The
property
was
not
prepared
at
all
for
our
stay.
Money
disappeared
from
my
account
but
when
we
arrived:
1.
We
had
not
received
the
code,
needed
to
call
property,
there
was
no
one
at
the
front
desk.
Property
phone
was
not
responding,
contacted
our
agency,
and
after
30
minutes
we
received
the
code
to
get
our
key
to
the
room
(that
was
5
pm,
check
in
starts
at
4
pm)
—
that
happened
to
travellers
before
us
as
well!
(They
got
to
their
room
a
bit
earlier)
2.
Room
was
dirty.
There
was
an
empty
bottle
on
the
ground
near
the
bed.
3.
The
shower
gel
bottle
was
empty.
4.
The
lamps
over
the
bed
do
not
turn
on.
5.
Air
conditioner
do
not
provide
heat,
room
is
in
the
basement
so
it
was
quite
cold.
6.
Ventilation
in
the
washroom
does
not
work.
Apart
from
this
unprofessional
unpreparedness,
room
is
okay,
there
is
TV,
standard
of
the
working
furniture
is
good.
There
is
a
small
fridge,
hair
dryer,
iron,
microwave,
nice
mirror
next
to
bed.
It
could
be
a
bit
warmer
though.
3
stars
because
this
is
quite
high
price,
so
I
expected
better
quality
of
service,
it
is
1
minute
away
from
Fairmont
—
great
location
(Fairmont
at
this
moment
has
higher
price)
