If you’re reading this trust me it’s not worth booking. If I could give it 0 stars I would. We paid nearly $300 a night for a room that was located in the hotels garage underground. No where did it say anything about this when we were booking. It was horrifying. Our area was separate and there was one room and it was located through the garage into a hallway. It was so scary and unsafe I could not sleep. I promise you it’s not worth it, if we could have left we would have but it was during FEQ so there was no hotels left, I wish I had just slept in the car. Spread the word, I know I will be.

By far the worst hotel experience we have ever had. I would think twice about staying here. If I could give 0 stars, I would. My partner stayed here at the start of June, booked for 3 nights and was kicked out after 2! Without warning and after a 15 hour day at work, she arrived back to find the room had been given to someone else and her things had been taken from the room - they couldn't even say where her things were! So, at 11pm she was forced to walk, with her bags (which were eventually found - with clothes and electronics stuffed inside them without a care), through the streets of Quebec City to another hotel (which she had to fight for an hour for - they weren't going to do anything, just kick her out onto the street). The person behind the reception even refused to give her water! Since then and after many calls and messages, they have refused to do anything, not even an apology, there is no one to speak to, the manager is never there, always late and doesn't care. We will be going down every avenue until this is remedied. I am so angry about the way my partner was treated with such a lack of respect and looked down upon like she was nothing with complete contempt and rudeness. There will be more reviews, on more platforms from more people until this has been dealt with. If you don't want the risk of being kicked out of your room and treated like a dog, I would consider staying somewhere else.

I would not stay here again. The breakfast was of very poor quality. No maid service during your stay! The air conditioner sounded like a fighter jet starting up. Pool wasn't open upon arrival. The young people at the front desk were doing their best, however, there are just too many issues to make this a worthwhile stay.

Firstly location. The hotel is well located, pretty close to a lot of things, one big ole mall is directly across the street. The parking situation is good, adequate surface and covered parking that seem to be pretty easy to get into and out of. The room, this was the highlight, honestly better than expected, the room itself was well sized with a bit circular window, well decorated. The bathroom was alright. The one we were in had a step in shower and just used a glass partition to reduce shower splatter onto the bathroom floor. It works ok, there was still a sizable amount of splatter when I exited. The bathroom otherwise was clean and the pump style soaps and shampoos were good, less wasteful than mini soaps. The hotel generally has a good layout with an elevator and steps. It's 3 levels up and 1 down. The building layout was pretty interesting with leafy plants spaced out around the hallways and the dining hall was the central open space on the first level. Seating was good and sufficient for the hotel size. Breakfast. It is included, it is not great. It's alright. There is cereals and various breads and bagels. Additionally some fresh and canned fruit. Coffees and teas. However what there is not, eggs of any kind, potato of any kind, any meats of any kind. Overall for the price it is good.

Affordable hotel. Rooms are clean, bathroom includes the necessities, there is a coffee machine. Continental breakfast is good: toast, fruits and cereals to eat and juices, coffee and tea to drink. It was raining so we didn’t have time to check out the pool, but there is one. Definitely will be going back!

The floors in this hotel are beautiful with the atrium. The rooms are good with a tv and a fridge but no microwave. The service is very acomidatting no matter if you speak French or not. The location is good but to get to some restaurants you have to cross a very large busy road. But there is a huge mall right near by and a metro station.

Straightforward lodging in a more suburban/commercial area of Quebec City. There are three malls and a movie theater across the street and a bus stop right out front with routes everywhere you need to go. The actual room was just slightly dated, but had everything you can expect from a hotel. Why 4 stars? My room was freezing and I couldn’t change the temperature very easily (but that’s what blankets are for :) and the included breakfast was not very robust. Otherwise, you are getting exactly what you pay for in a theme your friends will find funny upon return (seriously, there are photos of, newspaper articles about, and artifacts relating to Charles Lindbergh, his family, and their activities. Kind of funny but certainly unique!)

This hotel has gone from good to barely ok in the last few years. The beds are very uncomfortable. It feels like you are sleeping on a box spring. This is not only my opinion. My relative stayed in 3 other rooms and had the same experience. The receptionist did her best to accommodate our need but was clearly understaffed to deal with a bathroom issue we had. The free breakfast advertised is basically bagels and toast, yogourt and canned fruits with a selection of cereal which would hAve been fine if the toasters were working properly. Instead there was a line up every morning. This hotel needs a bit of investment and upkeep to be competitive with other hotels in the area. I would look for an other option if I were you because I don’t think the savings was worth the sore back in the morning.

Horrible experience. Stay away from this spot…best of luck with the mattress and the subsequent back pains. For breakfast, we received moldy muffins and even the room’s coffee cups had hairs in them.

I'm yet to stay at this hotel, I have made a booking and the experience is already shaky. I booked a two-night stay only to find out that they have dropped their prices for the same stay. I called the hotel and was advised they can't do anything as I booked online and they don't have access to any online offer. The only advice was to cancel and rebook. I wonder how helpful the staff will be during the stay.

