It was all good until we hada dispute with one of the staff (room service) named Stefani. We stayed for one night and the next morning decided to go for breakfast and then comeback and check out. When we came back around 10am Stefani was in our room cleaning. I then politely said we havent yet checked out. I even showed her the keys. She pretended like she didnt understand coz i spoke in english first. Then myself and my friend who speaks french verywell explained that we need to use our room. She just ignored us and closed the door on us. There was another lady cleaning next room even she was smiling at me and explained to Stefani that she should leave. Still she was adamant. We then went inside our room and she still refused to leave. Another cleaning lady came, if i am not mistaken her name eas Manjabine and told Stefani that she is not authorised to stay while the guests are still in there and THEN after all this drama she left. Wow!!! When we were checking out the girl in the reception apologised and said this is not normal and she will address this. Apart from the crazy experience we loved our stay. The bed, pillows were all amazing. The washroom wasnt as expected. I had to flush 3 times beforw i used it. May be that is to do with such unprofessional room service worker. This raised a questions if the rooms are actually well cleaned as it looks. I would appreciate the management to take an action towards Stefani so that this doenst happen to other guests. I am sorry i have to give you 2 stars because the experience towards the end really ruined my day. Otherwise this would have been a 4 stars experinence Thank you.

Very clean and reasonably prices hotel just a few minutes drive from Old Quebec. Rooms were modern and service was fantastic.

The check-in experience was a bit strange. We were asked to show the card we used for the booking. The booking was done through Expedia, and we usually don't carry all our cards with us. It was uncomfortable trying to look for the card. I called Expedia, and the agent I spoke to contacted the front desk. They informed us that it is their policy to require the same card used for booking. The Expedia agent checked the hotel's policy, and there was no mention of this requirement. We were concerned that if we didn't have the card with us, we might be denied entry after an 8-hour drive from Toronto. Otherwise, the room was clean and quiet and hotel location was great.

Very nice hotel. Only 10 mins from Old Quebec. Service was very nice and offered in English. We did not ask them to clean and sort our room but they did without our permission, but it is very appreciated and you did not need to do this. For a 2 star hotel, it is much higher quality than we expected and has a TV, clean washrooms, good showers, and a comfortable room (and king sized bed). We will consider this hotel if we return to Quebec in the future! (However, the parking lot is very dark at night, lights can be helpful for future customers)

They allowed us for early check-in, staffs are all friendly, overall, I recommend this place for a family, friends place to stay.

Really nice hotel and staff. Our dog was greeted with a comfy bed, bowl and dog cookies! Room was great and bed comfy.

Hotel facilities are ok, but service is terrible. If you don’t speak québécois French, you will be mistreated

The room (and hotel in general) is basic, but very affordable, clean, and quiet which is exactly what we needed.

The tub in the bathroom was big,with strong handles fixed on two sides also a antiskid mat was also there,

Hotel is top notch, king+room was perfect for my family of 4 with a king size bed and a Murphy queen size bed. 10 mins away from downtown QC, only thing missing is a charging station for electric vehicle, hope management would add it soon, other than that, would recommend this place without hesitation.

Wifi / internet speed for a simple call can’t be worst. A modest motel in the middle of nowhere was better than here. Unacceptable.

Great location - between Montmorency Falls and City. Close to biking trail. Cozy room. 24hrs coffee and juices. 1 star less for our check in experience. Associate at reception ‘Philippe’ was not welcoming, didn’t even mention about coffee etc gave us the room which could potentially be the last choice, was just not hospitable at all in his speech, conduct or aura. Our stay though, was comfortable and if we go next time, I know what to expect.

They charged my credit card for a cancellation when i was there. In other words they charged me twice.

Overall, I had a great experience staying in this hotel. Everything from cleanliness to amenities to customer service was excellent. The only downside that I could point out is that the parking lot was quite icy and slippery. I don't 100% blame the hotel for that because the weather was quite bad during my stay, but I believe they could give more care to salting, sanding and graveling the ground to protect guests from slipping and falling.

It was very convenient although, drinking water in the room would have been nice.

The room option itself is what made me choose this hotel. It offered a King and a Queen bed. It was a quick visit, a stop between NB and ON but it was clean and quiet for a great nights sleep. The staff did great with their English (wasn't expecting any as this is not a highway hotel!)

Easy accessable n full with frequent cravings for hot tea or coffee of a tired tourist. Comfortable rooms equipped with necessary gadgets to make stay comfortable.

The hotel is clean and the room was clean and very cozy and comfortable. Great customer service. Little over prized for the location. $475 for two nights (including tax). The discounted breakfast was a plus. The breakfast place is also delicious with good choices. Family friendly. Close to downtown and the Montmorency falls. Recommend this place for anyone planning to visit Quebec City.
