Worst hell hole ever created. Was not my pick but it's now 1am and not only can you hear through the paper thin walls but the guy upstairs seems to e running a marathon. Considering sleeping in my car and I would already be in it if it wasn't for freezing cold. I am serious guys, not your worst enemy there please. Picture the ghetto crack whore place in your head. I can totally understand now why there are murders in these kind of places.

Clean, cheap, didn't hear anyone during the night, had air conditioning and did the job, sympathetic staff, great pillows, enough free parking places. Overall, very good. The only down side is the mattress since I'm used to a high quality mattress in my apartment. So that might be an issue for some people, but still, a great place to stay!

Broken light, missing light switch, uncomfortable bed, loud fridge, very loud airco, bad smell, tap at the sink almost exploded every time we used it, no hot water in the shower, almost impossible to connect to the wifi.

The location is very good. The staff is friendly. Great value. But there is a stain on the bed sheet, and at night I can hear the sound of electric current in the wall of bedside, although I didn't plug in anything to the socket. Everything is very good, except these two minor issues on the cleanliness and comfort.

WYSWYG What you see is what you get. An older, slanty-shanty type of stay. I booked the single bed/3pc bathroom suite for 2 nights. Other rooms have other amenities but I knew going in it was going to be a lay-my-head type of room. Great location, 30m walk to the Citadel/40m walk to Old Town. Boulangerie nearby/lots of Anglais-friendly citizens/shops. 10m bus ride to downtown, $4/per person one way bus fare. It was exactly what I was expecting it to be, a bed for the night and a fridge to keep my beer cold.

Very nice staff. For the price in Quebec I guess it's good. Parking is included. But rooms are very small. But again, for the price it's fine

Hi All, Stayed for three nights and it was okay. A nice breakfast and clean rooms. The hotel has many problems. The towel rack in the wash room was falling out of the wall. They said the room had climate control, no such thing. The door locks were messed up, and the room had no coffee in it. They charge $5CAD for WiFi a day. We would not pay that. Okay if you need a place for the night, but would not recommend it for a family vacation.

Great location. Clean room. Light breakfast included. Nice staff. The room was very small but I had a great time.

Very bad service. They do not provide fully basic comfort. In my case, the robinet for the bath was broken at night. Then we had to wait until the next morning to be able to take a shower. Even though the staff let us use another room's bath, it was unexpected and inconvenience. In the end the hotel didn't compensate anything for us, and the only thing they did was feeling sorry for our situation

Great service. Had a problem with the water tap and aide came swiftly and professionally. Very friendly service and homely feel. Had a great stay and will come back next time I’m in Quebec City.
