We got 2 rooms with double queen beds and were very disappointed with the size of the room. The room was not fit to share for 3 adults and for the price we paid (over $300/night /room) we expected better. There was barely any space to fit the luggage and be able to walk without constantly bumping into each other. The room (on level 1) also had low ceilings and gave more of a motel kinda feel. Also, they do not service the room daily (its only after 2 nights), which again was disappointing given the amount we paid per night. We also found some stains on the comforter, and the iron stand was quite dirty as well (see pics). We asked for the comforter to be changed, yet it was still not done. Hugely disappointed with the overall experience, value for money and service.

Hotel have seen much better days. A/c did not work - called front desk twice and the clerk didn't know what to do and told us nothing was wrong. Upon our checkout we repeated our concern and the clerk told us that the front desk control all A/c - something which would have been useful 3 days ago. We were promised a wood floor; we got carpet. We were expecting a decent normal size bathroom; we got one the size of a closet where the fan did lots of noise but didn't work at all. And I haven't talk about the endless stairs we need to use to access our room and prevent us to bring the cart by our door like any normal hotel room can offer.

Great location, close to big shopping malls and far from the touristy area. If you're visiting Quebec City for business or shopping, this is the place to stay. Beds and pillows were comfortable, the WiFi connection was reliable. The washroom has a weird diagonal layout that makes it a little uncomfortable and the AC was noisy at times. The lobby area is nicely decorated and the front desk staff is friendly and accommodating.

The price is ok, I paid a higher rate because I did the booking from one day to the other. The wifi is terrible, I couldn't do anything, unfortunately breakfast is not included which is a shame coming from choice hotels, the room decor is not the best and, in my room, there was a lot of noise coming from the roof. On the other hand, the rooms are spacious, super comfortable, and the staff is very quick and efficient, the check in and check out were really fast.

So we went with my family and stayed at this hotel and J dont beleive its a 4 star hotel as rated. It deffnetley can be a 3.5 star. We had two king rooms, one is deluxe and other is regular king room. Only difference is deluxe was abit bigger and the regualr was so small for a king size room. It felt lime a double bed room. So what I did like was, the room bed was comfy enough and was close to the mall and other restaurants. What I didnt like was that, the room gets really hot and when I try to turn the A/C on and reduce the tempreture, it will work for 5minz and during that time, the room starts to cool off but then the AC turns off. And doesnt start again until i reduce the tempreture more. I had to keep doing this over and over and over again, I had to wake up during the night time to reduce it multiple times and was not happy about that. And also because we had our 1 year old and he was sweating and was not able to sleep as well because the rooms were too hot. From the thermostat you can only have it on Auto or ON. So when you keep it on the ON mode you think it will work but it does not. The other thing that was bad was, and im not sure why though but all the channels on TV was just news nothing else. There was no movie channels no kids channels or even go to rent or buy. I even asked the front desk and they said its only the news channels they have. The washrooms need to be updated as it was too dark inside. Only light is above the sink, but when you are in the bath tub its really dark. But most of all is the restaurant (Barbie). We had lunch there and that was okay. The next morning We went for breakfast where it was buffet and for the value for it is $17pp and it was just eggs, bacon and sausge. No way that was not worth $17pp and coffe and tea was extra. And it was cold also. Also the breakfast wasnt even refilled and it was still 9am. That was the worst. It was better if went to Mcdonalds and got breakfast that is right across. Overall the value for the room is not worth. I would think might need to reduce the price or upgrade the rooms.

The staff and hotel location weren’t bad. The room, however, was not cleaned well. There were old contact lenses on the bathroom floor, a strange brown stain on the shower tiles, and blood spots on one of the pillows.

Upon first glance, the reception and the room looked clean, modern, and tasteful. However, this was not a quiet room. Hallway noise was loud, and there was constant walking/stepping noises from the rooms above. I actually could hear the neighbor peeing in the toilet. Overnight road construction in front of hotel also. If you stay here, I recommend booking a room top floor, and bring ear plugs.

Very nice comfy and modern hotel. Has all you need. Well located. Courteous staff - thank you! Mini fridge, coffee machine, swimming pool.. ice machine on floors and some vending machines here and there. Not my first visit here & not my last either.

Recently spent two nights here. My only disappointment was there was no breakfast.. But it's clean and close to Old Quebec. I also loved the restaurant that was attached to it. I'd come back.

