We spent 3 nights last week .Good rates , good service even without the room cleaning due to pandemic. Sure I'll be going there next time I'm in Quebec city ❤️❤️

Stayed for one night and one too much.... upon entering the room the temperature was 30° minimum. There was 4 lamps in the room none of wich turned on. 2 flat screen tv none of wich turned on (they were plugeed in) finally in the middle of the night the roof started to leak on the bed. Staff did not offer anything in return.

We stayed at the family room, and it was very spacious for five of us, the four kids had each of their own beds, and I had my separate room. Didn’t have time to explore more, hopefully will come back in the future.

As we speak we are currently leaving this teriible place. We had to pay ahead of time which kinda of off with other hotel experiences but I don't think that matters. We checked in smelled bad as soon as we entered the hallways which was also hard to navigate through. THERE ARE NO ELEVATOR AND MULTIPLE SHORT STAIRS so there was no wheelchair accessiblities. We entered the room which smelled like cigar and very stomach turning feelings. THE ROOM SERVICE WAS ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE with dried soap around the tub everything else was a okayish. Basically never judge a book by its cover. So please don't come with your children and this is probably the best if your on budget honestly sleeping in a car is better. Never will i stay here again. The smell is so bad! The bed was full of hair before we came. And the decor is still in the 1970s. I would like a discount but the front desk never wanted to. I would like the owner to respond!

I loved staying there with hubby. We were there for three nights and the room was super duper clean. We had a “suite mezzanine” and it felt like a cozy shack. The only thing that bugged me is the breakfast. Don’t set your expectations too high. You get muffin, cheese, apple and a juice. So we had to order take- out a lot. Besides that it’s really great for the price and the staff is really nice. P.s: Before my stay I was kinda scared because of the few bad reviews but trust me it’s really not like they say. The lobby does not smell like cigarettes and old carpet. 😁

We checked in July 26 to 28.. It was a very disappointing experienced. The sink in the bathroom was clogged.. The door lock is not working. We need to call the receptionist to open the door for us. For two nights staying we don't have our own key to open the room..entire room smells cigarettes.

Chambre 323 with mezzanine! Hotel well situated, 15 min from airport and a walk away from the mall! Buses to go everywhere 2min away! I removed 2 stars because the service is depending on who serves you! You may have no service or excellent service! Also because it smells of cigarettes like in a casino in the hotel and in the room! If you book a room with mezzanine, just know that it will be hot in the mezzanine! It has all the hot water pipes and keep it like a sauna. Would be great during winter but not during summer, the AC does not get up there unfortunately! Aside for the smell and heat, it’s quiet, kids friendly and convenient! Every room has a balcony!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very dated and runned down. The bed was clean and the bathroom as well. The first room we had the door would not unlock for us, so they moved us to another room. No continental breakfast other than coffee and an apple or orange.

I don't know why there are these bad reviews. We've been staying here for 3 nights and the room is super nice and clean, The staff has been really nice and accommodating. They even had turned on the air conditioning before we arrived so that it would be nice and cool when we got there during this heat wave. The hotel is cute and quirky with its 80's style decor. And it's pet friendly which is rare nowadays. We didn't use the pool due to lack of time but it looked really nice and super clean. We had a great time and we will definitely be back again. 😊

This place is so old and not well maintained. The shower head was gross! Having all the construction made it hard to access, which I realize is not their fault. We stayed for four nights, and every evening after coming back, our room keys stopped working. Every time we had to go back to the lobby to get them magnetized again. Such a hassle. And they never asked for my name, just the room number. It did not make me feel very safe. And all the side doors were unlocked for anyone to just get in. Usually you need your room key to open them but not here. There was a vacuum and cleaning cart that was left in the halfway near our room, it was there the entire time, and the hallways are kind of tight so that was inconvenient. You're much better off cutting back on other things and spend the money you save to stay somewhere else. We come to Quebec City often and this was the worst place we've ever stayed. The staff was nice, which was the only good thing I can think of!

