After five o'clock, there was no one at the hotel reception, I rang the doorbell and no one answered at all, and it took 10 minutes for someone to open the door. The morning is noisy, and the street bells will wake you up at seven.

The Chateau is right across the street so if you want to pay three times as much and not get nearly as good service or as nice of a room stay there but if you want a wonderful location with great staff and a boutique hotel this is the place

Our room 107 is right by the reception desk/lounge. Couldn’t rest due to noise right outside the room. Plus, the bathroom smelled at checkin. The receptionist said she would request cleaning svc again for it. But when we got back, it smelled of aero spray, covering up the smell instead. Additionally, when the people upstairs our room are walking about, the ceiling makes a loud noise and vibrates causing the chandelier chain or some part of the ceiling to rattle as well makIng the noise even louder. Absolutely annoying!! As I am writing this at 10:40 pm trying to sleep in bed. We obviously requested room change and they are saying no other rooms are available when the hotel doesn’t seem to be fully booked. It’s Thursday, 11/24/22– not busy season. Absolutely unacceptable.

Perfect location and right in the middle of everything. Room is excellent, washroom/shower is huge, and everything inside the room is simply good. Looks like it's just been renovated because everything is new inside the hotel. Staffs are all very professionals. The staff named Anne was very helpful during our stay. Very highly recommended hotel to stay and you can't go wrong with this place.

It can be a little confusing to get there as you have to go through the information center to find the elevator up to the hotel. There are a few short term parking spaces in front to unload your luggage and then you can pay for parking a couple blocks away in the city hall parking garage. The room was comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Very modern decor. Prices were reasonable and the location was great for exploring the city by foot. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to Quebec city

Stellar location and friendly/helpful staff. The building hosts the Centre InfoTouriste on the main floor and the hotel on the levels above. We booked one of the rooms with the view over the park and the Chateau Frontenac. It was big, cozy and clean. The area/street was nice and quiet due to Quebec City being in the red zone during the pandemic. As for parking, there is a few options available, so no stress about that.

Absolutely loved my stay at the Hotel Manoir Morgan. The rooms were very nice, the view of Château Frontenac was beautiful and all the staff I interacted with were very kind and fully bilingual.

Super cute hotel, in perfect location, with modern rooms and fantastic staff. Absolutely nothing wrong with this place!

Great hotel in the heart of the city. Stayed in the King size bed room 110 and had a view of the castle. Super tall ceilings and good staff. Would recommend!

Cannot recommend this hotel enough! Right in the heart of the city, across from the Château Frontena. Beautiful views and close to both upper town and lower town. This updated hotel has large, comfortable rooms with double panel windows to keep some of the sounds below at bay (makes for a restful evening!). You’re also just a few steps from the Dufferin Terrace, which makes for an amazing stroll at any time of day. The tourist center is literally on the first floor, where they have great recos for sight seeing. The manager is also responsive and friendly. 10/10. Truly, this hotel would be tough to beat.

If you are looking for the best location hotel other than the Fairmont, you should stay here. This 20 room boutique hotel is located literally just across from the Fairmont and they share the entrance with the tourism information centre. But if you like spacious rooms, this might be the best option. My room was quite small and more like bachelor suite and bedroom area and bathroom area were separated by the drape. My room category was the cheapest one so there might be larger rooms available. The female staff who checked me in and out was just outstanding and caring. I was sweating alot at check in after I dragged my suitecase for 10 mins steep uphill. She kindly let me use one of the rooms to change my cloths. If you love the central location and boutique hotel, this is the best place you can stay!

selected this hotel because of the parking as they said!!!! it appears that is not. and the public parking was 15 minutes walk. Receptionist was so kind but manager or whoever was over there was so aggressive and he didn't help me at all!!!

Everything here is perfect, very clean, staff super friendly and willing to help. Only thing not perfect was the hotel entrance was share with a information centre, so lot of people in and out during the day.

Great location. Staff is very nice. Room is small. Matress is very good quality as well as the beds. Subtracted a star because it is still a pricy hotel so booking in advance is a must and I couldn't get into the 1640 Bistro. Granted, it was New Year's eve and so zemand was high. But they should have some spots for the guests or at least ask if you want to go before hand.

Fantastic location close to everything. Beautiful bright space, comfortable bed, but oh so convenient.

