From the outside this looks like a delightful restaurant. However, once seated and the food arrived we were very disappointed in the standard or the food. We ordered seafood linguine, but the whole thing was dry, overcooked and lacking any fresh or seafood flavour. It almost seemed like the seafood is precooked and sauce prepared before mixing it all together. The dish wasn't cheap either which made for a very dissatisfied experience. It's a shame as the staff were friendly and attentive, but the restaurant have been spoilt by their central location so I hope that they improve their standard of food very soon.

Delicious food, excellent service and a great ambiance. I really liked where it's located and the streets mucisians are good to watch. About the parking, you're in Old Quebec, it's the first place discovered in north America. There's not a lot of streets because there was no car before but hey, if you're here it's to see the beautiful old city. I loved it.

Looks like they are permanently closed now. No wonder~~~ Food was dry, takes forever to get something I asked for and the tip was already precalculated into the bill. If you don't notice, you will be paying double tips which they didn't deserve. Too bad Google has only one star....

We arrived with a larger group and were happily welcomed. They sat us in a private corner and we had a very kind a fast server. The food was very good and they took simple foods and make them more gourmet for similar prices to that of other restaurants nearby. They had a wide drink selection as well as a large menu. The bathrooms were very clean and there was clearly attention to detail in every part of the restaurant

This restaurant has an excellent location and waitresses. Unfortunately the food was TERRIBLE. I was excited to order 2 duck dishes (hoping for French style duck) one with a poutine sauce and one with a salad. The one with poutine was actually cold and the fries were very dry and cold as well. The duck meat tasted funky as if it was cooked two days ago and was refrigerated. The salad was ok but again the duck meat on top of it tasted and looked disgusting. I've tried duck meat several times and the meat always looked red. The duck meat here was white/brown and looked like they're serving you chicken skin. The pasta was ok though. Only gave this place 2 stars bc the staff were very nice and welcoming

Came here had calamari and poutine just as late night snack. I would give this place 0 if possible. Dominique was horrible server. Calamari was not edible. True let down for Quebec City. Paid less for way better quality at other places. Would not recommend.

Terrible food, and overpriced too! Tartare salmon was not fresh, the 18$ chef salad was plain greens with ready made supermarket dressing, fries were cold, and meat and fish were tasteless. Probably one of the worst spots in Quebec city.

Stay away. Overpriced, over cooked - and rude! Our waitress was also the bartender. Had to get up twice to ask for a glass of wine and water. We were very polite Despite the service. Would have been nice if they returned the favor! Blaming myself though. Should have checked to see the 2.4 star rating before we walked in.

We ate lunch at the Grill Sainte Anne in Old Quebec today and we were sorely disappointed and disgusted. First off, one of the waitresses was standing near the computer (about 10 feet away from the tables, but still close enough to the eating area) in bare feet, then proceeded to spray her feet a couple of times with some kind of spray and then put her shoes back on. She did it again a little while later. Three of us ordered the fish and chips which were very greasy and tasted mediocre, and my nine year old daughter ordered the spaghetti from the children's menu. The portion of spaghetti was ridiculously small (approximately half a cup), and we had to order my daughter (who eats very little) a second serving. So for roughly a cup of spaghetti we had to pay for two kids' meals, which came to $20. As well, our waitress, although good when she was around, was absent for extended periods during our meal, so we had to wait about 15 minutes before ordering the second serving of spaghetti. We would definitely not recommend this restaurant, and guarantee that the only way it is still open is due to walk ins like us and to it's prime location near the Chateau Frontenac.

This is the first review I have written about a restaurant! Goes to show how terrible our experience was. Despite our somewhat chilly service from our server my parents and I were enjoying our lunch on the terrace. When the bill came we were a little shocked and confused to find a 15% tip already included in the bill (we were not told that such a tip was already included when we were given the bill). When I asked our server she replied "don't worry the tip and everything is already included" and that "it was nothing personal and it was just common practice in the area because the bill was over a certain amount." Having lived in Canada most of my life and having been a server for a time I can say that this is a very dishonest practice. Tips are pre-included to the bill hoping the customers do not notice so that they double tip the server when they pay! Unless the service was for larger groups (6-8+ people) and it was clearly stated in the menu or by the server we should've have been told about the tip that would be included. A friend that is from Quebec City has also confirmed that included tips are not common practice! I would recommend that people read their bills very carefully not to get scammed by terrible servers!!

šŸ˜  Waste of time and money! They were great up front and efficient in booking my appointment. If you need anything extra or if your need is beyond something very basic - they are useless. My initial contact with them was in July 2023 and Iā€™m still waiting for them to follow up and deliver on a service...
