My sister and I got our hair done here and honestly don’t understand all the 5 star reviews. We got a trim and a wash and the head massage was not very nice and then we got our trims and came home with our hair looking like this. Staff were nice but wouldn’t recommend due to poor quality of cuts. EDIT: went back and they gave us a refund for the cuts and were apologetic but now my review keeps disappearing from the reviews :/

They brought my hair from that blonde, damaged mess to the shiny healthy looking brown color, so they have really good colorists. Thanks also to the girl that does the hair washing, she gave a lovely head and shoulder massage! I will definitely go back ❤️

Obsessed is an understatement! Better than what I would receive in the United States (especially at this price). It saddens me that I’m not sure when I’ll be able to return!

Fantastic salon. Very chill atmosphere with lovely staff and they did a wonderful job of my baleyage and much less cost than when I get it done in New Zealand. Great head and shoulder massage as well.

The best shampoo ever, along with a nice head and shoulders massages. I just had a shampoo and blow dry so I can’t speak of any other services, but I can honestly say that I wish our beauticians in the USA could wash hair like in Vietnam, it feels so clean when they are finished. Additionally they really work as a team, when one is not busy with a customer, that individual immediately helps the one who is working on a customer. Great work ethics! I highly recommend this hair salon in Hoi an.

What a great salon to treat your damaged hair! They are really kind and fast with every treatment. I did pressed keratin and I'm more than happy with the result! Also really appreciated that the head washing was so long (25 min) and included head massage :) Lovely really !

Best hairdresser experience ever! I went for root touchup and curly blow dry was understood, treated like royalty, had the best head massage and emerged looking extra glamorous. Was also good value and price list so no haggling. Thank you so much all.
