The location is prime as it's beside the Chateau Frontenac. It's a semi autonomous hotel. You get a code to unlock the door then to unlock the lockbox for the room key. There is supposed to be someone there from 7-7 if you have any issues but never saw anyone till after 7pm. There's a number to call if you need assistance. We never needed assistance so i can't say how effective or efficient it is. The room is very nice with a kitchenette. Only issue but pretty significant was the room was semi cleaned. Under the sink in the bathroom was packaging of some sort and the sheets were definitely not changed as it smelled of cologne and it was not subtle. So from a room and location and location perspective it was a 5 but from a cleanliness standpoint it failed terribly. Parking is beside the hotel when you enter you tap your credit card and tap out when you leave and you're billed on the time you're parked. If you want to access your car after I think 8pm bring your credit card you'll need it to get in the door that will be locked.

This was an amazing location and room for us! We stayed for 3 nights, they don't offer housekeeping but it was so clean we didn't have any issues. We had suite MK352 would highly recommend it had the most amazing view of the city. I would definitely go back. The staff at all the Les Lofts were fantastic. The only downfall is that the guest laundry isn't for the guest so that was disappointing as the staff were using it.

Room was amazing. So nice, great size and view. Even saw people out the window taking pictures in front of the building because it was so nice. Once in the room, I could hear the neighbours on all sides, mostly upstairs and right behind the bed. If I couldn't hear my neighbours at all times, I'd give this hotel 10/5

There is no room service or front desk to help the place is full of spiders and cockroaches and the sheets were dirty when I checked in. The only good thing about this place is it’s location close to Fairmont

There really isn’t a front desk so make sure to check your emails for all the details on how to get in and access your room. Other than that, great, lower cost location to stay for a couple with cheaper parking than most places.

absolutely the best location. right behind the Chateau Frontenac. and the SEPAQ parking lot right across the street. we stayed there for 2 nights. Room was sparkling clean. very comfortable bed. neat and clean linens. Bathroom had ample supply of toiletries and towels. Kitchenette has everything from microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee brewing and induction stove. the appliances were very clean. guest laundry was also available. this place made our trip really amazing and memorable.

The room is clean, with a lot of space, considering that the hotel is at the center of the city. Much bigger than a standard hotel room. Staff are very responsive online given that they cannot be onsite. The down side is that no staff was on site due to covid. I had to type my questions in order to get answers. When I entered my room, the TV was playing music, which made me think of some sci-fi storylines (like ex-machina where the human gets locked inside by the robot). The hot water from the shower took a while to heat up. The room was a little cold and has to be heated up with air conditioner, which is usually slower. Also I would appreciate if there is a complimentary bottle of water in the room so that I don't have to get one from the convenience store.

Excellent rooms, right in the heart of Old Quebec City. Helpful staff, and low-priced parking right across the street. Would absolutely stay there again.

Abosuletly gorgeous rooms. Soft jazz was playing as we first entered, set the vibe perfectly! A great place to stay for a couple, the rooms are designed for it ;) !

5 stars: This was an excellent location and our room not only looked amazing, it was quiet, very roomy, and extremely comfortable (although the decorative lights over our bed didn't work) 2 stars: The check-in process was extremely confusing and tiring at the end of travel. While we tried to figure out how to get our room card to gain access, four groups of people also were perplexed -- each one of us had to call the main number for help. Adding clearly visible directions, an alternate way of getting the codes, better lighting, and overall signage would greatly improve the process. 1 star: There are Nespresso coffee machines--you're given pods for the first night. After that, you need to get your own. However, none of the three area stores had the pods. Takeaway coffee (other than Starbucks with a 30 minute wait) is hard to find. The receptionist didn't have any suggestions as to where to get the pods, so why have a coffee machine people can't use? I shared a list of suggestions with Maison Kent to alert them to areas of improvement so they could avoid negative online reviews--primarily how they could improve the check-in process and the overall sense of abandonment felt upon arrival. Their response implied that I was overlooking "obvious" things that would have minimized check-in frustration; however, if the items I pointed out were so obvious, why did everyone arriving have the same points of confusion (including Marcin, a recent Google reviewer)? Although they stated they took note of some suggestions, I have yet to hear how to get those unicorn Nespresso pods.

The property was not prepared at all for our stay. Money disappeared from my account but when we arrived: 1. We had not received the code, needed to call property, there was no one at the front desk. Property phone was not responding, contacted our agency, and after 30 minutes we received the code to get our key to the room (that was 5 pm, check in starts at 4 pm) — that happened to travellers before us as well! (They got to their room a bit earlier) 2. Room was dirty. There was an empty bottle on the ground near the bed. 3. The shower gel bottle was empty. 4. The lamps over the bed do not turn on. 5. Air conditioner do not provide heat, room is in the basement so it was quite cold. 6. Ventilation in the washroom does not work. Apart from this unprofessional unpreparedness, room is okay, there is TV, standard of the working furniture is good. There is a small fridge, hair dryer, iron, microwave, nice mirror next to bed. It could be a bit warmer though. 3 stars because this is quite high price, so I expected better quality of service, it is 1 minute away from Fairmont — great location (Fairmont at this moment has higher price)

Wow ! It was my third time at the Maison Kent, and it was such a delight. We had troubles finding parking and Alex really helped us settle and find everything we need. The staff was very welcoming. There is even a small ice cream parlor inside the building, which is always perfect for our sweet tooth. It is a must if you want to enjoy the city in a wonderful spot !

Location: 5 Room: 5 Service: 4 Overall: 4.5 I stayed with my wife at this location from June 8 - June 10 on the second floor. Rooms are nice and clean. Location is superb. Check in and out was seamless. I would have given 5 stars and to leave 4.5 is not possible, google doesn’t allow half stars. We would have preferred someone at the front desk even for couple of hours per day. Kitchen garbage is small so easily over flowed. We took it out and there are garbage bins all over the city. Just a lack of ability to ask someone questions instead of typing every time via email for small little things. Overall, we would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

We booked our room by phone, and we specifically asked for La Maison Kent, which they assured we get. We are supposed to have recieved the conformation email early in our reservation; however, we recieved it very late, around 20 minutes before we arrived at La Maison Kent, only to learn that they had reserved a room for us at a different location, a location we didn't agree too. 1 star for lack of trust and unprofessionalism.

Very modern hotel, clean, and worth of every penny. This hotel is definitely the best out of 3 and 4 star hotels.

Good location and modern room! But the bedding cleanliness wasn’t that good! There was a coffee stain on the cover and hairs all over! The Customer service I rate for 0 too for one of the lady I’m trying to get help, she doesn’t know anything about this hotel!

We arrived at the hotel on a busy August 6 and were told that our reservation, which was confirmed and paid on booking.com, had not been received. The staff was of no help and we were out of luck. Very unhappy with the service.

I can't imagine a better place to stay in Quebec City. The location is superb, and the room was amazing. There is no parking on site, but a large public parking garage across the street for $22/24hrs. Bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was modern, clean, but also inviting. There is also laundry facilities available, which was very much appreciated 1 week into our trip. I highly recommend!!
