We
stayed
on
August
31st
after
booking
more
than
5
months
in
advance
which
you
would
think
might
give
you
a
better
rate.
This
was
not
the
case
at
all,
in
fact
it
was
the
opposite.
Just
a
day
before
we
could
have
booked
the
same
room
for
over
$100
less!!.
We
were
told
at
check
in
that
in
order
to
have
a
rate
change
on
the
room
we
had
booked
we
should
have
called
24
hours
before.
We
did
but
the
hotel
did
not
answer
and
when
we
eventually
got
through
the
voicemail
box
was
full
so
we
couldn't
leave
a
message.
So
upon
checking
in
the
service
was
horrible,
we
were
told
that
nothing
could
be
done,
the
rate
was
"locked
in".
Locked
in,
you
run
the
hotel,
it
was
booked
directly
with
you
not
via
a
third
party
booking
site.
Nothing
was
done
for
us
at
all,
no
room
upgrade,
no
let
us
include
breakfast,
just
sorry
it's
locked
we
won't
do
anything
for
you.
Absolutely
zero
customer
service
was
given
to
us,
so
disappointing
that
it
left
us
speechless
standing
at
the
desk
wondering
if
the
person
actually
knew
what
customer
service
was.
Although
clean
the
room
was
small,
dark,
and
not
appealing
in
the
least.
Nothing
about
this
place
would
make
us
come
back
or
recommend
it
to
friends
or
family.
It's
not
a
family
business
as
they
say
they
are,
it's
a
business
that
doesn't
care.
