Highly recommended for their timely and friendly service.

Recently I decided to look for a local doctor as my GP for the past twenty years is about an hour’s drive. Dr Nidarshi Fernando was recommended to me, and I have been seeing her nearly for a year. She is an excellent GP, and I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to see her. .

My family has been visiting QHFP for 14 years now and Dr Amala is our family doctor, apart from being an amazing Dr she is very kind and caring. Always checking on family members and never rushing through the consultation.

How much time would it take for one blood test, you might want to check with Pathology at Quakers Hill Family Practice, anytime you visit, the pathologist there takes 25mins per person to take one blood test completely ignoring if ppl are waiting or they may need to report at work. Only visit if you have time to wait.

I went to this family practice for vaccination of my kids. Dr. Dhammika was an exceptionally good and kind doctor. Even the ladies at the reception and the nurse (I hope your name is Sareena) were so kind and helpful. I'm so happy and so satisfied. I'm sure all the doctors and nurses here are so good as mentioned in all the reviews. Highly recommend this place.

Perhaps I came in on a busy day, but would have appreciated it if I didn't have to wait 35 minutes for my vaccine. Furthermore, I understand the need to have my legal name recorded on my file, but to erase my preferred name entirely and deadname me over email is unprofessional and absolutely not the standard. I registered an appointment through Hotdoc, which does in fact have a field for preferred name, so there is really no excuse for it. The nurse that administered the vaccine, however, referred to me by my proper name. She was kind, respectful and efficient. Please follow her example!

We have been visiting QHFP for number of years. The doctors are very professional, experienced and kind. They go above and beyond to ensure the patients are taken care of. They go to extend of calling back and checking if everything is ok. Reception staff is very kind and accomadating to requests. We highly recommend QHFP.

Have been attending this practice for about 4 years now with my young children. Receptionist staff are lovely and all the doctors are great in their own right. I am particularly fond of the Fernando sisters who have both been excellent in treating myself and my kids amongst allergies, rare conditions and general consults. It's hard to find doctors that don't brush you off, listen to your concerns and give you peace of mind. Even after moving out of area I continue to see these doctors as they are kind, compassionate and great at what they do!

I have seeing Dr Sunimalee and occasionally the others doctors for a long time. Dr Sunimalee has helped me to overcome issues with my health and had been very proactive with my health care. The medical practice provides highest standard of health care and is very considerate to all patients. I am happy to recommend this practice.

Amazing experience as always with this family practice, have been bringing my kids here since July after previously having negative experiences at a few other practices (dismissive, google search, quickly on to the next type doctors) but I feel like here at Quakers Hill Family Practice they actually care and take the time to listen to your concerns and find the best course of action or treatment, etc… again, our favorite thing about this place is Nurse Serena! She turns immunization appointments, which can normally be pretty traumatizing, into a fun and positive experience making the whole process nice and easy. My 4 year old adores her and she’s so good with my baby who is now 12weeks old. Will not take my kids anywhere else now. Highly recommend. Dr Amala is the best and had very good experience, all of my family and friends are referred to see her. Dr Amala's services are exceptional and her knowledge in her profession is commendable. I am glad that I am in good hands and my health follow ups are regularly done by the team. Varuni is always welcoming and very friendly.

Quakers Hill Family Practice is an exceptional medical centre. The doctors are highly skilled and always provide you with relevant, professional and caring advice. All reception staff are very helpful, well mannered, lovely and professional over the phone and in person. The nurses and pathology staff are always so kind, caring and helpful. I have been seeing Dr Nidarshi for over 2 years now and she has been a fantastic help to me, my partner and our now daughter. To sum up how much I would recommend the practice, we are moving out of the area and I will still travel to come here because of the great service I receive!!

The staff here are exceptionally amazing, our doctor is Dr Amala and she looks after our whole family, we love her and the kids are very comfortable with her. If she’s not in, we have seen all the other doctors and they are just as friendly and professional as our doctor. Updating my review to after speaking to Asela. Who promised to speak to their staff. I will try the centre someother time. PS- my kid have no covid symptoms. Issue was related to gastro and vomitting which was communicated to reception at time. ********* Not happy with their Reception. I saw an appointment was on HotDoc but it was asking me to call Reception to book. So I called to book an appointment for my sick kid. I got this weird answer from Reception on today at 10:30 am that appointment is available to book, but we can't book your appointment as you are a new patient. The appointment available is only available to an existing patient. It seems that systemic discrimination with new people. Hopefully, the practice manager will read this review and take appropriate action. Happy to talk to someone to understand this discrimination and update my review.

Dr Dammika was my GP for the last 2-3 years before I relocated to another part of Sydney. During this time, I found him very easy to deal with. He diagnosed my issues effectively and explained the treatment methods clearly. I value his time and the immense patience shown by him. Thank you Dr Dammika.
