I stayed here 2 nights in December with my wife and it was an amazing stay! The hosts Matt and Viet (brothers) were so friendly and helpful, and had excellent local recommendations, taking the time to make sure you know your way around Hoi An. They spoke excellent English (which was a struggle at other hotels/home stays), and their warm attitudes really made the place feel so much nicer than other higher-end hotels. Centrally located and with great prices for rooms, I can't recommend this place enough!

We stayed for three days at Hoi An Heart Lodge. Mat and Viet are next level hosts. Incredibly friendly and welcoming and always made sure we had what we needed. They had all the recommendations for what to check out around town. The daily breakfast is great, and the room was clean and tidy. And the bed was so comfy - the best sleep I’ve had on holiday! I can’t wait to come back and visit again.

Matt and his family were the best hosts we have ever experienced in our travels. The breakfast was good as well, with homemade eggs and fresh fruits. He was always very friendly and made sure everything went well with our stay and provided us with free bikes as well. They also gave us tips on walking around Hoi An and helped us arrange the airport transfer. 100% would visit again

This was my favorite place I stayed in while in Vietnam. It is a great location, tucked in a the middle of a small street (alleyway) so it is away from the street noise, especially at night. The place is very clean. The breakfast is great. However, the best part were the hosts. They are very nice and personable. Would definitely stay here next time I am in Hoi An.

Booked 1 night stay here after staying in hostels! Location is perfect and right in the middle of everything! Hotel itself is modern and stylish and bed was huge and super comfy! It had everything you need! Especially to re charge the batteries! Viet and Mat take the hotel to the next level, they were super friendly and super helpful throughout even after I’d checked out! Nothing was too much! Breakfast was also great! Would book again without hesitation! Thank you

Matt is an amazing host, goes above and beyond to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Good location, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast, has bicycles and umbrellas. Highly recommend it! Remember that you need to take off your shoes every time you come back so put on a comfortable shoes. Cash payment only.

You couldn't ask for nicer people to stay with. Very caring and honest, will do anything to help you out. Breakfast was delicious, rooms very comfortable, air conditioning works excellent. Less than 10 minutes walk to Hoi An riverfront. Free bikes to use as well.

I recently stayed at a family-run Hoi An Heart Lodge, located on a back alley of Hoi An, and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The home stay was quiet, simple, and provided the perfect respite from the busy streets of Hoi An. The location was also great, close to tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the city's many sights. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The family running the home stay were friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed. One of the highlights of my stay was the quietness of the location. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day of sightseeing. The simple and unassuming nature of the home stay added to the charm of my stay. The lodge provides you with bikes (included in your room tariff) and can arrange for motorbike rental, as well as group and invididual tours to visit nearby tourist attractions. The fixtures in the bathroom are showing their age and require a refresh but overall, I highly recommend this family-run lodge for anyone visiting Hoi An. Matt and his brother are great hosts and go out of their way to make your trip enjoyable. Great job guys !

We stayed here for 1 night and the hosts were very accommodating and friendly. While the room itself may be small, it is very well designed and equipped to give a cozy feeling. The breakfast is amazing and while it may not have a lift, there is a small lift to bring your luggage up. Will definitely be back here to stay if I visit Hoi An

We stayed two nights at Heart Lodge. Really enjoyed the stay. The rooms were comfortable and the hosts were very friendly. They gave great advice on places to visit and eat. Location was spot on. It was on the edge of the old town so only a few minutes walk to see the sights. Breakfast each day was tasty. Would definitely come back to stay here.

The location is very convenient and close to old town. Breakfast option is limited but we had their delicious banh mi every morning. Thanks for having us Mat!

Just finished a wonderful 3 night stay at Hoi An Heart Lodge. Fantastic breakfast included (breakfast banh mi is from nearby Madam Khanh). The room was very clean, modern and comfortable and the hosts are wonderful and very helpful. The accommodation is within easy walking distance to areas of interest. Would highly recommend.

My partner and I had a great stay at Heart Lodge. The location is perfect and walking distance from everything you need in Hoi An. It was very easy for us to get to the Old Town and walk around the car/motorbike free areas of town. Our hosts were very friendly and gave us a breakdown of everything to do in Hoi An which we tried to tackle as much as we could! The room's had everything you needed for your stay and they were very thoughtful with items such as having a water cooler outside your bedroom and a dumbwaiter so you didn't have to lug your bags up and down the stairs each time.

The 3-storey house is located in an alley where the car will normally stop outside it. The neighborhood is quiet and safe since we walked at night. The location is very convenient to almost every happening place in Hoi An, and the famous Bahn Mi! The owner is friendly and try his best to make the stay like a home. We are group travelers with big luggages so it is a relief to see there is a luggage lift inside the lodge. Breakfast was delicious. Room was designed to make use of every space. Definitely a memorable stay. (No lift for guest so it may not so convenient for those who needs it)

Very well kept, clean spacious room with comfortable bed! Very friendly family, who offer you the best ( starting even at breakfast as mentioned by previous reviewers. ) The location is very walkable to the main hub, yet quiet from vehicle and street noise. Super safe, and very convenient with a well equipped mini mart close by.

Friendly hosts who are always welcoming with a smile. Always happy to help or have a chat. The breakfast on offer is freshly made and superb. Everything is prepared by them. Even the salad dressing. Room was a nice size with a balcony. Bed is comfortable for both of us who have bad backs. Swimming pool is relaxing and a great temperature. They even bring you a fruit tea while you are swimming. They provide a excellent service and a great touch. If we come back to Hoi An, we will stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at the Heart Lodge. The room was very clean, service was great and we felt very welcome. Great location and we could use the bikes for free. We would highly recommend staying here. The owners have a restaurant as well, were we had delicious food!!

Been traveling for 2,5 months all over Asia, and this has to be in our top 3 best price/quality stays. Amazing location, comfortable and clean rooms, good breakfast, but best of all, amazing hosts. You can ask them anything, and they give you all the ins and outs of what you need to know about Hoi An. Highly recommended!
