    I waited over an hour on the phone and even the nurse said "wow, you waited over an hour" when she finally took the call. Unfortunately, despite trying hard to communicate with me, her vocabulary made it impossible to understand what she was saying. I was also not able to answer her questions because of this. I chose to end the call because it was going nowhere and despite trying to be patient, she was getting frustrated and her tone was becoming unpleasant.

    Thé wasting Time is much too long. Unless it is an absolue life or death crisis, have NO patience After 30 minutes, especially whennit means m'y mental state. It makes me feel people suffeing don't matter

    Over 1 hour on hold on my first attempt before noon today and 49 minutes on hold late afternoon...hung up both times...a family member who I was calling on behalf of has been on a waiting list for a family doctor for almost 2 years now...good job

    Over 1 hour waiting, no answer. And if I go to the children ER we will wait 10hrs. Welcome to Canada.

    After 2 hours and 35 minutes on hold for option 3, someone finally answered my call and hung up immediately after 2 seconds of silence. I called back to try to reconnect, or at least gain some kind of priority in line, but the person on the phone told me the only solution was to go to the back of the queue and hope that after an additional 3 hours it would magically work this time. She promised to submit a ticket to see why this happened, which unfortunately wont help me see a doctor any time soon. Her other suggestion was to go to the emergency room, which i thought the entire point of this service was to avoid spending 17 hours in an emergency room for a basic issue. Do not waste your time with this illegitimate service. You'll get better help walking around asking random people on the street.

    Waited over 2 hours to speak to someone regarding if I need to be seen by a doctor for my pregnancy. Due to we can't find babies heart beat. Hospitals a fs than this

    2 months ago I was not feeling well so I called to have some advice, Nurse who answered after all questions told me nothing is wrong and goes away after few days but not only didn't get better, I started to loose my voice.

    Their site say 15-20 minutes on average. First time I called, they said more than 45 minutes wait and please leave your number as we will call you back. 1) I call at 7pm, they call back at 1050pm … I was asleep and missed their call. 2)called at 630pm … just got called at 1015pm, didn’t answer as was in bed. It’s freaking ridiculous, I don’t have 3 to 4 hours to wait on the phone.