Nice place. Room was larger than expected. It had mini fridge, soap dispenser in shower ( body wash,.shampoo, conditioner), cleverly hidden iron board and plenty power outlet (by the fridge, by the desk and by the bed including USB plug). The included breakfast was a to go bag due to restrictions, it had what you need. If I need to go in the area again will book again

It was nice for a one night stay, . Location was very convenient with a bus stop right across the street, but the breakfast was very limited.

Good overall hotel in newer section of Québec City. Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Wish the breakfast was not just carbs such as bagels and cereal.

Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Great location to old Quebec, the falls, and the aquarium (10-20 mins). Would definitely stay again. Our safe was broken, there’s no housekeeping and the breakfast is quite abysmal, but the rooms and location make it worth it! Kind staff!

Well located hotel near the highways. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. It has a good free parking. Prices are reasonable. Recommended for a stay in Québec.

Good location, very good rooms, direct public transportation to Québec historic town. But breakfast must be improved: no meat, no eggs, no milk.

We liked our stay. The first day we had a little mishap with a bathroom that smelled like urine and a loud AC. However one call at reception and Omar accomodated us so quickly. That kind of service Is unforgettable. Good Tv, great selection of channels, location is perfect. I would be back

We stayed 2 nights, but I don't think we'll do it again, towels are not clean and smell bad, the breakfast is not good and not enough, the staff are not really friendly as they should, The swimming pool is not safe for kids, there is no door to keep the kids inside the pool area, so if a kid ran outside he would be in a street full of cars. A part from that, thank you.

Polite service, bilingual, nice atmosphere, comfy bed, and amazing pillows. Good sized TV and had everything you need. Toilet seat and door handles looked like they weren't cleaned but it was nothing major. Overall would recommend.

It's a long list of reasons why not to choose this hotel (Inn)... Thermostat was not working Breakfast soooo minimal, no cooked food at all (no omelettes, no bacon, no sausage, ... available only bagels, toast breads, gem, butter, cereals, milk...) Cleanliness OK. No room service Ice machine only working on main floor Positive: had underground garage

Nice comfortable and clean hotel. Located at a very strategic location in close proximity to all nice restaurants and big shopping malls. Only disadvantage is the breakfast. The breakfast here is very poor. They serve only breads and cereals for breakfast. Quality of breakfast is sub standard. Overall the stay was average weigh nothing major going wrong

Everything is nice from a smooth check in to the very nice and clean rooms. Free parking is a big plus! But breakfast needs some work, they do not serve tea and no protein options are available (eggs, etc)

This hotel is rubbish on all counts. To name a few; 1. Coffee table in room broken. 2. Safe was broken. 3. No onside dining. 4. Informed staff who said things would be fixed. They never were!!! Avoid like the plague or covid!

Dirty place, no service at all. Dirty towels and garbage not taken for 4 days. Asked for it, and nobody showed up. Our socks were black, thats how the place was dirty. Place does not feel like a hotel, more like a cheap motel I was very disappointed with the hotel and there was no service. The only service they provide is when you check in and give them your credit card. After that you are on your own. The breakfast is the same everyday. Only bagels and coffee. I do not recommend this hotel

Place looked much more stylized compared to other hotels but our first room reeked of a strange smell. Breakfast is also heavily limited and we found ourselves eating bread for most of our stay. But I would say it was a relatively satisfying experience since it was also nearby a lot of famous places in quebec!

The hotel is conveniently located close to a bus stop to go to Old Quebec...however the ride is kind of long is a pleasant one, so plan accordingly. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, AC worked great during our 4 day 3 night stay. Breakfast is strictly continental (coffee, milk, juice, cereal, bagels, toasts, butter, cream cheese, jam, fruit) which is exactly what they offer in the Hotel description. We really appreciated the receptionists super kind and helpful customer service. Simply AMAZING!!

Hotel was clean, temperature was great, and bed was firm but comfortable. Very easy to find with 2 entrances. Quiet although the walls are thinner than other places but overall still not loud. Front desk staff was very friendly. Only downside was the breakfast. It was free but there was not a whole lot of options... good thing there was a McDonalds within walking distance for more variety. Final words: Cute, Cozy, and Quiet

Not satisfied with their service. Breakfast not good. I asked for hot water. They didn’t even provide. And room service was not available.

Very nice hotel. The rooms were nice, clean, and we'll heated. The water pressure in the shower was great. The beds are firm and provided for a great sleep. I would give the hotel 5 stars, except they gave us 2 smaller beds for my wife and I instead of 1 king bed. Also, the "do not disturb sign" was ignored and our room was cleaned while we were away. I'm not sure if that is normal in Quebec/Canada, but we are used to hotels in the U.S. that will not clean/enter your room when you use the sign. Also, there was no hottub, nor indoor pool as we thought we had read. That may have been our fault as well. Otherwise this was a wonderful hotel.
