I don't give 5 star, the pool was close and they did not update it on the website, I had issue with the tv, I called and they never came back to fix it, beside that was very clean and the mattress was nice.

Room was clean, but dark and run down. Dirty laundry was left in the hallway. No one answered the door when we were buzzing to get in when unloading our car. On our way in through the side door there was a staff member getting high out of a pop-can. Overall, for the $140 a night it was not worth it. It felt scuzzy and I would price this place at $70 a night.

This is the closest hotel to Jean Lesage Airport, it took us less than ten minutes to get there by taxi. Stayed there one night. Overall comfortable, shower was nice. Breakfast is provided but pretty simple. Just easy to get to after a whole day of travel.

The room was clean, very outdated. We were in a king sized bed with lumpy (unpleasant) regular pillows. Breakfast was disappointing... loads of bread and bagels, with little to no fruit, non-dairy and non-grain options. In this world with all of the dietary restrictions, there should be more options. We were surprised there wasn't an elevator given the multiple floors. Especially considering elderly individuals carrying heavy luggage up flights of stairs. We won't be returning.

The rooms were smelly. The beds were very uncomfortable because the mattresses were very old. There are no elevators so people with physical challenges should not stay there. Very limited seating in the breakfast area. My family and I took two rooms in August 2019. I regret booking this hotel.

Hotel was nice. Stayed during end of August. Cold fridge, good air conditioning, comfortable beds, and clean bathrooms. Disliked that you must buzz in to access side doors, but understand the safety reasons behind it. Wish it was a card swipe to get in. But otherwise, it's good. Continental breakfast is okay, but could upgrade to an American breakfast including meat.

This hotel feels older than the age I saw online. Although I can tell it's been renovated. No complaints on the bed, linens and room furnishings. AC kinda loud. Breakfast was minimal but acceptable. It is the ONLY hotel with free shuttles to and from the airport even if for limited time frame. I chose it for the free shuttle but arrived at midnight so had to pay $15CAD for a taxi to get here. The worst part is no elevator but only 2 floors. Overall a good value for the money.

Very friendly, and polite staff. The rooms are very clean. The hotel is older and does not have an elevator. The WiFi is slow but still very usable. I stayed on my honeymoon and the gave us two drink tokens to use in their venting machine that sold beer and wine. The bathroom is very small but acceptable for two people. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. I found it to be a decent value.

Charged my credit card when I booked on hotels.com and took the option to pay on site. Other charges went through causing an overlimit on the card. Called to discuss issue with the manager no call back in two days. Reception promised to call me back before 3pm same day. Never booking them again!

Average motel with renovated rooms. Large LG LED TV and digital mirror in the bathroom were nice surprises. Fast check in service. Unfortunately the complimentary breakfast is still just a bag given out in the morning which included an orange juice box, apple, carrot muffin, and hard-boiled egg. Location is ideal for a trip stop-over. Many restaurants are within 2 km.

Very old building and service is also not very good. Breakfast bag had almost nothing lol it would have been better if they would have given the empty bag instead

They are renovating hotel rooms and old rooms are really stinky. There were no microwaves in the old rooms and unfortunately they have alloted me one. I had to argue a lot for one microwave as I have a toddler and he drinks warm milk.. They do not have elevator as well. Guets have to literally drag their luggage on stairs unless they are on same floor. I would not recommend if you are not getting the new renovated rooms

Location is nice however room size is small and not very clean. It also has paint smell as renovation is underway. Breakfast is Jucie + Muffin + Apple

Perfect location if driving into Quebec city and the attractions outside of city. Few minutes drive to a walmart or a Paillard. Accommodation were great, with morning breakfast bag and the expressor machine. Only downside, the rooms were carpet, and the carpet had few stains. Would recommend changing the floor carpet to vinyl.

Area is quiet and clean however rooms are too small and had pet smells. Hotel is under renovation and had little bit of paint smell. Breakfast was just Muffin and apple.

The beds are nice, however the rooms are small and bathroom too. The AC was so loud in the night and it woke us up from sleep. Breakfast is below average but the coffee is really nice. For the kids they have hot chocolate which was nice too. Hotel staff was friendly.

As good as an inn could get. Got in late and just crashed, but was okay. I liked that my car was parked right outside my room. That was convenient.
