Booked this motel back in April and confirmed twice that I could bring my small dog during our move halfway across Canada. I was told no problem. I decided to email one last time before our stay in 3 days, and was told "consider cancelling your reservation, as we no longer accept animals." So thank you very much for causing this uneeded stress. Now I will likely have no place to stay without paying at least double the price. Very much appreciated!

Nice Stay! The room was exactly as advertised. The frig in the room was appreciated also since we were buying food to come back with. The room was big, clean with good mattress and quiet!!! The location was perfect, easy access to highway. Great Service. I recommend.

Even though it's a one star motel, the place was really great. The room was clean, simple and not that oldie looking. Had a microwave, coffee brewer (WITH coffee, sugar, etc), a refrigerator and even an AC decently working. And the receptionist was awesome. Hands up to this girl who accepted to do our laundry (since we were on a roadtrip) and even folded it nice before handing it back! :D

A little too expensive for the service provided. 3 nights spent there, we had to ask for fixing stuff in the room every day. I know hospitality business is tough but you need to renovate your fan and AC system, buy some new mini fridges that aren't that loud so people who are renting room to sleep can actually sleep...

It's located in quite area. The price is very affordable. The room was clean and had everything needed except for charging electric sockets in the wall

Nice people and clean comfortable rooms in a good location. Was quiet for the three days we were there. Little English, but willing to do their best to accommodate you.

Super nice host. Very clean room. Affordable price. We walked an hour to old Quebec city. Not a great scenic walk but have good shoes and in an hour or so your there. There is a bike depot close by so renting a bike is an option

Great place to stay for visiting Quebec city,close to old town, 10 minutes, also close to falls. Very clean room, great service, real price, would recommend for middle class people

I stayed one night in room 31. The staff was friendly and polite. The motel room was clean and had appeared to been renovated recently. The bathroom was more outdated, but sufficient. Room had all required amenities including large fridge and TV. The mattress was amazing and also appeared to be new. Much better than some of the other Motels I have stayed. The price was reasonable (less than half of what it costs to stay in old Quebec proper) getting into the city from here was easy either by car or taxi. Will stay again. Thanks!

Comfortable

Stayed in room 41 for 3 nights. Was treated very well by francophone quebecois staff. This hotel is in a working class neighborhood. I'm a working class man and felt very comfortable. Le vieux quebec city is close and chute montmorency is really close. Place was clean and functional. This is a good value for people who don't have a lot of money. I give 5 stars for this.

It's got decent washroom, and bedding. The washroom could be better.

The motel is located in a quiet location, not far from the center. the room has a comfortable bed, microwave oven, coffee machine. The rooms with old furniture, there was a bad smell - smelled of cigarettes. windows do not open to ventilate the room.
