This place has great potential to be a 5 star resort. It was very quiet when we stayed, at times we felt like we were the only guests so in terms of atmosphere, there wasn’t much. The rooms were nice and very spacious. Beautiful beach side views. Aircon wasn’t working well on arrival but staff came to fix it straight away and it was perfect for the hot days and nights. The buffet was huge with a good variety of food but I mainly stuck to the fresh fruit and salads, and also the eggs and omelettes made fresh to order. Good for the price inclusion. The beach is right past the pools which was a great for the view but unfortunately unable to go swimming as it is too dangerous. Not enough beach chairs put out in place so hopefully that is something that could be accessorised a bit more. The pool is very old and needs some maintenance but it has a lovely look to it. The staff were absolutely lovely and very attentive. They would bring us drinks and towels by the pool and were very polite. We appreciated all the service they gave to us and always friendly with warm and welcoming smiles. We were celebrating a birthday while we were there and they organised a cake to be made for our birthday guest and wrote a birthday card for him too and surprised him with it to his room which was so sweet. All up we had an amazing time in Vietnam and I hope Olalani is able to gain enough business to really thrive as it is a lovely place just in need of a bit of love and care. Thank you for the stay.

Had 3 nights here. Good place for vacation. People so kind and everything so clean.

Pool staff not offer towel unless you provide them tips. Ants everywhere and hotel general manager should get off his or her chair to walk around how the pool staff in orange shirts works or pest control needed to be carry out. However, the bar attendants were greatly helpful and polite to anyone in need.

Hotel Style is very old not a luxury one. Although the room was very spacious. The main scary thing here is the lighting problem they on the light 🚨 after 6 PM in Hotel lobby, balcony etc. Cleaning the hotel is another big issue. Those who want to do Halloween 🤣 party here perfect for them. The second area should be worked for Vegan food. Very very small option actually.

Falsely advertised as a "5 Star Resort". It was when it opened, but has been falling apart since it was built. If you want a real luxury 5 start hotel, do NOT stay here, try the Pullman or similar. If you want a 3-star hotel and have kids, its fine. Spent 2 weeks here, You arrive on the bumpiest driveway, into a beautiful lobby with friendly and helpful staff. The harder you look, the worse it gets. I was upgraded to a top floor suite which featured a bathtub that poured yellow water and the drain didn't seal, multiple water damage repairs in the ceiling and walls, and a lovely view of the ocean. The view also included the missing roof tiles, rust and water damage of the building. Wander the halls a bit and you'll find half the hotel hasn't been built yet and the doorknobs are rusting and the fire hoses aren't connected to water. The A/C worked great however. The pools look great from afar, but up close, thousands of ceramic tiles are falling off, and the long pool has a slight green tinge from algae. Some pools and water features were closed, and had filled with rain water and algae. The water slide works, but it's only for kids? The food at the buffet was pretty good, lots of choices and was included in the room. You can sit next to a dirty window facing the ocean and admire the water damage on the ceiling. The plants and flowers here are beautiful. The gardeners seem to work non-stop on this, maybe too hard. One day they mowed off thousands of flowers growing on the hillside. Money would be better spent on maintenance. Tennis courts? Being overgrown by the jungle and rust. Event hall? left abandoned and unlocked with broken furniture & lightbulbs everywhere. How about the beach? Well after a big rain the beach is flooded with garbage as far as you can see. I even saw a capped syringe in the sand about 50m north. Relax on the chaise lounges? You'll be surrounded by cigarette butts. The lifeguard/ pool attendants just stand around when no one is swimming when the could actually make the place nice. Every time I got a towel at the pool or beach it was torn and had holes in it. Maybe relax with a massage at the spa? More of the same but worse. They are not affiliated with the hotel and are terrible. It would be so EASY to fix the customer experience here but they seem to not care. Don't waste your money. Plenty of other options.
