DO NOT STAY HERE. Let me sum up the terrible experience....AN EMPLOYEE KNOCKED ON OUR DOOR AT 6 AND 7 AM ON A SUNDAY TO ASK US WHEN WE ARE LEAVING!!!!!!! Additionally..phones in room aren't working. Big clumps of dust everywhere. We rented a room for 6 people. They did not provide blankets and pillows for everyone. When I asked, the girl working the front desk said we should have in the room and we needed to manage with what we had in the room cause there were no extra. I said we are 6 people with 4 pillows and 2 blankets. This is a hotel, we should not have to manage with that. I had to go to the front desk multiple times to get one extra pillow only and one blanket...thats is it. That's all they could spare..... apparently asking to use more than the mattress cover we were given to use as a blanket was asking for a lot at a hotel. Here is the kicker for me though.....the EMPLOYEE KNOCKED ON OUR DOOR AT 6 AND then again at 7 AM TO ASK US WHEN WE ARE LEAVING!!!!!!! They woke up an entire family. I went down and asked to speak to a manager and there are none. So here is the bill basically. Not an ounce of customer service. I paid 270$ for this room for one night. Not a bargain. Never experienced this in all of our years of travel. 270$ for not enough pillows....we slept uncomfortably and were woken up at 7 and basically asked to leave. Apparently it's 270$ for 15 hours max. Then you have to leave. A complete disappointement. We purposely paid more for this hotelso we could get treated like garbage.

The king room was large and clean. Very well laid out. The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast selection was good. 6 minute walk to the bus stop. Had some problems with the room key but they took care of it.

I'm surprised by the reviews. We had a pleasant stay here at the end of June and the beginning of July. Everyone was nice and helpful. The room we had was immaculately clean. The AC filter had been cleaned recently. It was nice to have a full-size table in the room for work and eating. The grocery store next door was a plus. My biggest complaint about the room would be that the couch is older, so the cushions aren't very soft. We never heard our neighbors with the exception of one crying child across the hall. Breakfast is typical hotel fare. We would stay here again. The building appears to be older but maintained.

It was a good stay. We got the suite (king + sofa bed) the room was like new and the hallway as well (level 3) we paid arround $200. Breakfast is also decent for a continental one.

Receptionist had a very nasty attitude while booking a reservation through the pohne, and had an attitude while checking. Decided to cancel out of it completely just solely based on the receptionist attitude. Very unwelcoming, and closed off. Would not recommend.

As long as you have a car, this place is very affordable, a short drive to the city, and conveniently located off the highway near a shopping mall, restaurants, and grocery. Looks to have been recently updated. Considering the cost of hotels in Quebec City, I would definitely recommend this place for those traveling on a budget who don't want to stay in a hostel or a lower-end motel. The service was excellent, everyone spoke English and French. The room was very clean and worth the price. Nothing fancy at all, but it had all the basics. Bedding was ok. Small Ikea-type armoire. Iron and ironing board. Microwave and mini-frig. Ours was missing a chair and table, and had a big empty space by the window. So, there was no place to sit except on the bed. And pretty sure our queen bed was actually a full. Updated bathroom. Towels were a little rough (manager, use fabric softener, or it's time for new towels). The water pressure was impressive and the water was hot! Not a good place for anyone over 6' tall as the shower was a weird one-piece insert with an exceptionally low ceiling; and the shower head was way low for one of us at 6' The included continental breakfast was basic but good. They have friendly attendants and everything is kept full and ready. Fruit, oatmeal, yogurts, egg and sausage patties for sandwiches, waffles, toast and muffins, juices, coffee, nice basic sitting area. People use it and it gets busy. Go early for a more casual and quiet breakfast. Wifi was so slow that it was almost worthless.

The hotel is okay. They don't have room service daily. The best is the breakfast, it is included the price. The room is clean and big and it's well equipped, but it is a bit old. If they change the curtains to a newer ones it will improve a lot.

The room could have been cleaner, there was some dust on the floors. Also, the shower didn't drain properly which was an issue. Other than that, I had no issues during the stay. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful.

The rooms were very spacious, clean and modern. The location was perfect for us- in between the Shrine of St. Anne de Beaupres and Quebec City. Short drive (15 minutes) to the Shrine and same to Old Quebec.

Good location right on the highway. Staff is very friendly and always helpful. Rooms do lack some stuff like toilet paper, towels etc... But the staff did accomodate us very nicely. The hotel is nicely located next to a highway but a bit outside the downtown of Quebec City

Disappointed based on previous reviews I had read. They knew we were 5 when we booked and only prepped the room with enough towels for 2. Room wasn't very clean, smudges all over the TV, back of toilet and bathroom sink were filthy and toilet sear was falling off. Neither TV remote worked. There was a piece of lettuce and a used plastic knife in the main corridor on the ground for two of the three days we were there. The "included breakfast" was a true disappointment. I understand its trickier with COVID but they served a choice of either a muffin OR a chocolate pastry OR a breakfast sandwich however the breakfast sandwiches were ice cold. You can also get a piece of fruit but the bananas were SO raw they were uneatable. We choose the hotel to save on the cost of one meal, ended up buying breakfast both mornings we needed it. We spent as little time in the hotel as possible. Definitely not what I expected out of a hotel the costs 165+ tax a night.

Clean and comfortable stay. The property was easy to find, the staff was great, beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. This has been my best experience amongst all the Quality properties I have been to in Canada.

