😠 The horses are always terrified, nervous and exhausted. This isn’t the Victorian era, people can walk and if you want a good tour, there are plenty other guides to go for. Condoning and participating in these ‘activities’ is basically turning a blind eye towards the constant abuse inflicted on these... People often mention city, tour,

Our driver was Dennis and his horse for that ride was Prince. Dennis was a great guy and knew old Quebec city inside out. This ride was the highlight of our trip to the city. These drivers love their horses and take good care of their animals. If you take a tour be prepared to pay cash and I recommend tipping as well. It's a tough job. Anyone complaining about the use of horses in modern society likely didn't take the tour and should not be reviewing it lol. Thank you Dennis! A tout a l'heure lol.

Very unprofessional driver. Stopped our ride and kept us waiting while he took to reprimanding a family of tourists having a picnic at the plains of Abraham. Unpleasant experience.

We hopped on and our driver introduced himself as John and his horse as Jessie. John and Jessie took us for a great ride around Quebec city. John gave us a terrific explanation of the history of the city and the story behind each of the historic areas/buildings we passed by. It was a bucket list item for my wife and John and Jessie did not disappoint.

Very nice coachmen, spoke English well. The max number of people allowed is 4, and if they are caught with 5 people they risk getting a ticket. That being said, if they let you bring 5, tip them well! 40 minute tour is $90... at least that's what they charged us!

We booked a private tour for our wedding anniversary and it was an incredible experience. Simone has organized everything perfectly and took us to see the best parts of Quebec City. I would highly recommend him and his wealth knowledge of the city.

Reserved a morning tour at 9pm the night before and it went off without a hitch, including picking us up at the front door of our hotel. The driver was excellent - very pleasant and knowledgeable about the city. A fun way to see the old city.

Absolutely amazing!! If I could give more stars I would. I booked a private tour for my husband and myself to leave from our hotel. It went off without a hitch. Everything was on time. The driver was absolutley fantastic and provided tons of information on Quebec. Definitely recommend.

Condoning and participating in these ‘activities’ is basically turning a blind eye towards the constant abuse inflicted on these horses. Don’t fool yourselves. It is known that these ‘organizations’ do NOT treat their horses properly, and are usually kept in high rise buildings in very poor living conditions. They’re illegal in Montreal and they need to be illegal here. Enough said.

Booked for my parents 50th anniversary. Received confirmation email and reminder email but no one ever showed up. Tried to call number and it is disconnected. This is a scam. Company has gone bankrupt. DO NOT BOOK
