This was a fun little find in Quebec City, we just happened to stop by on 25¢ wing and karaoke night (Wednesdays) which was a lot of fun. What Luck!

My family and I are traveling throughout Canada and by far the best night of our trip was our stop at Quartier General! We danced, drank, and sang karaoke for hours and by the end of the night it felt like the whole bar was friends. The staff was nice, the bar was clean, and the drinks were great! Thank you so much Quartier General, if I’m ever back in town I would love to return!

This is a nice place, It is really nice when "capitale du samba" (Brazilian group) plays, I always have a lot of fun.

Nice neighborhood resto. Good service despite the one gal who was run off her feet - she was always pleasant, cheery and efficient. We had the angus burger. Delicious freshly charred patty with a nice salad and opted for poutine for 3$ more. Never had poutine in Quebec and it didn't disappoint. Lots of cheese curds, the real stuff not like the mozza bits we get in Ontario! Also had the wings. They were ok. Good prices!

AMAZING ! Best dance floor

I had to go on a Thursday and I was totally alone, we were the only people we were, the rude waitresses and a lousy service, I didn't come back.

This was quite the lovely little spot. The decor and general vibe of the place was very welcoming and trendy. The drinks were good and the staff were incredibly friendly and kind. Would absolutely return and highly recommend!!

Cute old little pub. I went there for a few drinks. Really affordable. Not a must but if you're in the area, it's nice stop.

Very, very nice Bar !!! The owner is the best one!!! They made famous chicken wings!!! Administration!!!

There is a guy here called Zoran don't mess with it but he is very kind with every client he's a great guy with great experiences and he'll try to give you the best services possible

Wednesday karaoke is a good time. Cheap beer and great staff!

There is a band if you arrive before 21h00 and after that the disco party is starting with a dance floor!