Great location of the hotel. Nice clean rooms, however the bathrooms are not the most comfortable - no place to dry towels if you’d like to reuse them (considering there is no room service unless you request).

Love this place. I will stay there again if ever visit Quebec again. Will be back in summer I guess. Everything I need was in the room and the staff were super nice to me. For me its very happy to stay there for two nights.

The hotel is located at the heart of Old Quebec, right in front of the chateau Frontenac on a street full of restaurants. The 3 staff members we interacted with were friendly and very helpful. The rooms are modern while keeping the authentic touch of the building. The only downfall is the lack of accessibility to stroller and wheelchair ( a few stairs to climb to get to the elevator)

Easily one of the nicest small hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Beautiful rooms. Excellent location. Will visit again for sure!

Great service, nice and clean hotel room. Loved my stay! Good to know: parking not included in room price.

Conveniently located right across from chateau Frontenac with various bars and restaurants nearby. Hotel is quite pricey during busy season, but the high ceiling of the room, fancy decoration and washroom is definitely memorable. Staffs has great initiative and are super helpful.

Really nice place. Amazing location, so close to so many things. We had a corner king suite, top floor. Fantastic views. The bed and pull out sofa were good. The cot we asked for was as well. Very large room. We had a good fridge (but no microwave). Nice Nespresso machine. Wi-Fi, shower and outlets were all good. We controlled the heat and AC and it worked well. There was very little noise. Nice, modern and stylish, but not sterile. Still had some of the 1810 touches. There is ten minute parking right in front for loading and unloading (we were there fifteen minutes). Also had good street singers and performers right out front, drawing a crowd. Staff was good and friendly, including reservation process. I am deducting a little bit for the lack of blackout curtains (shades were fair). Also lighting issues….ceiling lights were VERY bright, while lamps were dim. Need one really good lamp or dimmer ceiling bulbs. Fairly expensive…we paid $250 for a Sunday during a holiday weekend. But overall, a really great hotel.

What a gem! Amazing location. Updated and clean rooms. Friendly staff. Use intercom if checking in after tourist center is closed and hotel will buzz you in. Used parking garage nearby as recommended by hotel, which was great. We'll be back!

Amazing view of the chateau. Clean room. Great bathroom. Comfortable bed. Super front desk staff. Best experience. Worth every penny. Get a room with a view. You won't regret it.

We absolutely loved this hotel! The location is fabulous - right across the square from the Chateau Frontenac. It's really in the heart of the old city. We could walk everywhere. The room was beautiful, clean, and super comfortable. Our corner room had a great view! I would highly recommend this hotel and would book again in a heartbeat! The concierge was amazing! I was in a great deal of pain upon arrival and he helped me with the bags. My biggest regret was I didn't tip as I was trying to catch my breath when he left. For this I aplogize. He is a gem and I greatly appreciated the service that went above and beyond.

Lovely room and in a beautiful and active area. Loved every minute of our stay.

Amazing location. Staff were great. They can provide a parking pass with in and out access at city hall for $20 ($2.5 more than just parking there) not that you ever need to leave the area.

Great location and clean and nice rooms. I was so happy that we stayed there as the area around the hotel is the best you can stay in the old Quebec area and no issue with the room. Just later I saw a charge of an extra 6$ on my credit card from the hotel which I assume is because I asked for two bottles of water for the room. I was never told that this water is not free and we will be charged, also never received the invoice for our stay despite the lady in check out told she will email me the invoice. other than this great place.

The hotel is in the perfect location for exploring Quebec City. So many restaurants right there and no more then a 10-15 minute walk to the places you’re like it going to want to explore. My room was clean, spacious enough, comfy bed and modern. The staff was kind and helpful. I parked at the suggested location per the hotels website which was no more then a 5 minute walk and reasonable priced at around $18/day.

Excellent hotel, got a good deal due to Covid, as this might be typically out of range for our budget. Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent room.

Great location and excellent service. We stayed there in August and loved everything about it, especially the interior design. I'd highly recommend this hotel and hope to get back there again.

Fantastic location steps away from major attractions in the city. Lots of restaurants and eateries closeby. Rooms are spacious, clean and newly renovated.

Rooms are oaky but they are a bit small. There is no public parking nearby and we had to walk 1 km to park in the city parking

I could hear the room next door very well and wasn't able to sleep. I tried to ask for a portable fan or something for background noise but staff were not able to provide anything. Other than this, location is great and the room was spacious and clean.
