Our experience at this location was amazing .From service to our food .Our server was wonderful. Our 6 year old child said, she would give a 100 stars

Food wasn't good seemed like our plate have been microwaved

I had to take a star off because the service was slow, but everything else was great.

Food was overly salted.Pricey for average food.

I love their soup & salad bar, lots of options and you serve yourself. Reminds me of Olive Garden from the states! I got the naan avocado sandwhich which was tasty and had alot of chicken inside. This is a comfort food restaurant for when you want something that feels home cooked and light

Ordered the ribs which I found way overcooked felt like I was eating to sole of my shoes. The backed potato was the complete opposite way undercooked. Place had no more than 8 customers at 6:15pm when I got here and not many more as I was eating came in. When the server picked up the dish and more than half was still on the dish she did not even ask how was it. Now how was it one orders a full rack of ribs to eat a full rack not less than half a rack. If I only wanted to eat half a rack would I not half been smarter and ordered only half a rack?? As I paid I had to tell her it was all horrible. Invoice number 956264-1 for $38.17 a complete waste of money for this horrible diner!

We loved our dinner there. It had been so long since we had been out to a restaurant for a nice meal. We splurged and both ordered a full rack of ribs and their house red wine. Couldn't have asked for a better meal and the waitress was wonderful. Definitely recommend! Can't wait to go back.

Although there were few employees and we were a 13 group all of a sudden a sunday june 25 in the evening.. the server was so nice and kind. He was overwhelmed but kept trying to do his best with all the kindness he had.

We were there Sunday night, food and service was excellent. Emilie, our server, immediately recognized we did not know French and helped us with the menu and provided prompt service. If we are ever in Quebec again, we will definitely come visit Emilie :)

It wasn’t good experience at all. I’m a loyal customer to scores since 2008. I have been to that restaurant more than once before the renovation 2016 the service and team were amazing. Today was extremely a bad experience we were at the restaurant around 2:00 pm. Only in servant managing and talking orders. The salad bar, we can’t do pick our salads due to COVID. However the servant/ employee didn’t follow what we asked him although we completed the paper. Took him a good 20 min to get us the salad bar and took our order. We were 8 adults and two kids big family. My sister asked about the source of the ribs before ordering as she doesn’t like honey bBq. Also she asked for special lunch Monday to Friday 11:00 to 3:00 coffee/ tea and disert should be included this wasn’t the case.and she was charged for tea. 6 of the family asking for class legs by the time he is serving he said sorry only 4 legs we can’t get 2. Funny enough that restaurant can’t provide what we ordered. Last thing today my mom agreed to change her order to Brest then she found hair in the souse we told the water and he took it and nothing is done. I refused to pay for her as this is not acceptable. The family definitely won’t go to this place in Quebec City any more

Staff was super sweet

Good quiet lunch place during the week. I advice folks to stay with the classics. Their attempts at doing Asian dishes (like a Pad Thai) are particularly bad.

Service was slow food was cold

A great and fantastic service from Ryan the waiter always has a smile and he will often go to ask if you need anything at any time. If I could I would leave 100$ of tips just for the way he talks and asks questions respectfully. Thanks for the great waiters you chose scores hope you have a great day

This location failed to maintain the salad bar the day we went which was difficult as that's what we ordered as a meal. Ran out of both lettuce and soup for long periods. Nacho cheese sauce and chili were more water than anything else.

Parking was easy. Clean place. Service was the minimum. Food was ok. The 7UP was flat and tastes bad.

The chicken and the dauces are really delicious.

Everything and moreover the salad 🥗 bar was perfect.

It was just ok. The restaurant looks nice, the service was good, but the food was a bit bland. I was expecting more so I was disappointed.