I gave the location a one star as it was very hard to drive up to the front door of the hotel due to the amount of construction that was going on out front. I arrived very late at night and was very tired. So after trying for 45 minutes to get my truck in the parking lot of the hotel I actually had to take a side street and jump a curb of another hotel that was next door so that I could reach my hotel. The construction outside the hotel appeared to be a water works repair and therefore I do believe that is why our toilet did not work properly during our two night stay. It's terrible when you have to stand around in the bathroom and flush it four times to get it to flush completely.

Dancing bed 😆 and when you try to turn off the lights, you can see outside’s light so you are unable to sleep well. No proper window blinds and it doesn’t hold the outsides light.

The room I stayed in was alright for a weekend, high ceilings, balcony and wifi. All a person needs really

Friendly, helpful staff. The rooms are old and need to be updated but clean and great water pressure! Depending on time of year it's well priced.

The rooms are clean, the staff are good and the location is handy. Lots of restaurants and quiet neighborhoods to walk nearby. Needs a refresh but good value for an overnight stay

We booked this at the last min as we were passing through Quebec and stayed for 2 nights. It was OK for a short last min stay, but I definitely wouldn’t recommend it for anyone booking in advance. Everything inside is OLD and dingy. It felt like I was sleeping at grandma’s house but smells like dust or cigarette smoke residue. Also wasn’t as clean as other hotel/motels we stayed at during our trip. Highlights: Beds were comfy and our room thankfully had a balcony so we could air it out. It also had parking, which was great. The restaurant/bar across the street is great as well. (Ginger) Nice outdoor pool.

Rooms a clean, but our room ,216, had some strange smell of humid. Bathroom was clean, bed cloth was changed every day and rooms kept tidy. We've had a breakfast included, but menu not to much for real breakfast. Outlets in the room were too loose, so not in every outlet we could charge our gadgets. Closet was to small for 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children, but we've had a drawer, so it more or less compensated the absent space. Fridge was tiny, so we really couldn't store our food for 4 people, but at least it worked. Over all it was a good place to stay for 3 days.

This is no five star hotel. If you’re expecting something as such, plenty of other hotels around here. But... If you’re looking for a comfy bed, a simple room and a decent free breakfast with free wifi, you will feel right at home. Rooms are basic and clean, I believe they even have smoking rooms available. Parking is outdoors and ample. I don’t recommend outdoor parking during the winter however, if a budget stay is what you’re looking at, you won’t mind waiting for your car to heat up in the morning. Service is amazing, staff here is great and helpful. I stayed here once because every other hotel in the city was booked and I honestly was surprised by how accommodating they were to me. I recommend this hotel.

The whole hotel smells like smoke or cat litter. The cleanup crew in the morning clutters up the hallway, there's OLD carpet EVERYWHERE and for some reason the smoking rooms are the only ones that which you can smoke on the balcony for. The only good things were the decent hotel staff and the alright breakfast.

Staff was friendly, mattress (not on pull out) was good and the location was good. BUT -- Soooo outdated. Wall to wall OLD carpet and wall paper. Smells musky all the time anywhere you go. Rooms were not very clean. We found an empty cookie tray on the night stand and bath tub was full of runoff of free bath products. Sticky stuff on the carpet. Not worth the price we paid. Could be worth it if a little money gets put into it. We were a BIG group of families in town for a tournament with our kids and we had friends use our toilets as theirs stopped functioning. Overall just really too outdated!

Very very clean, lots of it has been renovated very nicely. The location is perfect and the beds are very comfortable but the continental breakfast is not very nice. The selection is poor, no napkins anywhere in sight and the staff literally took everything away as we were eating. Would still go back, just not to eat!!

Lobby stunk of cigarette smoke. Desk clerk very kind and helpful. NO mention of breakfast. Room OK but a bit frayed at the edges. The architecture of the hotels in this area is just horrendously ugly. Overall, this hotel is just a depressing place.

1960's decor. Not clean. No free plugs to charge your phone and very old lights that are fire hazard. Should have taken photos. You have to see it to believe it
