This
is
the
best
place
in
QUEBEC!
Save
it
to
your
phone,
get
in
an
Uber
(it's
NOT
near
the
tourists)
and
you
will
be
in
Diner
heaven.
The
beers
are
craft,
local
and
exceptional.
The
food
is
hand-crafted,
farm
to
table.
This
should
be
on
the
New
York
Times
list
for
sure.
Their
poutine
is
to
die
for.
They
start
the
process
72-hours
before
they
serve
the
most
delicious
duck-fat
frites
you
have
ever
had,
fresh
cheese
curds,
homemade
gravy.
The
chef
recommended
that
we
put
a
piece
of
fried
chicken
on
top
and
homemade
hot
sauce,
it
was
awesome
and
so
cheap!
The
owners
said
it
was
modeled
after
American-style
Diner,
I
wish,
we
had
them
that
good.
The
local
regulars
were
so
nice
and
welcoming.
Even
the
bathroom
was
cool
with
a
red
phone,
a
mona
lisa
cut-out
and
a
Pulp
Fiction
poster.
Hands
down,
the
best,
you
must
go!
If
I
lived
in
Quebec,
I
would
be
there
every
Friday
night.
