The worst experience in my live, 50 minutes to prepare the sandwiches of 5 people before me, then like 15 minutes to prepare just 1 sandwich, it was cold when was the time to eat. I speak to the "team chief" he was just chatting in the back while 2 persons try to make the food with the restaurant full. Very bad experience, never going to come back to this location

Most discriminating old lady staff we’ve ever met in our life! My 6 yr old daughter is badly in need a bathroom, as a parent, you’ll try to find the best way to help your daughter. Unfortunately, an old lady subway staff kicked us out of the store. Such an inhumane act to do for a 6yr old kid who wants to use a bathroom. Why are we going to grab a sandwich first if my daughter needs a toilet right away? I hope that old woman will be fired from her job. It was such a humiliating experience to be asked to leave the store. Unbelievable!

They did a great job considering there were two employees and 20+ people in line, almost out the door. Menu is a little unique to the area.

Your typical Subway to save the day when you are hungry and want something easy, but it wasn't quick at all because of how busy it was, understandable with the high demand in this popular tourist area, although it was in May when the tourism season hasn't peaked yet!

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! ordered a 12 inch Steak and Cheese sub and only about half of it came with actual meat on it. The place is disgusting in terms of the bathroom having toilet paper all on the floor. The service line not being clean at all, looks like some of the meats have been sitting out for the entire day. The staff is EXTREMELY unfriendly and SLOW! It was a hassle getting the sub fixed even though it was their mistake! I highly recommend NOT coming to eat here.

I'm genuinely surprised by some of the negative reviews, because I ate here twice and it was a wonderful experience. Both times we were the only ones in the restaurant. It's just a little difficult and confusing as the menu is all in French. Luckily, one of the girls who works there speaks English and was really helpful. Their teriyaki wraps are really good, and they have more variety than our American version, but it's a little bit expensive. Large building and nice dining tables, but the dryer in the bathroom is broken. Located in a very convenient area is close proximity to many major landmarks. And with so many places not opening until 11 AM, this is a great place to grab a quick breakfast.

It was pretty standard for subway but the bill came to $50 for 2 sub combos so beware. They charge for everything separately.

Worst subway that is. Took 45 minutes to get my food. Had nothing left in the middle of the lunch hour during the Easter long weekend and the staff was sloppy, slow and rude. No one was acting as if they got a training and no one was wearing a net on their hair (🤢). Train your employees correctly or fire them.

Worst Subway location ever. Poor customer service, poor organization and inventory of veggies. Ordered 6 sandwiches and after 3rd they had No Onions and pickles. It wasn't even closing time and they have no respect even if customer is buying 6 of their sandwiches.

Despite the dining room is closed due to the pandemic of covid, i still had a very good experience with us because i tasted all of your soft drinks, all of your drinks are very good mostly your root beer and diet pepsi, your employees are very friendly and this place is well clean.

Excellent service. Only restaurant open breakfast on a Monday close to us. Ordering for several people, but very patient and helpful service.

Very bad service, first of all employees should get a proper training about making sandwiches. I didn’t even get proper toasted sandwich, everything was messed up. Please give your team members proper training. Merci!!