In the shadow of Covid, hotels breakfast options are shrinked. And money they charge for room is still same...

No insulation in the walls, can hear everything, constantly bus loads of kids in the hotel. We are staying 5 days, 4/5 so far have bus loads of loud people. There are children screaming as I write this at 7:30am Sunday morning. So if you like that, come to this hotel.

Big zero on the reception, no greetings, no acknowledgement, no nothing. This was the start to a bad stay as we walk through the smelly and stained corridors. Once in the room the humidity caught us with the old odor of “nobody is taking care of me for a while”. The AC / heating is incredibly noisy. Forget about the breakfast, probably the worst you had lately with watery coffee and poor food choices you don’t even give a try. Hot water is kinda of ghosting you and do not rely on the “personal care products”, bring your own. Everything is old, everything is smelly, everything is sad and the staff just don’t care. The hotel is situated in a huge parking lot, on the corner of the highway and the no man’s land. Absolutely nothing is interesting around but the shopping center of desolation. Bed was at least not bad. Sooooooo expensive for what you get. Avoid. Avoid at all cost.

Basic hotel (no pool/gym). Great suits, two separate rooms with ability to separate by closing the doors, each has access to the bathroom.

Breakfast is very, very bad. They just put something together to be able to say that there's free breakfast. They charged us for an extra night and I still don't have my money back, no management is available. They confirmed that it was a mistake twice. During the night, there was a group in the parking lot with alcohol, loud music, loud laughter, and a fire. I spoke to the receptionist, and she just told me that they were the "hockey team." The situation was not taken seriously, and this went on from 11 PM to 4 AM. I could not sleep. I regret not calling the police.

Loved the room !! Booked for 2 nights and 3 days. It was a great stay. Clean and decent rooms.

The room was very nice. It had two TV's, a couch, table and chairs, fridge, microwave and coffee machine along with a king size bed which was very comfy. We brought the family dog with us and he was welcome however there is very little grass to do his business as this hotel is in a commercial area with huge parking lots around. The location is about 20 minutes from the Old Town where all the attractions are hence the 3 stars for location. The service (staff) at the front desk was cold and our "Hi's" were responded to with grunts. I speak particularly in regards to the old guy on night shift. Room service staff spoke ZERO English or so they claimed. Making a reservation here was a task in itself as the lady spoke very little English as well. Overall a decent place though.

Stayed 3 nights 4 days, got the king suite. Great room, clean with lots of room. All the check on staff were amazing, very informative and answered all my questions. Breakfast was normal continental breakfast. I did notice even with the room temp set to 18 it was still warm and stuffy as the temp would not go below 21 so we opened the windows as it was nice and cool outside so problem solved. Would stay here again, and the best part was your amazing staff. ❤️

Poor service at the front desk. Rude checking us in and made no effort to make us feel welcomed. Quebec has a pretty bad reputation of being racist and hating anglophones so this being our first encounter in the city did not feel good. I speak decent french and tried my best but was still met with arrogance and dismissive attitude. They also barely had any food selection for breakfast. Comfortable and spacious room was the only thing good about our stay. Shower needs some draino, drain was super clogged.

3 star was based on the very basic nature of the hotel. This hotel had a good location for visiting Old Quebec City and is close to restaurants and shopping. Reserved a larger room with 2 queen beds and a living room with sofa. In the bedroom room of the suite, none of the bed side lamps were working. One lamp was missing the bulb. There were no other light sources in the bedroom so the bedroom was dark. The room also felt stuffy. Due to this problem, when raised to the front desk, I was assigned a different room in which everything was working properly. Rooms were generally tidy, however very sparsely equipped. I noted that there was no in-room kettle or coffee and tea set. Coffee and tea was available from the lobby. Microwave has to be used to boil water in-room but there were no microwave safe cups, only thin disposable plastic cups. There was not even the typical hotel note pad and pens. The included continental breakfast set included a choice of sandwich (ham, bacon or chocolate chip), a yogurt, a juice, a piece of cheese and fruit. Officially, only one set per guest, no seconds. I found this policy rather stingy. The hotel staff I found to be polite and accommodated by bad French, using English for my convenience. While the hotel served its function for a place to stay, it felt --- very basic for its class. I am unsure if there was a COVID factor involved where costs were being kept at a minimum. Price was on par with other hotels of its class. The hotel was near restaurants and shopping, including a Costco (East of the hotel) with a gas station. Costco gas was about 10 cents cheaper than regular gas stations in Quebec City. It was also easy to go to Old Quebec City, 15 min drive.

The suites situated in a less crowded location in the Quebec City. We rented a decent size suite for family of 4 and a dog. The unit is spacious with a relaxing living area (sofa bed) and a dining area (a set of 4 dining table) but without a kitchenette. However, the unit has a small fridge and microwave. The unit is clean and neat. In addition, two comfortable queen size beds with in a nicely furnished room. Overall, I am satisfied with the unit. Great place for budgeted family trip.

I've been coming here for years. The hotel has been renovated (pre-Covid) & they are cleaner & very comfortable. It's situated in a quieter location near a shopping mall (Le Capital) & a few restaurants. Easy to get to, located near the highway. The staff is usually very helpful & accommodating. I've been coming here for many years & have very few cons to report.

Room was great for the price, and the hotel also had good breakfast options during covid.

Good rooms, decent size. Parking space is very good. Breakfast options were good despite COVID protocols.
