I have made two separate online purchases from Medusa and am pleased to say that I am a very happy customer. Both items arrived via Canada post which took only a few days each time. The shipping packaging and the actual jewelry packaging both showed obvious care and pride. I contacted customer service at one point during my first order and I received a response and resolution the same day. The pendant and ring I bought are both stunning and exactly as pictured, if not better in person.

I was very impressed with the quality of my gold chain. I won’t lie I was skeptical ordering online without actually trying it on.. but the staff at Bijoux were more then happy to send me pictures of the chain on a model, and it gave me a better idea what I would be expecting! Although the product is nice, it is very thin. I have a similar chain (same style and width) that I was replacing and the thickness difference is very noticeable. Looks like it may break if you look at it the wrong way. Also be be careful before ordering because at first glance the return policy looks very good but in reality they only offer store credit. Since you cannot see it in person they'll get you every time so be sure before you buy. Needed to change shipping address and customer service was responsive.

Just got my double Cuban 4.5mm and it's awesome. The pendant was a bit to big but I'm exchanging it for a better sized one. Wish the site had images to clearly display sizing for pendants, 47mm is hard to imagine. Overall really happy with it.
