A bit rundown. Oddly the sink is outside the bathroom. Very quiet the night I stayed. The room had a rustic cabin type look. Good for the price.

Rooms are clean and neat, though furniture is dated and a bit banged up. Everything works, though. Most lodgers are weekly or monthly renting blue-collar workers and are pleasant guys. They are up and out early, though. No noise between rooms, but noise does carry from outside. A comfortable experience. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Can’t be beaten for the price. If all you need is a bed and shower, the TV, Internet, microwave and fridge are nice bonuses. The area is mostly industrial, so no local grocery store and not many restaurants. Both are within easy driving, as are many tourist attractions.

Overall the motel is livable. There did not seem to be any bugs and it is generally clean. If you're paying motel prices, and just need somewhere to rest... It's fine... However, the wall are quite thin and you can largely hear your neighbours next door. You may notice the room has a slight smell of urine, especially contrasted by the "fresh air" outside.

It was not cleaned and very small and maintenance was not there..shows good picture but reality is quite different, very compact

It was ok as per the rate but 2 basic things should have been included. 📺 and exhaust fan in bathroom.

Terrible place I had last night ( 17 January ) I found a cigarette in the toilette and also the shampooing they offer was open already means the washroom was not clean. Everybody in the city knows is the dirtiest motel having also an agressive owner very stressed ! I will encourage you to not go there and I suggest Chevalier Motel 15 min drive but worth it 💯

Basic lodging, if you are looking for a low cost lodging this place should work. Close to Quebec city and Montmorency fall the owner/ manager politely answered all of the questions asked, we checked in around 1pm and check out around 11am with 1.5 year old baby and my family of 5 adults. Room included A/c and heater, TV, microwave, mini fridge, 2 double beds one sofa cum bed, blankets, and a Private Bathroom.

Cheap place. Tears in bedsheets, uncomfortable mattress, only give one pillow per bed, toilet not working at times, few bars of soap and towels, etc.

The host was very friendly. The rooms were spacious and each beds had its own TV (our room was a double bed so we got 2 TVs). The room also has fridge and a microwave so it was a plus. Overall the facility is very worn but beds was adequately clean. Pricewise, its a bit expensive (we paid a discounted $110/night).

Economical option. The rooms were good but bathrooms stinked a bit. They need to renovate bathrooms for sure. Friendly staff!

We couldn't get a non-smoking room so we went to go look for other place

A very basic motel. Tired facilities but clean with comfortable beds. No extras like the little things we've come to expect, ie. Shampoo, coffee maker (surprising since it does have fridge/freezer and microwave), luggage wracking, larger bath towels. Quiet as backs onto forest. Parking lot surface all broken up and buildings need a paint job. Convenient and probably decent value for your money.