Honest Review!!! I'm not the type of person that is usually negative but here goes my thoughts. Room: 1. Hotel is not a 4 star hotel compared to other ones with the same rating and same price. 2. The room is small for a king size bed. 3. Bedsheets looked like it had mold or a type of stains in them (I might be wrong) 4. Hotel lobby entrance not clean 5. Staff is friendly 6. Shower doesn't have a door but half a glass which is a very weird design and water can get out on the floor easily. 7. Lack of lights in the room, it was fairly dim. Restaurant: The restaurant itself is clean and looks nice. Breakfast: (breakfast buffet) 1. The food was cold 2. Not a big selection compared to other hotels with same rating 3. Coffee doesn't taste good. Dinner: (quesadillas, wings and ceasar salad) 1. Very bad service with a long wait time. Waiters weren't friendly! 2. Food didn't have taste and it was horrible. 3. There was a piece of the plastic in my wings plate (cross contamination), there was hair in my ceasar salad. Two waiters were told and none apologized, they had to ask for a manager which gave us "vouchers" to eat at the restaurant again, which is pointless because this will never happen!

Great place to stay. Hotel is clean and provides a lot of amenities. If you plan on a longer stay, I would suggest requesting housekeeping as they only clean the room every 3rd night. Kids enjoyed the pool in the evenings and hotel was close to many restaurants.

The hotel tried to reach me when I was working. Arrive at the hotel around 10ishh to learn they cancelled my two rooms to sell them to someone else. The entire city was booked! I was forced to drive back home or to sleep in my car. Never again!!!

This is not a four star hotel. Our room was on the 2nd floor which the elevator did not service. Which is odd. Whomever built this hotel surely did not know what they were doing in terms of architecture layout. The room had a musty smell which aggravated my allergies. It felt like we were in the basement. No amount of AC would fix this. The windows did not open to allow fresh air into the room. The pillows were flat which provided no support. The carpets were stained. We only had a fridge. No microwave was available in the room. Front desk was nice. Maids did not clean anytime while we were there. We had to empty our own garbage. The amenities were agreeable. The gym was open 24/7 and was always empty. Which was a plus. The pool was open 24/7 but we never used it. We stayed only two nights and it felt like an eternity. Would not recommend if you’re looking for a 4 star hotel.

The staff were friendly and accommodating and the bed and pillows were nice. But other than those things, this is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was dirty. The curtains had stains on them and looked like they had NEVER been washed. And the bathroom - oh goodness, the bathroom! I don't know what is wrong with the pipes in that place, but the there was a definite stench emanating from the toilet. And as if that wasn't bad enough, I found hair in the shower. Gross! 10/10 would never stay here again.

The room is nice and clean, friendly staff. There is no elevator access to the 2nd floor, need to lift luggage for like 12 steps of the stairs, luckily they are willing to change the room for us. The stairs access to the 2nd floor rooms is really not convenient though, they should find a better solution about it

Staff is great. Rooms are very small not even enough space to walk in 2 Queen bed room with few bags of luggage. And also the elevator does not take u to odd number floors like 1 3 5. You would have to carry bags to your room. Carts would not work as there are two sets of stairs. Once again good staff and rooms were clean as well. Just the elevator and small rooms.

Not worth the price. Very inconvenient and bizarre building layout. After getting out of the elevator, you need to take a few sets of stairs to get to rooms on certain floors. So, you cannot avoid stairs to get to the 1st floor rooms. Carrying luggage to rooms is inconvenient. An expensive 4-star hotel with plenty of superficial features such as a big lobby, pool, conference rooms etc, but lacking in basic features. For example, in-room amenities are below-average. Our room didn't have sufficient body soap and shampoo. Insufficient parking. Staff are helpful, but up to a point. No breakfast provided, which is a shame given the cost of the rooms.

We went on a family vacation and stayed at this hotel for 3 nights,4 days. Two adults and 2 kids, the room was super small. First night was okay, but when I asked to have the room cleaned, I was told they clean it every 4th day. Even though in the room it says that if you want your room cleaned talk with the front desk. I have asked for new towels, I had to go pick it myself. On the 3rd day, I asked to have the garbage removed and I was told to do it myself. So basically, once you heck in, you get no services. I booked this hotel as the reviews were really good, but totally disappointed. I guess if you stay one night is okay .

Pretty solid hotel. The mattress and pillows were actually extremely comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I wish they did daily housekeeping, not sure why that’s not a thing at a 4 star hotel anymore though.
