Lovely, comfy and cozy rooms in the heart of Old Quebec City!! The receptionist is very social and helpful. I would definitely recommend a stay here if you want to be in the centre of this happening city!

It's an old building, but with good condition to stay. Confortable bed and good shower. The staff was extremely welcoming, and since we were in a extremely hot day for Quebec, they promptly brought me an extra fan to improve the AC cooling. If you're looking for a luxurious or need elevator, this is not your place. For us, it was an excellent choice due to the location and staff gentillesse. The price is fair.

Room was very small, air conditioning didn’t work very well & for what ever reason the wifi was not functioning at first. The manager, who was very kind had to come up to the 3rd. floor to actually make the connections. Upon our check in we were asked to pay the full amount of our two night stay. They had already charged our visa with the first night without ever advising us at time of reservation. The view from our room was metal fire escape & parking lane way. Hotel could very well be freshened up with a new paint job & carpeting. We had booked to stay in the Manoir de la Terrasse but were put in an adjacent hotel called Hotel Lery which after googling it, appears to have closed a few years ago. I would not recommend this hotel.

This is a very centrally located hotel to old Quebec City with friendly staff. We enjoyed it, the only and main issue being -if you have a car- parking is very difficult here and you will have to find parking in a garage in/near the city and walk back to the hotel. You are allowed to park in front of the hotel for a few minutes to unload your bags and that is it. It can be fairly stressful because parking around Quebec City in general is super challenging. Otherwise this is right in the midst of everything, was clean and is a cool old building.

One of my overnight favorites in the heart of Quebec City. Perfect location beside the Chateau Frontenac and overlooking a nice park. Parking is problematic but once settled you'll be walking everywhere anyway. Small rooms. Clean, secure with decent Wifi. Couldn't figure out the TV but wasn't going to waste my time watching it so I didn't really care!

We loved staying at this hotel. The location, in the shadow of Chateau Frontenac, could not have been more beautiful, nor convenient. The hotel staff took excellent care of us and went above and beyond to make our stay a special one. Our room was incredibly cozy and clean, and the beds were comfortable.

Convenient location (close to the boardwalk), walking distance from most attractions and also the VIA Rail (Gare du Palais). Very friendly staff and flexible checkout time. The room was clean, comfortable and cozy too.

The hotel is located in an excellent spot for an early morning peaceful walk. There’s no parking spot which you could find nearby with a fee. The hotel room was clean but the aircon makes noise.
