I wanted to share my experience after almost 6 years of monthly appointments for different treatments. As doctors, nothing to say, Isabel is a great professional and on a human level she always empathizes, at the beginning Javier was at the reception, a charming person, he was the one who made us start treating ourselves there, always smiling, polite and friendly, the shame was who went to work in another of the clinics. This is where the bad things started, the person at the reception is conceited, arrogant and very, very poorly educated. I don't think she has a reply, I'm not going to present the case exactly because it would be making her look very bad, and it is also something denounceable that I have not wanted to proceed with because of the great affection I have for Javier and Dr. Isabel. (What a pity that she ruined the relationship)

Ha sido mi clínica desde que empezaron. Mi dentista era Isabel y estaba encantada con su trato inmejorable, familiar y profesionalidad. Algunas veces que me ha visitado Arantxa, también todo genial con ella. Por supuesto Javi, también un gran profesional siempre dispuesto a ayudar y poniéndolo fácil con las citas y buscando hueco para las urgencias. Muy a mi pesar hoy he decidido que no voy a volver más. Llame a principios de semana por una urgencia y apurada porque se me había roto un trozo de la pala y como es normal quería que me atendiese Isabel, mi doctora, y la chica de recepción no se niega a darme cita con ella pero tiene que ser por las mañanas habiéndole indicado que trabajo hasta las 4 y media de la tarde y que es imposible para mi. Hoy que tenía el día libre y pasaba consulta Isabel, he ido a la clínica para ver si me podían hacer un hueco, ya que tenía disponibilidad de mañana y tarde pero sobretodo porque quería hablar con Isabel para comentarle mi situación y pedirle si me podría hacer un hueco alguna tarde aunque tuviera que esperar un par de semanas, sólo pedía por favor una cita con ella por la tarde, el día que fuera. La chica de recepción insistía en que no, que por las tardes Isa sólo hacía ortodoncia y que si quería con Isabel era yo la que me tenia que adaptar e ir una mañana. Le he pedido hablar con Isabel por favor y tampoco me lo ha permitido, sólo repetía en bucle la misma información pero no llamaba a Isabel. Esto que escribo me hubiera gustado decírselo a Isabel porque soy la primera a la que le duele buscar otra clínica ya que con ella estaba encantada pero la chica de recepción ni siquiera me ha dado la oportunidad de hablar con Isa. Yo entiendo que Isa como gran profesional tenga una agenda muy apretada y para otras muchas cosas nunca he tenido problema que me atendiesen otras doctoras que ni de lejos quiero desmerecer pero para esto que es una cosa más estética y que me preocupa quería a Isabel que la conozco desde el principio y ha sido mi doctora y si les indico que por las mañanas es imposible no creo que pase nada por hacer una excepción y ponerme cita en la tarde aunque hubiera tenido que esperar un par de semanas pero no me han dado la oportunidad y sinceramente para ser clienta de toda la vida me ha dolido. Estoy segura que si hubiera estado Javi, que me conoce, me hubiera ayudado con la cita y esto no hubiera sucedido. Espero que lo toméis como una crítica constructiva, está claro que hay unos protocolos y unas agendas que cumplir pero a veces también hay que ser un poco flexibles con los horarios de la gente. The most alarming thing of all is that I subsequently consulted other dental clinics and they informed me that the problem lay in the lack of adequate reinforcement in the tooth. This revelation is deeply concerning and raises serious questions about the quality and professionalism of the service provided by the Marco Morales Dental Clinic. The lack of attention to detail and apparent negligence in my case has led to not only an extremely unsatisfactory experience, but also costly and painful consequences for my dental health. In view of my experience, I would strongly advise against going to the Marco Morales Dental Clinic in Manises. I highly recommend looking for more reliable and professional alternatives to ensure effective and safe dental treatment.
