Driving
from
Montreal
to
Quebec
City
on
a
sunny
Sunday
morning,
I
did
not
know
what
to
expect
when
I
got
to
the
Bora
Parc.
It
was
my
first
time
and
I
just
wanted
to
enjoy
playing
in
water
after
a
long
winter.
I
was
hoping
Bora
Parc
would
be
that
spot
of
fun
I
needed
without
feeling
cold.
The
reception
area
was
clean.
The
adjoining
locker
rooms
were
just
as
clean
considering
that
a
high
volume
of
"people"
traffic
flowed
through.
(I
was
not
expecting
so
many
people
to
rock
up
for
water
fun.)
The
shower
and
locker
areas
were
in
well
lit
rooms.
The
changing
and
showering
facilities
were
not
awkward.
My
family,
consisting
of
older
and
younger
teenagers
adjusted
intuitively.
(Ample
soap
dispensers
and
continuously
cleaned
areas
helped
as
we
stepped
out
as
well.)
The
changing
area
lead
into
the
water
park.
The
first
impression
you
have
as
you
enter
the
park
is
the
surprisingly
overwhelming
odour
of
chlorine
that
hits
your
nostils.
It
takes
a
few
minutes
to
adjust.
I
just
found
the
odour
everywhere.
Despite
that,
I
was
looking
for
water
fun
and
I
found
it.
The
adrenaline
packed
rides
were
fun.
The
group
raft
ride
aptly
name
the
Tribu
was
a
great
event;
my
kids
and
I
jumped
on
it
a
couple
of
time
and
enjoyed
yelling
at
the
top
of
our
lungs.
Despite
all
the
fun
ride,
the
surprise
for
me
was
the
exceptional
customer
service.
The
young
people
supporting
your
"fun"
experiences
were
very
well
trained,
behaved
respectfully
with
every
and
were
support
to
your
well
being.
I
told
my
spectacles
over
a
ride
(silly
me!).
These
young
people
really
took
the
time
to
find
my
spectacles
after
the
rides
closed
for
the
day.
I
was
really
impressed
with
their
patience
and
helpfulness.
But
most
importantly,
I
found
their
helpfulness
genuine.
This
experience
has
touched
me.
I
don't
see
such
human
genuineness
in
a
commercial
enterprise
often.
This
is
how
a
business
wins
hearts.
Have
good
people
going
out
of
the
way
to
help
people.
(Montreal
could
learn
from
such
customer
service
excellence.)
Keep
up
the
good
work
team.
Overall,
my
family
and
I
had
a
great
experience.
It
was
worth
the
drive
up
and
it
certainly
renewed
my
spirit
after
a
very
chilly
winter
indeed!
I'm
looking
forward
to
visiting
them
this
summer
and
experiencing
the
outdoor
water
park
experience.
